Greenleaf, prey is once more plentiful. The forests and Moors are filled with tasty nibbles of prey while the river is almost choked with fish.

First topic message reminder :

A cursed place where those killed on territory are buried. Frequently they are left to rot in shallow graves and sometimes forced to dig their own before being killed. A rotten smell lingers over the place and ceremonies are sometimes performed here over the dead of those conquered. The leaders of past packs attacked and killed have been dragged and buried here as well.

Cinderblaze's eyes remained shut as the ceremony played out around her. She didn't need to see to know what was happening; the old ritual was as familiar to her as the wolves in this Graveyard. As the words rolled off of Duskshadow's tongue, Cinderblaze could practically feel the power rippling through the air, and her lithe little body quaked with delight. As the metallic, delicious smell of the old mutt's tainted blood pervaded the air, Cinderblaze slowly allowed her eyes to flutter open. She watched as her dominants drank from the corpse, the sacrafice that would lead the Aza'zel further along their road to power. Rising to her paws, Cinderblaze waited respectfully for Darkblaze to finish drinking before she padded forward for her own turn. For a moment she stared down at the mangled, bloody body -- then, her muzzle plunged downwards into the tatters of its throat.

The blood was warm and delicous in her mouth. She spent moments lapping, tasting the substance. It reinvigorated her, sent energy coursing through her bones, and her lust to feel the blood of the clan wolves on her paws magnified. All of a sudden, however, the pleasent sensation went away. Cinderblaze was struck by a suffocating pain, as if a giant maw was clamped down over her chest, restricting her airway. The she-wolf didn't panic; she succumbed to the feeling. It quickly overtook her entire body, holding her in a vice like grip. Cinderblaze could throw off throw off the strange entity whenever she wanted, but she stood still to the power that consumed her, picking apart and deciphering its meanings and notations. When the sensation finally subsided, Cinderblaze turned slowly to face her pack, muzzle now stained crimson red.

"He approves," Cinderblaze spoke hoarsely, though her words radiated power. "He tells us to follow through. Soon, everything you see will be ours. Cernobog promises."

Jagggedclaw grinned with sly satisfaction as he watched Duskshadow tear the helpless mutt's throat out. He gazed longingly at the sticky red liquid that was now oozing at great pace from the open wound and dripping onto the floor with his claws slowly sliding into the sodden ground. Allowing the overpowering scent of the fresh blood immerse his senses entirely he closed his eyes and allowed himself to imagine what was soon to come. He imagined sicking his teeth into the scrawny necks of those Clans wolves. Watching them scream and scatter as the Aza'zel conquered their land and slaughtered them one by one... His eyes flew open as he heard Cinderblaze rise from behind him and approach the altar to drink. She had a special connection with Černobog, and he was most interested to hear if he would decide to speak through Cinderblaze tonight. Watching the female intently as she lapped up her share of blood before suddenly growing incredibly still and silent. Was there a message to be given?

"He approves, he tells us to follow through. Soon, everything you see will be ours. Cernobog promises."

The malevolent grin reappeared upon his muzzle. Černobog had spoken. Soon everything would be theirs. Seeing an opportunity and seizing it the male rose to his feet and padded over to where the mutt lay, ready to take his own share of it's blood. Plunging his muzzle into the neck wound he began to lap up the hot, sticky liquid with a content shiver. From the first mouthful and everyone after he could feel a new sense of power surging through his limbs, and he raised his muzzle with a one confident action. With Černobog at their sides they would be unstoppable. Stepping back he allowed room for the next wolf to drink.

Smokedeath could wait no longer. She sprinted over to the to the dead mutt and drank so much more than her fill. Lapped up the blood and then gave up and tore into his side. Finally done she backed up slowly and ran into the dark where no one could see her. She watched to see what else would happen. she waited until she could leave again and cause more havoc wherever she wanted.

Darkblaze watched as they all drank from the blood pool at the alter. "Duskshadow, I know whom our next target should be. We cannot just effect one of these clans, we must get them all. I know where they are going with him, they are performing rituals of they're own." He told the other dominant. He was waiting on Scartooth and Mudfoot to step forward and drink. He had to get on with his plan. The mutt had given them futures for they're plans. The Aza'zel pack would rule over the entire forest, nothing could stop them.

He looked at them, he had seen a medicine wolf from that stupid moor clan die. If they could get the body, it would replace that white wolf that Duskshadow could not bring back. They would all die by the paws or they would enter through the Eztil and join the pack. He knew they had silly beliefs, meeting in peace? Peace was for those who had no other options. They would be picked off one by one until they were gone.

Jaggedclaw surveyed Smokedeath with a look of disapproval as she seemed to have some sort of crazed hissy-fit. What did the mutt think she was doing now? His gaze followed her as she disappeared into the darkness and he let out a disgruntled snort. Now she was playing hide-and-seek. "Stop fooling around Smokedeath." He growled rather hypocritically at the female, taking a step towards the place where she had disappeared. His ears rotated to face backwards as he heard Darkblaze's voice

Scartooth watched the ceremony take place through his dull eyes. He let out a growl as Smokedeath went before him; he thought he was more dominant than her, though he didn't say anything more. He walked forward carefully, licking at the dog until he had enough, and then he walked back. His amber eyes looked around at the others, seeing if they had anything to tell the pack. His fur of several reds, grays, browns, and blacks was ruffled from an earlier hunt against a rabbit that hadn't ended up well, with him landing onto a tree. Shaking his head, he focused his mind off of mere hunts and back on the pack.

Smokedeath went around in a circle and went toward Jaggedclaw's side. Noticing he was listening to Darkblaze. Smokedeath slowly sneaked up to Jaggedclaw and growled real low and then turned around and ran back to the shadows. Now she couldn't stop moving and was circleing the other wolves in the darkness. She had too much energy inside her to sit calmly. She continued to growl while pacing around and she didn't want to wait anymore.

Duskshadow nodded. "I know what you are speaking of." Her muzzle still stained, she looked over at them all. "Let us go, quickly yet silently. You all know what to do." She took special care to pointedly look towards Smokedeath and nod towards her to give her encouragement. This would work. "Honeyheart, you should stay behind. Everyone else can choose whether to come along or stay, but we should have at least 4 wolves."

Trotting away from the altar she left the sacrifice there to bleed out to her god's pleasure. Once they returned they could bury the dog who would now never awaken. Until then they must give the spirit enough time to escape from the body and join with Cernobog. "Come, all." she said as she left the entrance of the graveyard and into the darkness that seemed to always cover their territory.

Darkblaze nodded to Duskshadow, she knew the plan he thought of. He ran after his partner's trails. He headed to the place they were to attack. They needed the body, they needed a body in general. That was two wolves, they needed two more for the plan, he had a feeling he knew what the plan was. He ran into the darkness that was they're territory.

Jaggedclaw glared at Smokedeath as she circled him and started to pace back and forth. She was crazy. That was his opinion. Looking over at Duskshadow as she declared it time to leave he nodded respectably. He knew what he had to do. Following his dominants through the shadows he made for their new destination, his tail twitching impatiently.

Darkblaze hauled the body over. A snarl from his muzzle as he threw the body on the ground. Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor. He thought to himself. "I'm going back to the moor clan, they refused to submit and I'm going to fight them one way or another. Watch the body." He ordered, his tone at a sharp sound. He ran back, he wanted the taste of the enemies blood on his muzzle.

Duskshadow dragged the body of the dead WindClan warrior over to where Shadewhisper's laid. The two smelled similar, same Clan, perhaps? With a triumphant howl she laid the stiff corpse on top of the other. If the three others did not return she would soon run back to the heat of the battle. Cernobog was on their side, though, and the dominant knew that they would be successful. Duskshadow could only hope that Darkblaze would not fail in bringing back the body of the SunClan warrior.

Darkblaze dragged the SunClan warrior back to the graveyard. He was needless t say, not mad at they're catch. "We now have 3 bodies for the Cernobog. They refuse to submit to Cernobog's power and they will pay with they're lives!" He called out to them. He let out a victory howl.

Duskshadow watched as Darkblaze approached, dragging the SunClan warrior's body as he went. She leaned down and sniffed her after he dropped her corpse. "She smells like she was about to give birth, too," the dominant observed with a malicious smile. "We have stopped the spread of their species, Cernobog will be especially pleased with your kill."

Taking the wolf by the scruff Duskshadow brought her corpse over to the others before the altar where the dog's blood still dripped though was now drying out. Raising her jaws, she howled as well, joining her partner after a successful battle. Winning the battle was not the point, rather the sacrifice and the show of it which they had done very well. All who arrived did very well and their god would be pleased.

Smokedeath walked into the clearing but stayed in the dark. " Successful?" asked quizikly fully aware of the new bodies. She had missed most of the fight but had enjoyed it all the same. She was bleeding slightly but was fine all the same. She let her face show through the shadows and her blue eyes stared at nothing.

Mudfoot jumped back in surprise as Darkblaze dropped the body of a wolf on the ground, only to run off again. The scrawny-looking male snickered at the thought of this "moor Clan" refusing to back down to Darkblaze. The dominant male would definitely have them punished for their foolishness, and their dark god would be pleased. For a moment, Mudfoot considered joining them in their battle, however he decided that he would rather stay at the graveyard. Fighting was not his strong suite, and he preferred to work in the background with his poisons anyway.

Not far behind Darkblaze came Duskshadow, bringing with her yet another body - another offering to Cernobog. Not long after that, Darkblaze returned again, bringing with him another corpse. Mudfoot looked at the three bodies, an almost crazed smile on his face. The latest kill was a pregnant wolf.. even better. To kill the young was to kill the future of these Clans, and to kill a mother.. that was even better.

Those thoughts also brought with them another thought.. a plan. Since to kill the young would be to kill the future, why not kill some pups? If these Clans had any sense in them, they wouldn't let their pups wander around unsupervised, though so far these wolves didn't exactly seem intelligent. Perhaps Mudfoot could convince a curious, unsupervised pup to take some delicious herbs. Except, those "delicious herbs" would be poison.

Jaggedclaw padded into the eerie graveyard, an evil smirk painted upon his muzzle as he caught sight of the three limp bodies tossed in a pile further ahead. Cernobog would be especially pleased with the result of this battle; they had managed to compensate for the body of the herb wolf that Duskshadow had failed to bring back, killed another one of those moor clan wolves and taken the life of a mountain clan female with unborn pups! They had stricken fear into the very souls of those clan wolves, and they had only just begun. Resuming his place within the shadows, his body once again half hidden by shadows, the other half just visible in the dim light, he fixed his dull, watchful brown gaze on his dominants.

Jaggedclaw snarled as he felt jaws meet his flesh and he whipped around, his cruel gaze staring into the darkness. He was in no mood to tolerate this funny business. Baring his teeth at the darkness he lashed his tail impatiently, the fur along his spine bristling. "Show yourself!" He snapped, his fangs glittering in the dim light. He had a good idea of whom the jaws ha belonged to, however wanted to see if they were too cowardly to show their face.

Smokedeath took the taunt and reapeared on the other side of the clearing. she relaxed and sat down to lick her paws. She was very pleased with herself and gave Jaggedclaw a taunting look before returning to lick her paws. She would never be worried about an attack. She was way quicker than this wolf and could dodge anything he sent her way.

Jaggedclaw turned sharply around as he heard a wolf appear on the opposite side of the clearing. What a surprise, it was Smokedeath. Surveying her pathetic excuse for a taunting glare the large male padded tensely over to her, his eyes burning furiously. He would teach her a lesson she wouldn't forget in a hurry. As soon as the head strong male got within combat range he lunged forward with both of his front paws outstretched, aiming two powerful blows to the head. If one blow missed, the other would to come into contact with the female, despite her scrappy attempts to dodge.

Smokedeath took a combat position. When Jaggedclaw jumped to hit her head she thought that was a fair idea and jumped out to catch his leg in her jaws. She bit down hard and hung on with all of her power. She tasted blood in her mouth. She snarled and reached her claws out to catch his chest and keep themselves seperate while she hug on to his leg. She had bleeding scractes on her face from not missing his second paw coming toward her.

Jaggedclaw growled with annouyance and not pain as she retaliated and bit hard down on his leg. He had got used to the feeling of pain and now had learnt to indulge it rather than fight it; now pain was quite a pleasant feeling. Swinging out his leg so that when Snokedeath tried to lash out at his chest, she missed, and instead her claws slid harmlessly through his fur. With his other paw Jaggedclaw aimed another blow to Smokedeath's head, except this time he swung it with even more force than the first as all of his strength was now focused on one paw instead of two. His extended his claws and growled again.

Duskshadow growled in annoyance at the disrespect Jaggedclaw and Smokedeath were showing Cernobog. They were supposed to be united before their god, but it seemed petty fights always got in the way. "With each body we become stronger, and soon we will become invincible," Duskshadow began, speaking loudly. "The Clans know of our presence now, and they are terrified of us and what we can do. I can sense that Cernobog is particularly pleased with our efforts." Her eyes strayed to where the dead body of a mother with a belly filled with pups laid. "Now we must bury them to fill this void in the ground with the spirits of others. As we do so they will be more connected with our god and thus give us more power."

Moving towards one of the bodies, Duskshadow picked Isenfire's up and dragged her towards an empty, waiting hole before throwing her down and kicking dirt on top of it until she could be seen no more. The dominant nodded to the others, indicating they should do the same with the rest. "After we have finished here we shall return to the mountain to plan what is next."
