Magic Hollow

Magic Hollow is were most of the prey on the territory runs. The stream from inside the caverns runs out through it, providing a wonderful area for practicing swimming and sometimes even fishing. Trees, though scarce, cover some of the ground and rocks cover one side of the river where the caverns begin.

The large brown wolf grunted grumpily to himself, his fangs ached and he wanted to chew on some of the magic leaves as he called them to ease the pain. He walked along his thick brown pelt always slightly spiked across his back. Strong and comfortable in his strength the huge fanged wolf finally found what he was looking for. Tearing off several of the leaves from the plant he sat down and with deft practised paws rolled them up into a sort of cigar shape, lying down he began chewing on one end of it his ears perking with contentness.

One of the large wolfs ears flicked back, he lifted his head and he watched shadowmask appear. With a gratified sigh he returned back to his busy chewing of the tabacco leaf, the leaf numbing his gums that ached so. his tail swished as he wondered what the other wolf was doing here a snort left his nose the other wolf seemed to like hanging around him. Wolverine was a loner by nature and wasnt one for feelings and sappy. Just as long as everyone kept their distance he was fine.

Shadowmask

Shadowmask placed his head comfortably between his paws, this was the only wolf he could trust to be quiet and not ask too many questions. That was pretty much the only reason, Shadowmask stuck around, peace and quiet while not being entirely alone. His eyes began to close, before they flared open at soft scratching sounds. A large bird was pecking at the tree roots, oblivious to them and the menace above.

A lone falcon circled the skies above, watching the bird below. Without a seconds hesitation it swooped down its talons outstretched an angry screech leaving its beak as its talons pierced the bird who only gave a weak wail before nothing. Shadowmask, seeing a swift opportunity for a double prize for the clan jumped forward landing on the falcon and rather squishing it to the floor. The male was unable to bite it, the mask covering his muzzle and most of his face so instead before the bird escaped from his weight, the male placed his heavy paw upon the birds neck. It didn't take long before two birds had been killed.

Slowly Shadow pushed the two birds towards the edge of the trees and lied down away from them, placing his head between his paws and closing his eyes. The strange concept on how Shadow ate and drank was his own little secret, one he never showed in front of anyone. And hoped it would remain secret for a long time.

( I got bored )

Wolverineclaw sneezed as a feather drifted down, he had finished with his chewing of leaves for today, he looked toward the water his large fangs giving him a crocodile like grin. He turned and waded into the water a contemptuous flick of his tail at the bank his brown mahogany like eyes were bored and cold. He was in iron control of himself not allowing the beserker self out, he wanted to fight something though.

Shadowmask

Shadowmask turned his masked head toward the large fanged wolf who held a duck in his jaws. The male flicked his ear and shook his head, "I believe I will stick around the hollow a while longer." He blinked, his voice was rather emotionless and bored sounding while his eyes gave nothing away. He actually wished to enjoy the time and eat, he disliked eating before anyone. It gave too much of him away.

The over fanged wolf nodded to the masked one understanding in his mahogany eyes, he turned the duck in his jaws and walked off. Managing to retain his always affronted and annoyed look. The tingling sensation on his tongue from the magic plant, soothed his nerves a little. He still hated returning to the clan like some lost puppy though

Poisonivy padded into the hollow. The russet she-wolf spotted Shadowmask. With a sigh, she approached him.
"Hey I'm really sorry." She said with a sad smile. She wondered why she was apologizing, but went through with it.

Shadowmask

Shadowmask stood and carefully nosed the birds by him. They were still slightly warm but cooling quickly upon the ground. Resolving to get to camp he looked in the direction of it as a sound rustled the bushes. The familiar scent revealed it as Poisonivy as she busted through and stood before him, slowly approaching. Before he could utter a curt greeting or short hello, she instantly began to speak. "Hey I'm really sorry." Shadow looked around, confused and raised a slight brow. "For what, may I ask?" His deep gray gaze, looked slightly pained as he stood tall and strong not revealing in his stance how he truly felt. The wolf had been fiddling with the mask a while, bored out of his mind, so he hadn't exactly fixed it back before she had come.

"Im sorry for... for being so curious I suppose." Poisonivy said with a shrug. She blinked her brillaint green eyes and noticed that Shadows mask was crooked.
"You going to fix that?" She asked with a small chuckle.

Shadowmask

Shadowmask was taken aback. He did not expect Poisonivy to even say such words. He blinked in disbelief, the pain in his eyes fighting with the surprise that was taking over. Behind his mask his teeth were gritted in effort to not cry out when Poison asked him if he was to fix his mask. The male flicked his ears graciously, and in a rather comical rush, pushed his muzzle to the ground, fixing the mask before looking up and breathing in deeply. "Thank you, you have no idea..." The male paused and flattened his ears before looking at hi prey. "Could you help me, take that back? I can't really hod it..." shadow was rather embarassed at asking for help and almost going on talking, so his tail was low and his head as well. He never thought he'd go so far. Without thinking it over, the male shook his head. "Nevermind I got it..." Shadowmask pushed the birds around slightly, until he was able to balance it upon his muzzle and carry it from there. He sighed and without so much as a "I'm going now" He padded out of the hollow.

-Camp

"Oh okay." Poisonivy said and watched him leave. She frowned a bit, feeling lonely. She walked to the hollow's edge watching the river. The russet she-wolf tilted her head and sighed. Finally she got up and padded to camp.
-Camp-

Bane

Bane padded up to the river and looked in. He raised a slight brow and poked his paw inside, his gaze hardening. The gray brute was actually worried about this, his mask. He had never used it under water, he didn't know what would happen. There were two theories in his mind, his mask would fill with water later on choking him. Or he would have the mak on and nothing would happen. The wolf didn;t know, those petty humans must have built a working mask. Did they expect him not to go into water? Well he'd just have to try it out. Slowly he climbed in, feeling the cool of the water seem into his thick fur.

Batwing trotted slowly after the other brute. He smirked as Bane slipped into the water. He looks like a waterlogged bear. Batwing bent over and lapped at the water. His dry throat savoring the sweet cool taste of water.

Bane

Bane swam towards the edge, exiting the cold water with the greatest of ease. The male gave a smirk beneath the mask and trotted to where Batwing was, giving him a strong push from behind towards the water before him. "Batwing, are you sure you aren't Fighwing?" The male released a chuckle, the water had made him quite happy. Happier than he already was in fact.

Thunderstrike

Thunderstrike led Blackwidow around the edge, towards the other side of the river where they could wait undetected."Allow us to add some excitement to this spar." He crouched, watching his two opponents. Thunder's basic idea was to wait while hidden, observe the other two wolves and then rush out for an attack. He supressed a chuckle, his eyes gleaming.

Batwing eyes widened when he felt a presence behind him. He turned around,but was still pushed into the water. He stood up sputtering. "Sounds like a weird name to me." Batwing smirked. "Shall we get started?"

Blackwidow followed Thunderstrike, they were hidden from view and she watched as Bane pushed Batwing into the water, she had to surpressed a chuckle. She crouched low, waiting for the moment to strike. She looked over to her deputy and waited for his signal. "I'll take Bane." She whispered while smirking to herself. She had yet to fight Bane, and was eagered.

Bane

Bane watched the other wolf, a dark gleam to his eyes as he nodded. Slowly he too entered the water, keeping his head level with his shoulders and back. "Let the games begin." Bane's gray eyes had a dangerous gleam to them, his excitement unfortunately could get the worst of him. Reminding himself of this the male nodded to himself and waited. He was not one to strike first.

Thunderstrike

Thunderstrike nodded slowly and smirked,"We attack when we are sure of their position and strength. If they are as great fighters as they claim to be..." Thunder's smile only grew as he nodded.[/quote]

Blackwidow saw Poisionivy arrive and growled softly. She was remembering the time her and Bane hung out, she hoped the fae didn't like him. She twitched her tail, and called out to her, she knew that if she came over here she would smell Bane's scent on her. She smirked. " Poisionivy, over here."
