Don't worry, Golden. That's only if you want it for yourself, not for a bunch of people. When a new Clan or Pack is created, the characters that are a part of it will automaticly be changed without penalty or cost. Although, I do have a question myself:

When the Pack moves to its territory, will the dogs have to buy a change of Clans? I know that they aren't in any Clans, but they reside in Hartford, so they would be changing locations and usergroups.
