The boundary between ThunderClan and WindClan

Origamiheart, turned to look back when an ear splitting screech and break rang through the air. He looked around the tree, to see the russet colored female falling and plummeting to the earth in a rapid fashion before hitting the ground. He took a step forward but remained where he was. It wasn't until he saw that she was hurt, that he made only a slight sound. He watched her but didn't dare go out. She could be snappy or worse, she might want his help and then he would have no idea what to do. So he kept to the shadows and stalked off.

Emberfeather watched - well, more-so heard - Origamiheart shuffle around in the shadows. Shrugging, she limped on, but she couldn't take the sting after a few foc-lengths. She sat down, and, not exactly knowing what to do, grasped the jagged wood splinter between her teeth and tugged. She could feel it slipping out of her paw, but blood began to spurt out the edges, so she stopped. Great. By the time I get back to camp I'll be half dead, she thought, hauling herself up and beginning to hop now.

Origamiheart, though the fae did not know was still walking by her. Watching her, he wasn't going to just leave her. The male paused as she stopped to tug at the stick and shook his head, Worst decision ever. He could see the crimson colored blood spurt from her paw and then she began to hop. Origami rolled his eyes and backed up into the bush. He narrowed his eyes, and looked around before dashing straight towards Ember, or her well her head. The male didn't want her to see him, and touch was a strange thing to him, so f he was going to help she had to be out. He barreled into her and fell into the safety of the bushes again, waiting to see if that had done the trick.

Emberfeather felt something slam into the side of her head. She heard bushes rustle and she could see a tail dissapearing into the cover of the brush. Her vision blurred and her eye lids fluttered. She sank to the ground, feeling the urge to sleep. Sleep....sleep.....

Origamiheart watched as she actually fell. "It worked..." Shrugging he padded forward and poked her slightly, nothing. He bit her ear softly, nothing. Sighing he grabbed her scruff and placed her across his back, racing swiftly to camp with a quiet precision. Hding beneath the scrawny outside existed a strong, swift wolf who tried to help. Origami would pause and then resume, the added weight not easy but manageable.

Snowflower glanced around. She tilted her head. Her eyes flickered around as she breathed in the scents around her. Her paws rested on the ground.

Origmaiheart walked up to the bushes that lined the border. H gulped and looked at the place where Ember had fallen and steered away from it. His nose twitched, he scented a female. a windlcan female. The male flattened his ears and froze in place. What if she was with someone else? What if they wanted to attack? What if it was a raid? What would he do?

Snowflower sniffed the air, catching a new scent. Her head turned and she spotted the ThunderClan male. "Um...Hello."she greeted warmly. The WindClan warrior or... queen smiled cheerfully at the other wolf.

Origmaiheart held his ears flat, his tail slowly tucking itself behind his legs. He gulped and stepped out of the bush, tense as ever. "Greetings." He whispered quietly and watched the female. He recognized her as Snowflower from before. He hated crowds but even he attended gatherings, and sat very, very far away.

Snowflower had to perk her ears just to listen to what he said. "I'm Snowflower, the WindClan deputy"said the wolf. She wondered what to do. Humming the tune of a song, she lay her head on her paws.

Origamiheart watched her lie down as she explained who she was. He blinked and sat down, still ready to dash, "I'm Origamiheart, warrior..." He still whispered a rusty raspy voice that sounded like he had a bad cough at times. But it was his voice, he came into full view and looked at the white female with caution.

Snowflower smiled. "Origamiheart. That's a nice name."she said softly. "I'll bet things are going great in ThunderClan."she said. "Hopefully nothing bad has happened to you."she said

Origamiheart shook his head, wow finally someone said something he didn't have to talk to answer for. He looked around and continued to whisper, "And windclan?" Always keeping under his own four word limit. He looked around nervously before turning his gaze back on Snowflower.

Snowflower smiled. "WindClan is doing fine."she said. "A pup was just apprenticed and an apprentice became a warrior recently."she said. She didn't talk about her pups. The pups that she felt in her stomach. As if... inactive of sorts.

Origamiheart nodded and responded, "That is good." He looked around the forest and then out to the moors. How strange how each group was adapted to their environment. He himself didn't mind where he went, be it mud, grass or dirt. Why he didn't know.

Snowflower thought about Phoenixfire or... Phoenixstar when she looked at the male. "You remind me of someone."she smiled. "The former leader of your clan."she said softly in a hushed tone. The wind blew past her, ruffling her fur.

Origamiheart raised a wolf brow and shook his head, "Far from him." He answered. e would never be like any of the leader, he would never be a leader. He would scurry from a fight, flee from his own clan mates. He thought of himself as wimpy. So basically the comparison made him feel strange though it was not meant personality wise.

Snowflower tilted her head adorably. "That's ok."she smiled. The wolf yawned and raised her head from her paws. "Do you like it? The wind in your fur?"she smiled.

Origmaiheart lifted his head, he had never thought about that. He stood in a way that the wind brushed his fur, as it slowly passed as if caressing it with gentle hands. His tail wagged slowly, no smile appeared but he was content. He turned to Snowflower and nodded. He did like it, it was strange he loved the wind. How strange how he had never thought of it. Fast and agile, he did indeed enjoy the rush and the feel of the wind as whistled past his ears as he would dash away.

Snowflower smiled. "Not many dislike the wind."she smiled. "I'm glad you like it."she said. The wolf waited silently and let the wind pass again. She smiled gratefully at the male.

Origamiheart nodded, "It's pleasing..." He allowed himself to feel the smooth sensation of the wind once more before nodding again. "Windclan feels this way?" Four words at a time, no more. He prided himself in it but not much. He didn't like to talk much, especially being so shy.

Snowflower smiled. "Most of the time, yes."she said. The deputy wagged her tail, dusting the ground before sitting on that area. She smiled sweetly.

Origamiheart hummed to himself and agreed."How pleasant." Without notice the male had sat down as well, relaxing slowly. He had never relaxed in the presence of another wolf, but it wouldn't take much to send him running. His tail curled in and out in the small glee he had as he enjoyed the smooth wind.

Snowflower smiled. Her fur rippled. She sat upright. "I'm sorry if I'm boring you."she said. The fae tilted her head, wondering.

Origamiheart shook his head instantly. He had never enjoyed sitting with someone before. Yes, he had enjoyed sitting with snowflower. She had asked no questions, didn't make him say too much. She was very nice, different from how he used to see the female wolf. "No, unless you are?"
