Walking up to his apprentice,he looked at him slowly and carefully. [color=blue]["Now,where shall be begin?"/color] His smirked slowly crawled across his face. He flicked her tail.

Slypaw nodded to his mentor and headed after the smell slowly. He had to sneak up and not scare the buck or it would run. He sneaked behind a tree near the buck on the right side leaving room for Bluestorm on the left. His plan was to try and sneak up to the buck and run and get him. If that didn't work the buck would go straight towards bluestorm to finish him off.
Slypaw started sneaking forward making sure to stay low and out of sight. When he was close enough he darted forward. The buck with a huge rack took flight but was too late to escape Slypaw. Slypaw jumped and dug his claws into its back to hang on. Using his back legs he jumped up higher before he could gett kicked. Slypaw then bit down hard on the buck's front leg sending it down in a tumble.

Watching Slypaw try and take down the buck,Bluestorm growled and lept at the fallen buck. It was was squirming under Slypaw's grip. He went for the neck and bit down. He felt the heart beat once in his mouth. He heard the buck's breath grow shallow. Till it disappeared completely. He released his grip and licked his blood-stained muzzle. He glanced at Sly and gave him a brisk nod. "We'll bring it to camp later, that was good."

Slypaw nodded at his mentor. He was out of breath after taking out the large Buck. It was bigger than he expected it to be and a lot more work. He had almost lost it if it hadn't been for Bluestorm finishing it off.

Bluestorm grinned and walked out into the sunlight. He gazed upward. He caught the waft of bird. He took a deep great hand exhaled smoothly. "Tell me. Want to learn how to fish?"

"Yah!" Slaypaw was excited. He loved the water and always splashed around in puddles as a pup. If he could learn to fish he could be good at catching somthing small. He would be glad too cool off and try fishing

He grinned. "Ok,follow me." He then stood up and walked towards the sound of rushing water nearby. The grass was wet and slippery as he stepped nearby the river. "Careful. Its slippery." He stepped by the shore and gazed down into the crystal clear water. He blinked as water splashed in his face. He saw silver objects flash by. He shot out and a large fish flew into the air. He jumped at it and caught it with his mouth. He tasted mud and the salty tang of blood. Feeling the body grow limp he set it down. It's gill slowly lifting up and down. He glanced at Slypaw. "There's no technique. Just jump at it and hope you catch it." He blinked his red eyes and glanced at the water.

Slwpaw was full aware of how slippery it was because he had slipped on it when he was younger. Slypaw crept forward and whatched Bluestorm. He got splashed by the fish that bluestorm had caught. Slypaw looked back at the water and waited for a fish to pass by. Seeing one, Slypaw dipped his head in the water he tried to bite down and got the tail fin. The fishes body squirmed and hit him in the face making Slypaw throw it backwards still alive. Slypaw had made a huge splash soaking himself.

Feeling his apprentices thwack,he sighed and shook his head. Then seeing the fish jump in the air,and his apprentice soaking wet,he chuckled to himself. Seeing it was thrown high,he narrowed his eyes. He leapt for it and caught it in his mouth. He sank his teeth in it then set it down. "Try to be quick. And its easier to stay on the shore." He grinned and glanced at the fish.

Slypaw grinned back and tried agian. He looked at the water more carefully and found a fish swimming by. This time he stuck his head in fast and grabbed it successfully. When he pulled out his head he was still soaked but had cuaght the fish. He set it down next to the other fish and looked back at Bluestorm. He got a micheivious look in his eyes and jumped into the water making a splash and probably sending most of the prey away.

Seeing Slypaw jump into he water,he grinned and leapt after. Bluestorm noticed the quick current and started swimming towards shore. He then though if Slypaw could swim. He glanced back at his apprentice.

Slypaw was not a a very good swimmer and was swept down river with the current. He popped up on the shore a ways down and was unharmed. He ran back to Bluestorm and shook off his fur. He grinned and then sat down.

Jumping onto the shore,Bluestorm shook his thick fur. Scattering frigid wet drops around. Seeing his apprentice,he took a deep breathe. "Lets keep working on fishing." He glanced at the water. Most of the fish had scattered over the latest disturbance in the water.

Although most of the fish had scattered some were still around. Now Slypaw had to be faster because they knew somthing was there. Slypaw dove his head into the water and brought out a shiney fish. He dropped it quickly and stuck his head back in. Bringing out another fish but way smaller. It would still help his clan. He then looked back at his mentor.

He nodded. "Good,well you want to keep fishing,or work on something else?" He flicked his tail. Blinking his eyes.

"Something else." he replied. He had so much energy and he wanted to keep moving. It seemed like everything was moving ahead of him and he wanted to be able to fight. "Teach me more fighting moves."

He nodded. "Ok,well. Lets try a back kick." He stood away from Slypaw,then kicked out his back legs. "Just try to balance on your paws."

Slypaw tried to copy bluestorm's move. He ended up falling on his side. Frustrated, slypaw tried agian and finally got it. He smiled and did it agian. he was proud he learned a new move.

Bluestorm nodded. "Good. Now lets work on tucking in your tail." He tucked his tail in and slowly stalked forward. He made it seem easy,but he then quickly rose. "Its actually quite hard to keep your tail in. It keeps your balance when you stand. So don't be discouraged of you fall."

Sly put his tail low and walked away. He looked like he recently turned blind. He was wobblely and could barley walk. It was a very slow process but he finally stooped and turned around. He walked back to his mentor the same way. Half way there hey tripped and fell bringing up dust. He coughed and looked at his mentor. "That is harder than you make it look. Is that how you are so balenced?"

She shook his head. "Not quite. Just try to keep your balance as much as you can. It really is hard." He tried it again. Slightly wobbling,but crept slowly.

Slypaw tried agian. Sending his tail between his legs seemed unnatural, but he did it anyways. Following Bluestorm across the clearing. He was considerably slower than bluestorm but followed anyways. He was wobbling like crazy and could barely stay upright. Finally he had to let his tail go straight agian. " Keeping your tail down is hard."

Bluestorm nodded. "It is. But lets work on something else now." Blue then ran over to a slowly rotting tree,and slammed against it. It gave way a little. He grinned,then glanced at his apprentice. "Its called a body slam. You just try to knock your enemy off their paws,and it'll shock them too." He then heard snapping,and also
Wy backed away. The tree fell down,and hit the ground. A rumble flowing through the earth.

Sly looked in awe at Bluestorm. He had taken down a tree!! Slypaw thought that it looked hard. He headed toward a tree that was clearly alive. He slammed into it hard. "ow!" was all Slypaw could say as the tree barley moved. Slypaw had chosen a tree that wasn't even close to dying and was firmly rooted to the ground. He shoulder hurt a little bit otherwiese he was unharmed. On the right tree it would have knocked it clear down. Slypaw sat down a little winded.

Staring at his apprentice,Bluestorm had a glint of laughter in his eye. "Hey,you ok? Its better to go for a dead tree. It wouldn't hurt as much. Since it's rotting away." He flicked his tail. "Try again."

Slypaw gave a look of determination to Bluestorm. He headed to a rotting tree and tried agian slamming his body into the tree. This time the tree came down with a loud crash. " HA!!!" Slypaw shouted his accomplishment. He headed back to Bluestorm with his head held high. "That worked better." he said to Bluestorm triumph shinning in his eyes.
