Fourtrees #6

First topic message reminder :

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings. Also, there is a small opening in the rock with a space big enough for many small pups to fit into.

Silentwhisper smirked as Silverstone gave Firespell a look. "She did that because your a group of stinking rogues. When i was an apprentice one of your warriors attacked me. I mean come on Firespell! A warrior?" Then he listened to Shadowstorm. "I'm sorry," He muttered. "Thats a bummer. Must have been hard for you."

"Uh...he....um..."she thought. "You'll find out soon. I think very soon."she said. Heatherfrost should have been there by now. But there was no sign of her yet.

"Something... happened. Didn't it?" She sighed. "Well we wont discuss that matter any further then." She looked at Silentwhisper trash-talking Firespell. That wasn't the reason. She didn't even frown at Firespell. She frowned at the snow that was falling down. It may have looked that way as the position Firespell was sitting in. But oh well. Her brother could make matters worst. "So. What do you think of the house-dogs living nearby. I fear that one day they will actually set foot in our territory and do something terrible to the pups. I heard that there are some... nasty ones about living at this dump."

"For your information, ThunderClan is not a bunch of stinking rogues", Firespell said. Her fur was bristling. "And I am its deputy." The firey wolf tried to keep control and succeded.

Shadowstorm continued looking at it's paws. "Every time I try to forget it comes back at me. I found her ThunderClan sister by her body. I found Oakpaw by her body. Oakpaw didn't even like her and he tried protecting her because I loved her. He really is a great brother." He said zoning off into his own thoughts.

Wind's ears pricked at the arrival of Silentwhisper. Trying to look friendly, he padded with his tail only half raced in curiosity and padded to her? "Hi." he said quetly and calmly "I just joined Thunder clan." he looked around wondering where Firespell and Hawkpool were. seeing Firespell, he called "want to join me?"

"Is Oakpaw here?" He asked, changing the subject. Then he heard Firespell. "Dude, will you back me up? I mean, i think you were there when i was attacked. I really do hate those mutts in Thunderclan." He hissed. Then he walked up to Firespell. "Well, Mrs Deputy. You better keep control of your little mutts because i smelt stinking Thunderclan wolves in our territory. And if you care its Streakpaws scent." He growled, unsheathing his blunt claws.

Wind growled at how the male was talking to his clan mate. "none of us are mutts. Watch what you say." he knew he was still new, but he felt he should defend his clan from comments such as this.

Shadowstorm padded over to them, a bit of scorn at them all in his voice. "This is a gathering!" He said shockingly, he expected better of Silentwhisper. "Oakpaw and the rest of SunClan are on they're way." He told him in response to Silent's question earlier.

Wind growled at how the male was talking to his clan mate. "none of us are mutts. Watch what you say." he knew he was still new, but he felt he should defend his clan from comments such as this.

Heatherfrost trotted steadily down the the sloping bank that bordered WindClan territory and Fourtrees, allowing her gaze to sweep over the clearing as she traveled. WindClan, StormClan and ThunderClan...SunClan has yet to arrive, the small fae concluded silently before she switched her gaze up towards Great rock. It appeared that she was the first Leader to arrive. Bunching her muscles Heatherfrost leapt up the first few tail lengths of the rock before scrambling up that last few paces to take her place upon the great monument, where the many Leaders of the Clans had congregated to address the Clans for countless moons. Including Russetstar. But now it was her turn. Settling down her line of sight traveled through the ever increasing sea of wolves, and she found herself wondering when the other leaders would be joining them. I doubt they will be long now.

Silentwhisper nodded to Shadowstorm. "Not mutts?" He asked Wind. "Well okay then. Rogues if you insist." Then he looked at Firespell. "But i swear Firespell. If i smell any of your mutts in our territory again you'll regret them being born." He then walked away, sheathing his claws. He sat down in front of Shadowstorm. "Well thats cool." He muttered

Wind rased an eyebrow, "Do I look like a mutt to you?" his tone was soft but held an edge. Then as the other turned away, he nodded at Firespell and walked over to her. "Are you alright? I don't think anyone should speak like that to a deputy."

Shadowstorm rolled his eyes at them all. He let a small warning growl release from his throat to warn them of the gathering truce. He padded off and noticed the Windclan deputy. "Hi there Heatherpaw." He said not knowing she'd earned her warrior name yet nor that she was to be the new leader.

Wind chuckled softly in amusement. To him, all that had happened was some friendly challenging, no harm done to either clan. He looked at the gathering, at least all clans would be controlled during this. He didn't want a fight between clans at all, not to say he was afraid, because he wasn't, but rather that there was no reason to be ravals.

Heatherfrost stated at the sound a voice greeting her, and turned abruptly to see - who she thought - was Shadowpaw. "Ah, Hello there Shadowpaw." Dipping her head she unruffled her fur and smiled. "Although it's Heatherfrost now." Twisting around to face the warrior properly she questioned, "How are you? Is everything ok in SunClan?"

Silentwhisper grinned challengly at Wind. "Yep, you look like a little mutt to me. Can't you tell? Anyway WIND, that isn't a warrior name now is it? You must be the clan mutt. Oh wait, theres Scratch. He's a mutt too! Your clan must be full of mutts then." He spat. He then trotted away and lay down, laughing to himself. If those wolves wanted a challenge they would get one. "Helpless, mouse-brained mutts."

Wind chuckled softly, "Call us mutts if you wish." he said unruffled. He knew his strength and weaknesses and he knew how to use it to his advantage. He didn't growl back, because it was not needed, he wasn't upset at all. He grinned again, "If you say so." but he was worried about Firespell. He wondered how she was taking all this. He was used to being chalenged especially since he had been a loner for some time, but he knew not all wolves takes easily to insults. And from the other's tone, he supposed it was an insult.

Shadowtorm smiled to hear she'd earned her warrior name. "Everything is fine in SunClan, although I am Shadowstorm now." He said proudly, he was glad to bring the tidings of good news about sunClan. "Alas, one of our apprentices went into a piece of territory, Isenpaw, proably the only girl I loved, and she fell into a gorge, her head split open and she died." He said sadly. "That is the only bad thing to happen to SunClan."

"I'm ok, thanks Wind." Firespell had had a hard job to stay calm. "That wolf can say as much as he can, it doesn't bother me." Firespell smiled smiled at her friend.

Shadestar padded quickly down the slope towards the Great Rock. He saw many other wolves had already arrived. He went straight for the rock instead of speaking to any of the other Clans, and paid the wolves no mind.

Hearing Silent's comment,she jumped in front of the two. "Look this is not the time for a fight. No matter how much i want to tear your ear off. We can do it at alater time. She snarled. "And why not call you rouges when Tigerstar was once within your clan?" She snorted and nudged Wind away. "Ignore him,it was about Swiftstreak."

"I'm sorry to her about Isenpaw." Heatherfrost replied sadly, "That is truly devastating news. Although I must congratulate you on becoming a warrior." Death was never welcomed by any of the clans, although it was nice to hear that they seemed to be moving on and had begun to settle in their new environment. A new scent was carried towards her and she turned to see that Shadestar had joined them upon Great Rock. "Greetings Shadestar." She voiced plainly to the Stormclan co-Leader.

Shadowstorm shrugged, he was trying to forget it. He turned to Shadestar with a mischievous like smirk. "Hello Shadestar, it's a pleasure to see you again." He said, he wanted to give into the sarcasm, but it was disrespectful at a gathering to do so.

(LOL I combined two sentence requirements in my head and came up with the number 3. that's hilarious)

Shadestar heard others calling out his name. Turning to look, he first saw Heatherfrost and then Shadowpaw, or pup, or whatever he was now. The male nodded to the WindClan Deputy and turned to look at the SunClan wolf. "Yeah, isn't it?" he replied, then turning away to jump onto the highrock and wait for the others. His golden eyes scanned the crowd to see who was here and who was not.
