PostSubject: Territories for the New Site   Wed Jul 31, 2013 11:32 pm

So Shadestar gave me permission to make this where we can all come up with territory ideas and descriptions for the new site!!!

Territory Names and Descriptions:

>> ThunderClan
- The Fire Pond - Named after Firestar, and also the fact that when the sun sets it reflects fire-y oranges & yellows across the pond's smooth surface.

- The Darkwood - Mysterious, holds many secrets. The trees are close together and barely any light filters into the wood's depths.

- The Raspberry Glade - Deep in the heart of Maple Forest, a clearing where many raspberries are prone to grow.

- The Maple Forest - Named for the tall, thin trees that inhabit this area. Their sticky maple sometimes makes its way onto the bark of the trees!

- Swift End Cliffs - Named for another previous ThunderClan leader, these cliffs make up another edge along the coast and open up to the raging sea below, along with many sharp rocks. At the bottom a beach forms, which continues south and into StormClan territory. Many birds roost here among the rocks, as well as reptiles. There are a couple cave entrances underneath the water.

- Some name for beach

>> StormClan
- Tempest's Cavern - A cave along the coast (how about the east of the territory is cornered by a beach?) which opens up to deep caverns beneath the forest and moors floor.

- Perch's Flow - A river that winds itself through StormClan territory and into others as well, emptying into the Fire Pond. Many types of fish make their home here, including the Perch.

- Fire Swamp (I have to, its a Princess Bride reference ;-; ) - Like the opposite of its name. Rather marshy with quicksand and stunted trees. Easy to lose a scent here, and also easy to get lost in the mist that rolls in rather quickly once the sun begins to set and dusk arrives.

I will update list as more come in!

The devils drop - A ravine. Could instantly kill a wolf if kne were to fall. It goes through. Stormclan's territory and also some of windclans.

The minecraft def. of ravine is what I was using if there's a difference.

Umm,I'll have a go at this.

Starclan's mount - A part of Sunclan territory. The highest peak within their borders. Here lives only few animals to hunt. Be warned, this steep climb can mean the end of your life. Apprentices sometimes come here on dares. This area also harbors cold climates.

PLACE TO TALK WITH STARCLAN - Moon Crystal Cave
Moon Crystal Cave is a cave with many stalagmite crystals hanging from a ceiling. To communicate with StarClan, you just have to put your nose to one of the crystals and sleep. Most of the crystals reach the ground like support beams almost.

SunClan ideas:

Dire Pond - A pond located near camp named after the first leader of SunClan, Direstar. The pond has many herbal plants growing around the edges and has plenty of fish for those who know how to fish.

Blazing Forests - A forest of many red ferns and tall pine trees, the forest floor is often hot from the sun constantly shining down on it, but if your use to the heat it won't hurt.

Blooming Star Rise - A higher elevated place with many flowers of various colors

Firefly Falls - Deep in the SunClan territory, you will find a waterfall that contains hundreds of small fireflies during summer nights, during the winter, the site of the falls is pure beauty.
