Barkstripe padded confidentially through the forest. He stopped in a clearing to wait for Jasmine he sat down and flicked his tail. She smiled. His thundering voice echoing in the clearing. "Where do you want to start?"

"The moor would do fine!"yelled the dog. She smiled and started running towards Barkstripe. "'m here."said the dog. She was excited to start training.

Barkstripe nodded. He flicked his tail. "Now,try and scent the air. What do you smell,Jasmine?" He blinked and sat down.

The dog sniffed the scents in the air. "A rabbit."she said. "Shall I try to catch it?"she asked. The dog went into a sprint posture but waited for Barkstripes reply./

Barkstripe stood up and nodded. Then crouched and waved his tail. He turned to Jasminepaw. "But you'll need to low how to crawl up to the rabbit." He flashed her a smiled,then turned to the ground in front of him. He slowly crawled forward. His belly fur not barely not touching the ground. He kept his tail low to the ground then glanced back at his apprentice. "Now you try."
