Fourtrees #4

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings

Shadowpup couldn't hold it in any longer. So he walked away, hiding so he could vent to himself. He shouldn't reveal pack secrets. So he went towards a secluded spot of the thing. The volant leaves were swaying and the trees whistling through the wind. He sat down.

Nodding to her leader she then shrugged. She really wanted to go back since this shadestar wasn't puntcual. She then noticed a pup from shadowclan. She then decided to go over and ask about what happened to shadestar. When she came over she crawled under the branches and laid down then said "hello pup,i'm guessing your from shadowclan......aren't you?" She stopped then cleaned her coat felling another gust of wind,quiver the branch.

(Sheesh, I leave for a day and I miss 4 pages!)

Snowpaw licked Silverheart on the head and said, "don't worry, I won't ignore you." He then looked around, still no sign of Shadestar. "What do you suppose is taking Shadestar so long?" he asked her.

After finally having a clean coat she said "so,i'm guessing you don't want to share clan secrets....,but i would at least like to know why shadestar is absent" she then looked (at shadowpup since i still dont know who you are) with deep icy blue eyes

"don't force them to tell you hawkpool."she smiled at her and went back to watching over the pup.

Direpaw sighed and glanced over at heatherpaw, he was about to apoligise when he realised that she was back with that thunderclan wolf. his blood red eyes narrowed and went cold again, heturned his head and licked moonpaws ear he glanced up at the leaders and shrugged saying "well the leaders are going to wait for shadestar i hope he comes soon im cold!" he stared straight ahead ignoring heatherpaw with the annoying thunderclan wolf

He pulled out of snowflowers tail, a thunderclan pup was in there, he moved back over to moonpaw and blinked his eyes, his tail wrapped around moonpaws tail by accident, he looked slightly awkward befrore flashing a defiant glance around the clearing. his blood red eyes looked like a dark clan warriors eyes. it wasnt his fault though they were a creepy bloodred. he sighed at least moonpaw wouldnt discriminate towards him because he had different eyes, she was different as wlel.

She felt a wave of warmth shower her as he licked her on the head. Smiling as ge promised not to leave her she glanced up at the greatrock. Sure enough Shadestar was still unseen or unheard from. But would they really waste all night waiting on him? "I'm not quite sure but I hope he arrives soon!" She barked hastily as a leaf brushed her smooth flank. Her fur standing on end the white undecoat beginning to overlap her steel gray.

"Come here direpaw." she said and wrapped her tail around Eviepup and Direpaw.

Heatherpaw lifted her head to look at Direpaw. If he wasn't going to say anything, she would. "Look, Direpaw...I...I guess i should say sorry..." She stood up, "But, i guess, if you don't want me here...I will leave you alone..." A weak smile appeared on her face, directed to Direpaw, before she turned to look at Swiftpaw. She flicked her tail, as if silently offering him to come if he wanted, before padding off towards the shelter of one of the oaks. She stumbled into the groove of one of the oaks great roots, and curled up with her tail wrapped around her.

Swiftpaw sat and listened to her talk to direpaw, he didn't understand this wolf's attitude and it was starting to bug him. As Heatherpaw walked off Swiftpaw stared at the male with a cold glare, and then turned around and followed heatherpaw to the Oak tree. Swiftpaw laid next to her as he pushed he's body against hers. "Its my fault your friends won't talk to you isn't it?" Swiftpaw said in a quiet tone he felt quite sorry for heatherpaw, he never knew why the other windclan wolves hated him is it because he was a thunderclan wolf. He asked himself then he let out a sigh

Heatherpaw pressed into Swiftpaw as he came over. "I believe so." She tried to look into his eyes, a question burning inside her, "Do you think it's really that bad? I mean, us being friends?"

SnowFlower listened to them, "No, it isn't bad, but your loyalty MUST remain to the clans."she said, "If we couldn't even be friends with them, then I wouldn't be warming this little pup with my tail."she looked at the pup and back to Heatherpaw.

Shadestar trotted down the hill towards the rock, slightly wobbly on his feet because of his previous experience. It had only been recently that he had gotten his memory back, and the whole experience was hard to get used to. Ignoring the other Clan leaders and other wolves in the clearing, he jumped onto the rock and sat in silence, just watching the others with golden eyes. There was no need to tell the other Clan leaders what had occurred, and he would make sure the Clan members would not tell either. Remaining calm, his expression unreadable, he continued to wait in silence for the other leaders to step forward first. Some of ShadowClan had already made it, it seemed, and he noticed in particular a ThunderClan wolf harassing a ShadowClan pup. Rage, as always, started in his being and he made a pointed growl towards the ThunderClan warrior. Was he trying to take ShadowClan pups again, like ThunderClan seemed to do frequently?

Skypaw relaxed slightly at the sight of her leader making his way onto the Great Rock. She'd thought he wouldn't make it because of what happened back at camp but that wasn't the case. Sky let out a sigh before looking up at the leaders, waiting for the Gathering to begin. She shifted from paw to paw, anxious to get back to camp so that she didn't have to be around the other Clans at the moment. She just didn't feel comfortable at the moment around so many wolves.

Hawkpool suddenly noticed shadestar come in. She could feel confusion and anxiety in the air. She then was started by a large gust of icy wind in her face. She then shook her head to clear her thoughts why was shadestar late. She then observed him carefully with eyes as slits. She still was worried about the wolf,yet wanted to know more. She then just shrugged and padded over to the great rock.

Running into the clearing. He bumped into a tree. He stood quietly in the crowd and felt his tiny shivers though his coat. He then stretched and shook his head. After that he bumped into a warrior that didn't smell like shadowclan. He then said "who are you?" He was always quiet and never did talk much. He felt big icy eyes pierce his soul. Although did not dare to flinch away. He then felt another gust of wind. Yet it was like nothing was there. Just him and the wolf.

Hawkpool then looked down to him and said "well,it depends how you look at it,i am hawkpool warrior of thunderclan" she then looked at him again with her large blue eyes. She then said "so now that you know who i am,who might you be dear?" She laid down to try and be the same hieght. She knew pups might freck out if they saw a big wolf towering over them. She then curled up her tail against him. Feeling his tiny shivers. She then looked up ather leader and said "also,i am guessing you want to know what thunderclan is,.....don't you" she smiled at the pup.

Relieved to see Shadestar arrive, Russetstar snapped to attention, his eyes trained on the ShadowClan leader. He was careful not to show any emotion, unlike his peers down below. "I gather we can start now?" he asked.

Nodding to hawkpool he said "yes i would like to know about this thunderclan." He then paused "i'm i'm bluepup." He then wondered do i really look so small. Since bluepup was bigger in size compared to other pups he would tower over him. But was still smaller than other wolves. He then looked up and noticed a black wolf. He smelled like him and said "whos that hawkpool?"

Nightpaw looked up at high rock hearing more movement and caught a glimse of Shadestar in the crowd. She got up at padded over to Hawkpool, sitting down next to her. "Will the gathering start soon then?" she asked, looking up at the warrior. She was strating to feel chilling for not having moved in a while, but at the same time was curious to hear news from the other clans. Wonder who all the leaders are.... she thought and studied the wolves on highrock.

Shadowpup watched as her leader came into view. That must mean that they convinced him to come tonight. Perhaps they also got him remembering who he is. Either way, it was a good sign right? She watched with pride as his leader walked up to the leaders so the gathering could start. Her eyes with a bit of envy in them.

Nodding her head she said "yes nightpaw." She then said "meet bluepup,hes part of shadowclan. She then said "well bluepup that wolf is your leader,leader of shadowclan." She then looked up at the leaders waiting for something to happen. Then she said "also thunderclan is another clan that lives in theses forests" she then looked up at rainstar. Then said "that wolf is our leader,and the brown one is windclan's." Then looked up at the sky and said "well the last one is graystar,leader of riverclan,......have you ever heard of starclan bluepup?"
