Congratulations to Fangpup, (and Stoatpup), for becoming apprentices!!

Other pups and apprentices may also be promoted as well if they remain active.

This Clan Meeting will take place once RiverClan finishes their roleplay at the river (trying to solve the current RiverClan event). Mentors will be decided on later, as soon as it's decided who will be promoted to an apprentice, or in the case of apprentices, to be promoted to a warrior.

Edit:
Ripplepup has now become an apprentice! I will be Ripplepup's mentor, even though I'm currently mentoring Snowpaw.
Fangpup will be mentored by Silverheart.
Stoatpup will be mentored by Magmafeather.

Ripplepup; As soon as you have the needed amount of Clan symbols (which may be soon, currently you're half way there), you'll be able to be promoted to an apprentice. You might be able to have your apprenticeship ceremony along with Fangpaw and Stoatpaw as well if you earn the needed symbols in time.

Ripplepup has now become an apprentice- congratulations! Ripplepup will be mentored by me, as there aren't really any active members in the Clan currently without an apprentice(even though I'm still mentoring Snowpaw).

Also, Ripplepup, I didn't see the last part of your post before; they did have the full 10/10 Clan symbols needed, though when they became apprentices, it was reset.
