Sunningrocks

As Goldfire got closer to the warm rocks she started moving more slowly and carefully. Sniffing the air she caught no fresh scent of Riverclan.

Swiftstar padded up behind Goldfire, her eyes first darting to the sun warmed rocks then the river beyong them, "Any sign of Riverclan?" she asked after seeing her clanmate scent the air. Swiftstar was going let Goldfire get credit of any findings, after all she was leading the patrol.

Goldfire shook her head. "No fresh scent that I can smell. Lets renew our markings and head towards the four trees." she said. Moving closer to the boarder she started to renew the Thunderclan boarder markings.

Swiftstar nodded, "Alright"
She waited till Goldfire was done scent marking, then turned to follow her towards four trees, a faint wiff of Windclan scent being carried by the breeze.

Goldfire padded along the boarder pausing very few trees to refresh the scent markings. As they got closer to the four trees the scent of Windclan got stronger. "The scent isn't fresh. Should we hunt on the way back to camp?" she said to Swiftstar.

"No, it's getting late, we should get back before it gets dark" Swiftstar observed of the setting sun, then began to padd down the slope back into the forest. "Come on" Swiftstar flicked her tail to signal her clanmate.

Goldfire followed her clan leader sad that she hadn't had time to hunt that day. "In the morning I will check the Shadowclan boarder if you like." she said as they headed back to camp.

Dartride crouched on a jutting rock, his senses alert for the sounds of prey. He swiveled his ears round as he detected a faint scrabbling coming from somewhere to his left. His head turned slowly toward the sound, and he shifted his weight, then lifted his paws up off the ground, turning round completely. His eyes focused on where the vole would probably come out. As he waited, his whole body grew tense, then, when finally he saw a brown shape coming out from the hole, the wolf struck out.

Hey Midnight, everyone is at the Fourtrees... we had a plot going and here's where we are right now.

We had the meeting, then everyone collapsed because of gas (obviously the wolves don't know why) and then when they awoke the forest was burned to a crisp though everyone else was unharmed. Could you please participate in this plot? Everyone's waking up now. Thanks!!!

Bluestone leaped up on one of the rocks, and bathed in the sun, her cerulean blue eyes dazzling in the sun-light.

He padded out of the forest and up to the rock, elegantly spreading himself out he yawned his pelt blazing like fire in the sun, amber eyes tinwkling he turned his head and licked at his fur, tail hitting the ground in a wag.

Blackhawk padded onto the rocks, he stopped and let the air blow through his fur, he smiled and sat down. His ears were perked and alert, his nose twitching for scent of prey. He looked around as he heard scuffling in the undergrowth, as slow as possible he stalked towards a brown feather. He kept quiet and pounced when he knew he was close enough. There was a flurry in the bushes and then quiet he emerged a fat brown bird in his mouth. The gray brutes eyes gleamed as he carried his prize and set it down to look for more.

Finally hawkpool and featherpup arrived and saw phoenixfire and went to ask How did you get here so fast? but didnt stop fo an answer and went into the brush and found a family of plump voles makeing there newleaf home and pounched and got three and 2 got away thne went to feather pup and said How about you try smell the air and see if you smell something

Blackhawk sat down and watched as the females hunted. He yawned and waited.

He limped up, having finished cleaning his pelt at the camp he had decided to go and see what the others were up to, he lay down on the rocks with a comfortable sigh

Waiting for feathers answer she saw a robin looking for worms so she pounced but missed Ugh mousedung then trotted back to get her voles and came t o the clearing and set them down seeing feather pup follow her she nodded back

Featherpup dashed after Hawkpool excitedly. She broke away from the warrior and bounced happily up the rocks, raising her nose and sniffing out at the sandy expantion for any sign of prey. [iTheres nothing here....[/i] she thought sadly. Just as she was begining to crawl back down, she spotted a small feather wafting through the air. She chased after it, yipping. It drifted to the edge of one of the rocks and floated down out of sight. Featherpup leaped down the rock after it, but landed on a small bird. As the unknown bird fluttered around under her paws, she followed her instincts and clamped her jaws firmly around its neck. She looked up and trotted down the rocks, tail straight in the air. She dropped the limp body at Hawkpools paws. "Look what i caught!" she barked.

Nicely done featherpup i think thats a sparrow you wil make a great hunter someday

Blackhawk smiled as he watched Featherpup catch the sparrow. Yawning he got up and picked up the prey he had collected. "I'm going back to camp." His voice was a bit muffled by the feathers but he still walked back to camp.

Kay come on featherpup lets go
With a nudge she got going and went to ask
Hey black hawk you need some help?

"Ok!" yipped Featherpup as she grabbed the sparrow and trotted back to the others. She stumbled several times, the sparrow being almost as big as her because she was so small, but managed to keep up with her friends.

-Tc camp-

He huffed walking up to sunning rocks, he crouched down and closed his eyes, his ears twitching around for sounds of prey. his tail twitched hearing birds chirping and mice snuffling through the undergrowth. with a flash his eyes opened and he began stalking a blackbird. with a snarl he threw himself at the bird and crashed into a tree as the blackbird flew away he sat down rubbing his head with a paw a grumpy expression on his muzzle. he stood and closed his eyes again letting his nose and ears do their walk. he crouched down and began stalking a large fat water vole. he snuck up behind it then pounced trapping it under his paws he killed it silently with a quick bite to the back of its neck. he carried the vole back to the rocks then dug a hole burying it then looked around his eyes closing again.
