Fourtrees #6

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings. Also, there is a small opening in the rock with a space big enough for many small pups to fit into.

Sparrowpup ran over to Whirlpup and Spottedpup. "I found this really cool thing near the base of the great rock, wanna help me check it out?" She asked, her eyes practically begging them. "I'm Sparrowpup of StormClan." she said running to the base of the high rock. The crack was large enough for her to fit through if she really squeezed herself.

Whirlpup nodded in reply. He got to his paws and trotted towards the big rock. He poked his head through and gasped. The place was amazing. "Spottedpup, come over!"

Spottedpup looked up as Whirlpup bounded over and asked Shadewhisper about highstones. "Can 2 pups go to highstones?" She asked. "Then Shadewhisper wouldn't have to choose." Suddenly another pup trotted up to them. "Ok," Spottedpup barked

She smiled. "True,yet think. You mangy house-pet was in Shadowclan." She flicked her tail. "A lot more rouges have joined your clan over the ages." She said it sparingly and calmly. She then snarled. "So to consider,you are part rouge." She then settled down. "Yet its funny. To watch you with your petty ways." She smirked and stalked away.

Seeing Heatherfrost arrive brought relief to Snowflower, her caramel eyes lightened up with joy. But there were two leaders unavailable. Watching the pups play, trying to make sure they don't get in trouble. "Don't go too far."she called after the pups and turned back to the leaders.

The silence was awkward, mostly because he knew that his question had gotten to the WindClan warrior. "Fangclaw," he introduced back. A few wolves from SunClan had already gathered, and within a few heartbeats, the area was filled with wolves from all different clans. There was even the deputy's and the clan leaders. "So, how's life in Windclan?" Might as well try to make some conversation with Tallfeather, as it would be quite rude to just leave him be.

Emberpup watched as Sparrowpup approached her, telling her about a discovery. "Sure!" she yipped, but she was already gone. She walked over to where they were clustered. "What's going on?

"Wow, this is amazing!" Spottedpup barked as she stuck her head inside great rock and peered around. She stood back then and saw another pup approaching. "Come look at this er..." Spottedpup couldn't think of the pup' s name. "What's your name?" She asked.

Sparrowpup looked at them all. "I found this crack, it looks like a tunnel and I think we can all fit through it." She said squirming her way through the crack at the base of the great rock. This was exciting, she'd found a secret place for the pups! She finally made it all the way through. "It's a tunnel!" She called out to them via the crack.

Whirlpup went in. "Its epic! There is this tunnel that goes through the earth and into this massive clearing and and-" but he was cut off by his excitmentm "ITS JUST EPIC!" He screamed frantically.

Spottedpup perked her ears and squeezed into the crack. Sure enough, a small tunnel stretched in front of her. "Wow, this is neat!" she exclaimed. She then turned to the pup. "Your Sparrowpup, right? She asked.

Sparrowpup looked at Whirlpup, a tint of joy in her eyes. "We can have pup gatherings here as long as warriors don't know we're gone. We can show this to new pups. The interior is basically all moss! It's the perfect place to play!" She said through the crack. "Meet us there!" She said racing into the room and sliding across the floor of moss. "Yes, I'm Sparrowpup of StormClan."

Tallfeather was glad when Fangclaw didn't pursue the subject, instead asking him how life was in Windclan. "Fine," Tallfeather told the Stormclan warrior, but as his eyes traveled across the clearing and landed on Heatherfrost, Windclan's new leader, he kept talking. "Heatherfrost has become leader," He said, lowering his voice slightly. He didn't know if he was allowed to devulge anyone in this information or not, but he figured it didn't matter, as the announcement would be made soon anyway. For a moment, he wondered how the rest of the clans would react. Though she had only just been made a warrior not long ago, Tallfeather respected Heatherfrost, and he hoped wolves of other clans did, too.

Watching Tallfeather avert his gaze to the Windclan female, Fangclaw nodded. Heatherfrost. He hadn't met her before, but hearing Tallfeather, he seemed like it was the right choice for her to become leader. "That's nice. Its kinda weird having two leaders in Stormclan, but we're coping." The warrior might as well mention his own little chaotic clan seeing as the last time he was here there was no Stormclan; only Riverclan and Shadowclan. "You seemed to be looking for someone earlier. Can I ask who it is?" Turning his turquoise gaze away from Heatherfrost- or Heatherstar, he looked back at Tallfeather while twitching his ears while he was waiting.

Spottedpup left Whirlpup and Sparrowpup to talk to the other wolves. The rock looked fun, but she wanted to get to know as many wolves as she could, since she'd probably meet them later on again. She spotted Tallfeather talking to a wolf she didn't know. Spottedpup trotted over to him. "Hi Tallfeather," She said, and looked at the other wolf. "Hello," she barked.

Fangclaw looked down at a small pup, probably in Windclan say hello to Tallfeather, and then said hello to himself. "Hello. I'm Fangclaw. And you are?" He asked, as he sprawled out so that the warrior could lay down. Looking beyond their little group that had formed, Fangclaw saw a bunch of pups playing around, which caused a small chuckle to erupt from his maw. It seemed so long ago since his name ended as a 'pup', and that just made him have the faintest of a smile that appeared on his features.

Tallfeather was glad when Fangclaw didn't ask what had happened to Russetstar, because truth be told, Tallfeather wasn't exactly sure. Things were going so fast that all Tallfeather had picked up was their former leader was gone and in came a new one. He felt the slightest pang of grief as he realized he'd probably never get to see his old mentor again, but he knew Heatherfrost was well suited for the job and would be as good a leader as Russetstar had been.

Nodding as the Stormclan warrior told him how things were in his own clan, he resisted the urge to ask how Skyfeather was doing. He knew it wasn't totally given that the warrior would know her, seeing how he was originally from Riverclan and Skyfeather from Shadowclan, but it was still a tempting offer. He was urged on even further when Fangclaw asked who he'd been looking for and was just opening his jaws to speak when Spottedpup came wandering over towards them. He snapped his mouth shut, shooting her a greatful glance, and listened as she and Fangclaw conversed.

Emberpup slid down the tunnel, her orange eyes widening in surprise. The tunnel led down to a chamber. It was covered in moss, coating the floor, walls, and ceiling. The roots of the four Great Oaks seemed to meet, as they stuck out of the wall and floor, and some of them had moss on them. The russet put darted over to a large one reaching out of the floor, a space underneith it like an arch way. She sunk her claws into it, hauling herself up on top of it. The root was slick, and almost instantly she slipped off, bumping on the mossy ground. "That was fun!" she yipped. "It was like a slide!"

Magmafeather entered the fourtrees. This would be the first full gathering of Stormclan's existence. He wondered if the other clans would be suprised that the alliance was still working. Ignoring the noisy pups, he went closer to the leaders, keeping an eye on Hawkpool. Shadowclan/Stormclan was defintely not full of rogues.

"Hi Fangclaw, I Spottedpup." She said. "Are you from Stormclan." Spottedpup asked and tilted her head. She noticed Tallfeather shot her a grateful glance. So she smiled at him.

Fangclaw chuckled once again, but this time at the pup that was speaking to him. "Nice to meet you, Spottedpup." At her question, the warrior nodded. Sadly, to Spottedpup, Riverclan and Shadowclan was just a memory. "Yes, I am." With a proud nod, Fangclaw stood up and stretched, before sitting back down once more. "Why aren't you playing with the other pups?" He inquired, pointing his muzzle at the other pups who seemed to be having a ton of fun near whatever they called it.

Streakpaw looks around fourtrees. So this is what it looks like. It's my first time here. She looks around. But, would other wolves miss me when i go? I doubt it, i'm unoticed everywhere.

The firey wolf saw Streakpaw come in and flicked her tail, inviting her to come over. "Hello Streakpaw." She smiled and lay down. "No announcements just yet."

Sparrowpup grinned at Emberpup. "We should meet here and have our own pup gatherings! Pups can play here!" She said excitingly, she slid around on the moss and climbed up the roots as they met. It led to a stable platform that pups could stand on. "We can announce stuff up here!" She announced sliding down some more moss.
