Hartford Pound

The dog catcher uses the pound to place dogs that he finds in the streets. Some people may decide to buy a dog from this pound, but most prefer to purchase from breeders due to the unknown history of said dogs. Dogs that have been here a while face being put down in order to free up space for newer dogs. Generally speaking this pound is quite unpleasant with a doggy smell that you can't seem to get away from. The employees here try their best to keep the animals healthy and happy, but there is only so much you can do with the little space provided for pens as well as an outside area for dogs to run around in for exercise.

Sophie looked at Raj.she nodded. "What about now?" She saw the latch on the door. It was simple. Just a little hook. She glanced at Raj's cage. A simple lot and push.
As quick as ever,Sophie unlocked the cage. She ran to the door and lifted the lock with her nose.

The young puppy saw the dog."Help me to! I want out." The yellow lab barked. She waged her yellow but at the dog.

Raj looked at the pup, its squeaky little voice piercing through his ears. He rolled his eyes and looked away before standing and turning in the slow circles. Then, he lied down his back to the puppy. If anything annoyed Raj more than the squeaky voice of pups it was squeaky toys and to him there was no big difference. He looked at Sophie, "Impressive." But his voice was bored and he slumped his head down.

Breeze claws at the cage. She then growls and bites the lock after seeing how the other dog did it she used her claw to pick the lock. "I am free at last." She runs up to dog named Rja. "Can I come with you?"

Raj was still lying in the open cage, sprawled out on the floor. His ears were lazily drooping until he heard the pup again. Ugh... He didn't want to answer but he did, half growling half whispering. "Look kid, I'm not going anywhere yet." He lied back down a quick glance at his wrapped up leg, already he was tired of it.

"Ok Fine I am. Have you heard of the clans? I hear they are super cool. Have you though about joining one?" The puppy jumped out of her cage and ran over to the door.

Nightingale walked with the dog catcher, refusing to go in the cage beside raj she found herself bundled in there anyway. with a sigh that said 'here again' she stared at her paws. she waited for the dog catcher to leave and inspected the thing that kept her penned up. she realised quickly that it was one of those ones that you had to push up. she began licking it violently using her tongue to push up the latch.

Breeze saw that the dog needed help. "Need some help I and get it for you?" She walked up to the cage and pushed the latch up. "Come on lets explore! I want to see these clans!" She ran out of the pound.

Thunderclan border.

Raj flattened his ears and yawned, annoying dogs... T he large male grumbled and turned away from the great dane as she was pushed here to. The male grumbled, he wasn't going anywhere, not yet. At the moment anything would set him off.

Sophie shrugged. "It's how I escaped last time." She then saw another catcher come in. She jumped into a large bucket. She watched as a Great Dane was pulled in. She narrowed her eyes. She got me away in the first place. Now shes caught. Seeing the pup from before,she snorted. She had let her out,but the catcher was on his way back.
Sophie groaned. Then barked. "Hey,Raj you coming? And Great Dane. Start moving your hinnies." Sophie stood at the entrance waiting for them. She saw the catcher coming closer,and closer,and closer. She growled.

Raj sighed, it seemed like they were leaving. He hated being helped. Slowlyu the large male limped his way out of the cage, a human rounding the corner, "Yeah bye!" And off he went, standing on one hind leg to open the door and out he was. Right now he could care less. He turned a quick corner to where the cars had been parked and hid underneath one of them, hoping dearly hoping no one would follow.

Nightingale walked out and casually began opening the other cages of the other dogs with her big black nose. her reason for getting caught obvious now, she was practising a jailbreak. with the horde of dogs surrounding her she made her escape. trotting out of the front door she walked past raj's hiding spot and looked around with her brown eyes set in their slightly wrinkly face. she headed for mardsen park

Seeing Raj and the black dog walk away,she watched the Longpaw. She growled then rushed away. Thinking Raj was following the big black dog. She growled and filed her tail behind her.
-shopping district-

Raj watched as everyone left, the humans close in pursuit. The large male crawled out from beneath his hiding place and finally he was alone again. He had missed being alone quite a bit. He sighed and smiled before shaking out his pelt in a happy manner, alone and quiet. With a happy smile and prance the male decided to head to the shopping district.
