Fourtrees #6

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings. Also, there is a small opening in the rock with a space big enough for many small pups to fit into.

Tallfeather just snorted, staring at the apprentice and shaking his head in slight disbelief. Did this young wolf really think he was intimidating? Tallfeather just rolled his eyes, wondering if he had been just as irritating when he was as young, then decided probably so. "Scamper off, runt." He told the apprentice, completely unfazed by Bluepaw's attempts to unhinge him.

Firespell saw Hawkpool rush over and hug Mosseypaw. We're both pleased to see Mosseypaw again. She turned to see a few wolves making their way to Streakpaw. The firey wolf stood at her side and dipped her head, greeting them. Firespell recognised Bluepaw, and she smiled.

"Yes, i'm alright." She looks up as a few more wolves come. "And yes really, this is my first gathering." She dips her head at Firespell. She looks at the other wolves. "Who are all of you?" She looks at the newer wolves to the group continuously.

"Er...Your welcome Tallfeather," she replied. Spottedpup had no idea what him and Fangclaw were talking about earlier before she had walked up, but she was pleased that she had helped Tallfeather in some way. "Hello, are you Bluepaw?" She asked the wolf that came up to them. She wasn't sure if she could distract the wolf on asking about Tallfeather's friend, or something like that, but she at least wanted to meet another wolf.

Moonpup walked into the Fourtrees area. There were many wolves from all four of the Clans. She was dazzled by ample amount of wolves, and didn't know what to do next. She looked around and saw a small log. The pup trotted over to it and sat down. She watched the other wolves to see what she should do next. Hmmm, it looks like they're socializing.

"I'm Spottedpup," she replied. "Your a Stormclan wolf, am I right?" She said and flicked her tail. From the coner of her eye she saw a pup sitting by a small log. "Finally!" She thought. This was the first Sunclan wolf she'd seen at the gathering so far.

He nodded. "Nice to meet you Spottedpup. And yes,I am a Stormclan apprentice." Seeing her glance over at a log,he looked over. Hmm,must be a Sunclanners. Only one here at least.

"I'm Featherpaw," the black fae told the young pup. "So, you'll be an apprentice soon, won't you? You look like your as big as one!" she joked. The medicine wolf apprentice glanced around, wondering if Echosong would show up. I hope she does...

Moonpup saw another pup (Spottedpup.) talking with some other wolves. Well, it's never a bad time to make new friends! She trotted over to the group. "Hi!" she said. "I'm Moonpup." "What are your guys' names?"

"Nice to meet you, Moonpup", she said. "I'm Firespell, the deputy of ThunderClan." Firespell smiled down at the pup. She seems nice and friendly.

"Nice to meet you Firespell." Moonpup looked admiringly at her pelt. It reminds me of fire. "I think your pelt is very pretty."

"Thank you." The firey wolf smiled, it was nice to get compliments. "You look pretty too." She sniffed the air, SunClan scent. "You're from SunClan, aren't you Moonpup?"

"Yes I am, and thank you." "I think I'm the only Sunclan wolf here." "I thought I would be the last." I wonder when the others will get here.

Firespell nodded. "I know, Phoenixstar hasn't turned up yet either?" Her amber gaze wandered around the clearing a bit. "Is this your first gathering? I know most of the wolves here."

As their little group scattered, Tallfeather yawned and watched, wondering who he could converse with now. He was half tempted to just slink into a dark corner and snooze the rest of the gathering away, seeing how the one wolf he'd actually been looking forward to see wouldn't be coming, but he resisted the temptation. Spotting a Thunderclan wolf and Sunclan pup, Tallfeather decided to head over their way; maybe they would know why their leaders were absent. "Hello," He said, sitting down with Firespell and a pup he'd never seen.

"Yes." "I've never been to one before." Moonpup looked over at the other arriving wolves. "They seem interesting from what I've experienced." She noticed another wolf joining in on their conversation. "Hi!" "What's your name?" "I'm Moonpup."

The firey wolf saw a WindClan wolf that she knew, Tallfeather, come towards her and Moonpup. "Hello." Her ears flicked as he sat down beside her. Firespell heard Moonpup introducing herself. She flicked her ears.

Seeng the Sunclan wolf approach,he grinned. Nodding,he glanced at Spottedpup,but shrugged. "Hi,I'm Bluepaw. Nice to meet you Moonpup." Since he already heard her name from the coversation she was taking part in. With a Thunderclan wolf and Tallfeather.

"Hi Bluepaw." She annixously looked around to see if any of her pack mates had arrived. What could be keeping them? The pup looked back at BluePaw. "Are you from Stormclan?" She hadn't yet gotten down all of the clan smells, but she was pretty sure of the Stormclan scent.

He hesitated,and nodded his head. "I am,your Sunclan. At least thats what i can gather up from the other Sunclanners I've met." He took a quick look around. "Where is the rest of your clan anyways?" He then sat down,and gazed at Moonpup.

"I'm not sure." "I was surprised to be the first Sunclanner here." She remembered most of the Clan camp being deserted. Maybe they're on their way?

Tallfeather grinned as the Sunclan pup introduced herself, but his smile quickly faltered as the nosy Stormclan apprentice joined them. "My names Tallfeather," He told Moonpup, then withdrew from the conversation as she and Bluepaw started talking. Instead, he turned his attention to Firespell, the Thunderclan warrior. "Is Pheonixstar alright?" He asked, hoping he wasn't probing into intimate territory.

"Hi Tallfeather." So many new wolves! Hmm, so this is what a Gathering is like. This was one of the rare times when wolves from other Clans met. She was hoping to get to know some Sunclanners better, but none of them had arrived yet. Feeling an itch, she scratched her neck a bit.
