Fourtrees #4

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings

Snowpaw limped into the clearing. He looked around and saw many many wolves, just like the other gatherings. He smelled the scent of Windclan, Thunderclan and his own clan, Riverclan, but he didn't smell the scent of Shadowclan. What could be keeping Shadowclan? he wondered. He looked around again and spotted Silverheart talking with another wolf. He went over to her and said, "hey Silver! who's you're friend?"

Noticing a riverclan apprentice she came over and said "hello i am hawkpool warrior of thunderclan who might you be?" She then smiled and sat down

She smiled brightly at Snowpaw and looked the the Windclan wolf. "If I am thinking right I heard that this is...Snowflower I believe?" She hesitated before clearing a spot next to her for Snowpaw. She frowned as she realized Foxheart still hadn't been able to put a splint on his paw yet.

Noticing the other wolf she said "its nice to meet you silverheart,i am hawkpool" she then smiled again

"Pleasure to meet you Hawkpool!" She barked cheerfully. Her eyes now shining their usual icey brown and blue.

Nodding back she said "thank you silverheart,and youas well"

She dipped her head kindly before shivering as yet another chilly breeze swept through the branches. Her legs trembled slightly but she tried hard to warm herself.

Shadepup sat, waiting for the meeting to start.

Feeling a chilly brezze she let it flow throught her long furand breathed in a chilly scent

Featherpaw shivered as the cold breeze blew over her, its chilling pain seeping far into her thick black fur. She shook her head, forcing herself to turn around and look at the clearing. From here, the wolves looked like mice, scurrying around busyly; the great rock also looking nothing more then the Highrock back at camp. She chuckled. "So this is what it like to be big," she spat scornfully, her tail tip flicking impatiently, ready to get through the meeting and go back to camp.

Standing up she went and laid down under a tree and relaxed in the moonlight,her pelt sparkling in it. She then laid downto wait for the gathering to start

Blackhawk padded into the clearing. His head held high. Yet his breath coming in short shallow pants. He limped quickly into the crowd and settled by the tree. He sat down and looked around.

Echosong padded into the clearing, glancing around. She remembered her first meeting here as an apprentice... It looked like there were many new ones. She flicked her ears and padded over to Skydust. "Greetings Skydust. How are you?" she said, warmth in her eyes.

Noticing echosong she padded over and said "hey echo,and hello to you again skydist" she then sat down in the circle they created

Rainstar smiled as her clan began to gather. It felt good to lead such a wonderful clan. She watched them chatting peacefully and this brought her great joy. I wouldn't trade my life for anything. She shifted making hrself comfortable.

Nodding back she said "wonderful echosong (umm do i say your new cause where this parentheses is i was going to say wecome to thunderclan"

(no, Rainstar said I was "A med apprentice" before, and I have been with the clan the whole time. :3)

Blackhawk saw his clanmates. He smiled and looked at the greatrock. His sister was sitting up there and he smiled, she deserved it. Yawning he lied down to see if he could take a quick nap.

(Kay ) nodding to echosong one last time she paddedoff and tripped over blackhawk
She then got up shaking the dust from her fur then said "sorry blackhawk" she then laid down and licked her dust-covered chest

Fangpup bounded in happily, waiting for the the whole thing to start. Remembering that Graystar said something about apprentices, the pup wished that it would be him.

Featherpaw gazed over the clearing. "Hmmm..." she mumered impatiently. "Whats the hold up?" she sat up, her paws kneeding anxiously into the ground. She knew that Rainstar would make an anouncement about the apprentices, but was she going to be in it? "Of course you are, mouse-brain," she shot scornfully at herself. but will i be? she couldn't help doubting it. She was half warrior apprentice, half medicine wolf apprentice at the time. She hadn't had her formal medicine wolf apprentice ceremony yet, so she assumed that she was still a warrior apprentice. "Of course she'll anounce you, warrior apprentice or not," she said, trying to convince herself.

Wiping the last speck of dust she got up and said "well hope you enjoy the gathering" she then padded away and saw a riverclan apprentice and said "hello there dear,i'm hawkpool,who might you be" she then smiled looked down at the apprentice
