| First topic message reminder :With the new year and the new activity check, it is time to attract some new faces around the community! Therefore we are having a 2-in-1 contest. Advertisement ContestThere are many role-play forums around the internet that are similar and both different than ours. Many of them have an Advertise forum like we do! To attract some new members or at least get our name out there, everyone who participates in this contest is encouraged to post the below advertisement to other forums. It only takes a couple seconds to do so, remember to scroll down through the whole box! Instead of cats, though, the characters are wolves! There are currently four Clans to choose from when joining: ThunderClan, StormClan, WindClan, and SunClan, but these will actively change. In the beginning there were the original Clans: ThunderClan, RiverClan, WindClan, and ShadowClan, but some combined and others decided to begin anew and start their own new family. Almost anything is possible here, and we invite you to check it out and try it! Our members are very helpful and welcoming to newcomers and we always love to see some fresh faces around the community. Contests are frequently held, and we recently hosted multiple holiday activities including a scavenger hunt, secret santa paws, and a holiday raffle!<br /><br /> When creating a character we also offer something different that many similar role-plays do not. You can choose to create a "House-dog" that roams the streets of Hartford, a nearby city, and attempt to survive. It is entirely possible that this domesticated dog could find its way into the Clans and join the wolves in the forest, or even lead a Clan someday! <br /><br />When beginning in a Clan, each character also starts off as a pup and works their way up through the ranks. As an apprentice you receive a mentor, then become a warrior and soon enough teach an apprentice of your own, and have the chance of becoming a leader in the future! Image SourceThere will be first, second, and third place in this contest. The person who advertises on the most websites gets first, the second most second, and so on. You can keep track of the websites you've posted on in one post on this topic with a list of all of the links to each topic. When posting under these forums, please use your username on this forum! Rules- Only one advertisement per website. Two different people will not get credit for posting on the same website, but the person who posted first will. - Follow ALL of that site's rules, don't go posting wildly on different websites without reading their actual advertisement rules. - Do not advertise on any chatboxes there unless it is specifically permitted. - Take the URLs of the thread where you post it and compile all of them into a single post on this thread instead of multiple for easy use. - Remain polite when posting. Prizes- 1st place: mod on the chatbox for 2 weeks (or 150 crystal voucher), free avatar & signature image, 275 crystals, 5 symbol points, free character slot for other Clan - 2nd place: mod on the chatbox for 1 week (or 100 crystal voucher), free avatar, 200 crystals, 4 symbol points, free character slot for same Clan - 3rd place: 100 crystals, 3 symbol points, free House-dog character slot - Everyone who advertises at least one place: 50 crystals, 1 symbol Referral ContestThis contest is simple. You get credit by having new members join the site that weren't members before. To prevent cheating, siblings do not count because the IPs would be the same and thus we can't tell if you are telling the truth. The person who gets the most new people to join wins the contest, though everyone will get a prize! If you can get your referrals to stay active for a month you'll another goody! Make sure the person that you've referred knows your username on here so they can tell us and you get credit! Rules- Cannot be a sibling or someone that shares the same IP address - Do not harass the person to join, it is their choice. - No rude behavior or attempting to steal other people's referrals or something like that.
