-TC camp

Wind padded into the area and glanced around. He sniffedd the air silently. Nothing, he couls smell no wolves or danger just yet. He glanced back, noticing he had traveled faster than he thought. "Sorry Firespell, I was thinking." he sat and waited for her calmly, "There's no danger just yet.

Firespell padded into view and went up to Wind. Having been a few steps behind him, she heard what he'd said. "Yes, none yet", she answered. The firey wolf narrowed her eyes as she looked beyond at the frozen river and the forest on the other side. "That ice must be slippery. Anyone trying to walk on it would probably fall over and slide."

Wind looked at the ice and thought for a moment, "Maybe, but it is not impossible. When we attack, some warriors should hold the ice just encase." Then his ears pricked, he had heard a soft rustling that was not the wind. Swiftly, he leapt in front of Firespell. "Shhh, I thought I heard something." It wasn't a wolf, Wind knew this, perhaps it was one of those bears that love roaming the ice so.

Firespell's shoulders bristled slightly. "What is it?" said she in a hushed voice. Windstorm is right. If the ice cracks then we must be careful.

"Wait here. I'lake care of it. I don't want you to get hurt.' with that, he padded into the trees. A moment later, he came face to face to the bear. or ok, muzzle to tail to the bear, as the bear was facing away from him. Wind lifted his tail, narrowed his eyes, shoved his ears forwards and gave a low growl. Hearing this, the bear spun and roared bear. Wind now could see that it was a male, strong and powerful. He growled again, but louder. The bear lifted one of its claws and slashed at him. the blow was aimed at his face, but wind leapt and twisted just in time so that the blow landed on his lank, creating a long jagid wound. Wind ignored it and took a step forward, but the heavy smell of blood was strong among the trees now and the bear knew he was hurt. Wind snarled as the bear slashed at him again, but this time, wind got away and in latched onto the bear's chest. Angered, the bear lashed out at Winds chest. The clas couldn't miss when he was so close. and he had to let go as his chest, once white, became red. He dropped to the ground, but saw the bear go. "at least I toke care of it." Wind thought as his eyes closed.

The firey female grew pale and rushed to Wind's side. "Windstorm", she patted the grey wolf's face. Wind, wake up." She licked at the cut on his chest. Firespell listened, and then sighed. His heart was still beating.

Wind didn't know how long he drifted, but after an unknown time, he slowly opened his eyes. He took a breath and growled in pain. He felt like his chest was set on fire. The thought set his entire body shaking as he remembered his birth pack's land being buirnt. A whimper escaped the large male's muzzle and he took air in short panting breaths.

The firey female's fur ripplied in the cold wind as she looked down on him. "Try to take deep breaths", she said. Firespell set about cleaning his wounds as gentle as she could. She scent-marked the rocks as quickly as she dared and then turned back to Wind. "Are you all right?" The firey wolf gazed around Sunningrocks. Flesh wounds. He'll be fine, I think.

"yes." he managed. "Just memories... my birth pack, burning. Me, running as far and fast as I can." he gazed into Firespell's eyes and saw the gentlenes there. It warmed him. He got up and flicked his tail, 'I'm sorry you have to see me like this." he licked her ear, "Let's go back to camp, but I can't run." he said apologetically.

Camp?

Firespell swung round and padded back to camp but slowly so that Wind could walk with her. She had been scared for a moment but now the fear had gone. Windstorm was strong. He would survive this wound and fight with her. I hope he will, she thought. The firey wolf nodded to herself and moved on.

tc camp -

Dragging the body,and carrying the one on her back,she threw them off,while shaking her pelt. She then bgan to dig nearby the rushing water of the river. She felt the soggy dirt in her paws. Satisfied with the large hole,she took hold of one of the bodies,and dropped it into the hole. She then took the other,and she fit in inside as well. She then buried it. She sat down,and took a deep breath. She then jumped into the river. It was cold,and her paws felt frozen. She saw the redish water float by her. She then jumped out. Dripping in ice-cold water,she quickly shook her pelt,she rubbed her fur backwards. It felt awkward,but warmer.
She then made her way back to camp
-tc camp-

Firespell dragged the heavy body by the scruff, all the way to the riverbank. She saw a hole dug by the side of the bank with two coyotes already in it. Hawkpool's work. Good. The firey wolf stopped at the hole and summoned up her strength, and swung the body so that it landed in the hole. Firespell too took a cautious step into the river and washed herself clean, afterwards licking her pelt so that it was back to its normal firey colour. She shook herself all over and then ran over the rocks towards camp.

-tc camp-

Wind padded into the area and dropped the body into the hole his friend and Firespell had made. The carcus was light for his strength, though his chest hurt. Then he covered the hole and began making a new hole on the ground. He loped back, wanting to see Firespell again.

Back to camp

She walked slowly up and swung the body into the hole. "It's nearly full", she murmured, glancing at the hole. The firey wolf noticed that more coyotes had been dropped in and smiled in satisfaction. Firespell ran back, eager to do and get back to her friends.

-tc camp-

Padding in.she glanced around. Then sat down and waited. Watching every move with her one orange eyes. She heard a rustle in some brush. She twitched her ear,then swiftly turned and speeded towards it. Catching up,she took hold of the prey and bit down. Heard in a dieing squeal,she set it down. She tilted her head slightly. Hmm squirrel. She then buried it under some dirt and trotted back to the group of rocks. Seeing the shining sun reflect off of them. She made her way up to them,and settled on them. She felt warmth rush through her cold pelt. "Ahhh,this feels good after moons of leaf-bare."

Firestar slipped through the trees until she came upon the mass of rocks. It amused her to see Hawkpool and Frostpaw lying there on the rocks, and smiled. "I see you're enjoying yourselves, Hawkpool, Frostpaw", she said, jumping onto the rock. The firey leader looked behind her for Adder.

Adder followed. She tilted her head. She dabbed the warm rocks with her paw. "It's warm!" She layed on the rocks, relaxing.

Hearing a familiar voice,she sat up and noticed Firestar. She frowned. "Why are you here? Hmm,i thought we would be the only ones here." She glanced at the dog. "Hello,umm. What's your name again? Firestar here hasn't exactly formally introduced us either." She watched her carefully.

foxpup appeared and ran over to the firey leader her white tufted tail up in the air she barked "firestar firestar! mosseybreeze went to Stormclan land to force them to take shadowstorm to sunclan when shadowstorm couldnt even stand and he was supposed to be there!". the pup spat out the words as she panted heavily. having delivered the message she collapsed onto her belly and said "and a wolf from stormclan was there, i think he wants to speak to you. by there i mean at camp"

"This is Adderpaw, but called Adder for short. She's an apprentice now." Then she saw Foxpup racing towards them and heard her words. "What!" There was too much information to take in at once but Firestar quickly took everything under control. The firey wolf flicked her tail at everyone around her. "All of you, you'd better come with me. I'll sort this out", she muttered as she leapt off the rock and raced into the undergrowth. "And the StormClan wolf too."

-thunderclan camp-

Adder tilted her head. "Alright, Firestar. I'd go with you if you'd like..." She said. She then padded to camp.
