Heather star watched the jet black male intently as his nervous state became apparent to her, and she wriggled her ears, just waiting. Finally, when his question eventually reached her white tipped ears she felt something inside of her lurch violently, and for a moment the small leader was dumb found. Stunned beyond words for a couple of moments the fae let herself relax, feeling a smile beginning to form upon her muzzle. Never could she of imagined that this was what Swiftstreak had been planning to ask her, and she couldn't have wished for anything else. "Of course." She muttered equally, joy and emotion filling her gaze as she looked up at him. "Yes, of course I will be."

Barkstripe's words had no effect on Raggedfur. He was done talking and being rubbed the wrong way by mere insults alone. If this idiot wanted to fight, he had himself a fight. No need to waste energy on talking. Raggedfur barreled forward, his massive figure serving to his advantage. Barkstripe was undoubtedly quick, but he wasn't near as strong as Raggedfur. The Windclan warrior lashed out one massive paw as he closed in on close quarters, his vision sharpening to precise clarity as he tried to cuff the wolf upside the head.

Feeling Raggedfur's cuff. He growled and took his scruff. He tore out fur. Wile blood started coming out. He growled and scratched the bald spot. He whispered into Raggedfur's ear. "I should maybe torture your brother,see you seethe in pain and anger. But your brother doesn't deserve that."

Satisfaction rushed through Raggedfur as his blow landed true and Barkstripe stumbled under the impact. That satisfaction, however, was short lived as the warrior gripped tight onto Raggedfur's scruff. Raggedfur gritted his teeth in pain as blood began to flow down his thick-furred pelt, and he jerked away, more flesh ripping in Barkstripe's jaws as Raggedfur tore away. The pain wasn't important, though, and Raggedfur pushed it away. Barkstripe's whispered words echoed forlornly in his ears, sending a new stab of fury through Raggedfur. He found himself momentarily blinded by sheer rage at the very thought. If there was one thing that got under Raggedfur's skin, that made him literally want to disembowel his enemies, it was the promise of hurting his brother. Paws itching, Raggedfur sprung himself forward with a new conviction. No more preamble, no more testing his opponent. Raggedfur aimed to pin Barkstripe to the ground. One word against his brother did that to him - turned Raggedfur into a raging, rampant, merciless demon.

Bluepaw growled, barreling towards Raggedfur. Bluepaw and Barkstripe had an advantage fighting together, didn't they? He growled, "You'll have to replenish our medicine stores, you brat!" Bluepaw jumped off, looking at Raggedfur with stern eyes even though he was blind.

Barkstripe growled,and unsheathed his claws. He then scratched his face. And zipped to the right. He snarled and growled. Bark bared his teeth.

Breezepaw's pleasure was broken when she heard yelling. She ran into the clearing. "Raggedfur what is going on?" SHe saw the wolves yelling at him. SHe growled,"Leave Raggedfur alone!"

Raggedfur ignored Bluepaw as the apprentice jumped into their fight. This wasn't his battle, and Raggedfur would be darned if he hurt the blind youngun. If anything, Raggedfur fought fair - he would never go against a wolf if his opponets weren't well matched. Eyes still narrowed in rage, Raggedfur lithely dodged the scratches that Barkstripe aimed for his face. He was on the offense now - enough defensive tactics. Raggedfur was hungry for blood. Charging forward, the warrior once again wriggled himself into close quarters and shoved his head against Barkstripe's shoulder, aiming to unbalance him.

Bluepaw turned, the grumpy medicine wolf apprentice growled, "He broke out into the fight by breaking into our medicine stored and tearing them apart because Spottedheart went to get some herbs. That's not us messing with him, that's him messing with us!" He just about had it today. He turned back to the fight, lunging at Raggedfur again.

Barkstripe stopped at the sight of the apprentice. He flicked his tail and stalked off."Ignore what just happened Breeze." He then fell. He saw Raggedfur on top of him. He snarled. "ENOUGH! I'm not dragging an apprentice into this." He shoved Raggedfur off of him. And wriggled out of his grip.

Breezepaw lunged for Raggedfur."Calm down everything is going to be ok." The apprentice bore her calming eyes into his. He needed to calm down.

The moment Barkstripe was beneath him, Raggedfur felt some of his rage subside. His snarl didn't falter and thunderous growls still ripped from his throats, but he no longer had the blood-lust that posessed him only moments before. Still, Raggedfur wasn't through with the wolf, and before Barkstripe could completely free himself from Raggedfur's weighty grip, Raggedfur had delivered a sharp bite to his nose, strong enough to draw blood. The warrior stepped away as Barkstripe wriggled free, whole body heaving as Raggedfur struggled for breath. He didn't make any move towards the warrior, but didn't back down, either. As far as Raggedfur saw, they'd both got their licks in. If Barkstripe still wanted to fight, though, Raggedfur was ready. The snarl returned to his lips, waiting for Barkstripe to decided between fight and flight.

Feeling blood come to his nose,he shook it off. He growled and stalked back to the warrior's den. He flicked his tail,and he narrowed his eyes. No more.

Raggedfur kept his eyes trained on Barkstripe as the warrior headed for his den. Raggedfur felt a macabre satisfaction as he watched the trail of blood droplets following the warrior, and he allowed himself a moment of satisfaction that he'd finally gotten to get his licks in with the warrior. It was a relief - a stress-relieving, tension-relieving relief. Shaking his pelt free of dust, Raggedfur winced as the pain suddenly returned to him and he remembered the bleeding bite on his scruff. Oh, well. He would live. The warrior trailed back to the medicine den, worry for his brother returning.

"Raggedfur are you crazy! You could of died. I would never want to see any warrior die." She wanted to go to the border and see HAwktalon. Then she remembered she still smelled of thunderclan. Crap What do I do?

Hearing Raggedfur grunt with victory,he sighed and shook his head. His only mark was a bloodied claw mark on his nose. He kept snorting,blood filling his nostrils. He whipped his nose in his fur.

Hurricanepup watched in bemusement as the fight broke out, snapping out of his reverie, he looked around for amberpaw. his stupid look back on his face. he gamboylled over to the dog known as breezepaw and grinned cheerfully. saying in his slow stupid voice "hello pretty, have you seen A-amberpaw?"

Jadefeather stood watching in total shock; so shocked in-fact that she couldn't move. Only when Bluepaw joined the fight did she manage to come to her senses and streak over. "Bluepaw! What were you thinking diving into a battle like that?" She scolded but then realised that the apprentice was full of just as much rage as the warriors were. "Why don't you go back and help Spottedheart with the herbs?" Jade suggested and rested her tail tip on the apprentice's shoulder in a gesture of understanding before shooting a cautious but defiant glance over at Raggedfur. Snorting in disgust at the amount of blood that had been spilt, Jadefeather padded over to the warriors den and poked her head in to see if Barkstripe was ok. "Are you hurt badly?" She asked warily knowing the warrior would probably answer no anyway. Barkstripe had done a brave thing and Jadefeather almost felt obliged to go see if the warrior was okay.

Snowflower padded into camp. She tilted her head. The fae searched around for Duskfang. She smiled as she saw them. She walked over to him. "Hello, my dear."she said as she brushed against him.

Duskfang awoke from his unexpected slumber with a confused grunt as the scents of fresh blood trickled through his nose. Nostrils flaring hungrily the large male lifted himself from the floor and stretched his jaws in a yawn, shaking the continuos waves of sleep that tried to pen iterate his mind from his head. Looking around he pieced together the signs that had been left; a trail if blood leading to the warriors' den, the enraged Raggedfur and blustered apprentices. There had been a fight and he had missed it! Now feeling thoroughly disgruntled, Duskfang looked up, surprised, as something brushed past him. His eyes met the sleek, white pelt of his mate, Snowflower, and he gave a short grunt that meant hello.

Snowflower smiled at her mate. "How you feeling?"she asked as her fur blew in the wind. The fae tilted her head as she saw him upset. "Um...what's wrong?"she asked. The deputy grinned in a sweet style. She giggled, trying to let up the moody air and atmospehere. She awaited a reply.

Duskfang shrugged and shook his head in a mute reply, not wanting to tell her that his feelings and been altered by the simple event of missing a fight. He could be better than this and he knew it, but he couldn't ignore the pulsating blood lust that stormed through his veins every time a fight was mention. Turning to Snowflower the feeble beginnings of a smiled flickered across his muzzle. "I should be asking how you are feeling, really." He grumbled in a slightly friendlier tone. "So...erm...how are you feeling?"
