Fourtrees #6

First topic message reminder :

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings. Also, there is a small opening in the rock with a space big enough for many small pups to fit into.

Seeing the some more wolves,arrive,she spotted a familar pelt. She bounded over. "Mossypaw! Where have you been?" She touch noes with her apprentice. "I've been worried sick about you." She smiled and sat down.

I look at my mentor and say,"I was on a journey starclan sent me on." I try to stand but I fal over. A haze fills my head I see the wolf again. I shake my head and listen to them talk.

Moonpup spotted another pup padding over. "Hi!" She said excitedly "I'm Moonpup." "What's your name?" She was glad she could meet another pup.

She nodded. "Well I'm glad your back." She then heard sevear howls fill the air. She smiled and threw her head in the sky. She flinched as a bright light filled the sky. She blinked,and howled. Filling the air with melodious beats.

I wince,"O no not this Firespell Firespell!!!" I run up to her and drang her away from the group. "Firespell we have to stop the howling!!"I tell her.

Hearing her apprentice. She turned and raised her eyebrows. "Why? Whats wrong Mossy?"

"O never mind I just can't stand it,"I fall over. My head starts spinning and all I can see is that wolf. I tell Fire,"I have to go to the Moon stone please."

Blinking,she then glanced at Firespell. "Why,and howling is a wolf's tradition" She sighed at her apprentice. "What really happened while you were gone."

"I....I...I can't tell you,"I say. The howling becomes over coming and I start to turn and leave but something is keeping me here. I whisper to fire,"Remeber the dream we shared?"

Firespell frowned. "I remember but it was just a dream ... ," she whispered. What's up with Mosseypaw? That dream was just a nightmare, nothing special.

She narrowed her eyes. "I know I shouldn't press the subject. But,why can't you tell me?" She felt that something bad was coming. But she doesn't want that to happen.

Silentwhisper frowned. "Howling is an instinct for me. When I see the moon I can stop myself from howling." He snapped but softly to the apprentice. "Firespell, if it is so important why don't you tell the whole four clans."He grumbled.

I go up to the warrior say,"Back off this is mine and my sisters discotion so back off." I trun and go to my sister and say,"We have to leave now." I then turn to my mentor and say,"I don't want any one to get hurt so I can't tell you."

Firespell frowned. "It's personal", she said, turning away from him. Mosseypaw gets like this and I don't want him knowing. Firespell made a quick decision. The firey wolf stood up and shook herself. "Maybe I'll come but after the Gathering." StarClan help me, what am I going to do?

I think thank star clan. I turn to walk but I can't move. I whisper to fire,"I think the dark wolf is among us."

Moonpup was confused and didn't understand what had gotten into the Thunderclan wolf. Why shouldn't wolves howl? Is it bad? Firsespell and the other wolf got up and left. What are they talking about? Is there something I missed?

Seeing a nearby Thunderclan wolf go on about not howling,he glared. Then glanced at Hawkpool. Thats Hawkpool's apprentice? Hmm,Oakpaw might have done better. He snorted and stalked away. He dug up the dirt with his claws. He then sat down in a shady bush. He sank his long claws in the ground. But showed no other signs of aggression.

Shadowstorm padded over to Bluepaw. "Hi Bluepup, or is it Bluepaw now?" He said, he knew nothing of what had happened at the camp since he left. He saw his 'friend' look frustrated.

Seeing his old friend,he gave him a brief nod. "Bluepaw,and from what I've heard from your latest conversation. Its nice to see you Shadowstorm." He grinned,and shook his head at his other question. "It was that Thunderclan apprentice. She said howling annoys her." He snorted,and glanced back at the newly made warrior. He narrowed his eyes. "How's.....Oakpaw? Since I can tell you were still older." He was about as big as Shadowstorm,and frowned.

Shadowstorm smiled a bit, it was nice that Bluepaw wasn't hostile. "Oakpaw's fine, he's been helping me through a lot lately. the girl I loved died by falling into a gorge." He said, it was still rough. He really missed Isenpaw with all his heart.

Firespell listened to Bluepaw and Shadowstorm's conversation while keeping an eye on her sister. All this time, she had had a feeling that she should get on top of the Highrock. She spoke aloud, "Wind, Hawkpool, I think I need to step in because our leader's not here still. What do you think?" The firey wolf took a step forward.

Featherpaw watched as her group broke apart, drifting away to who knows where. She glanced around the clearing. Shadowstorm and Bluepup - now Bluepaw - were speaking, to far away to hear what they were saying. Firespell and Mosseypaw were talking as well, and the firey deputy called Hawkpool and Wind over to her. The black fae glanced around, looking for a space to sit. She padded over to a spot near the edge of the clearing, sitting down and waiting for the Gathering to start.
