Sunningrocks

First topic message reminder :

Sunningrocks is a group of rocks the warriors use to bask in the sun. Sunningrocks is located at the very border between RiverClan and ThunderClan, next to the river. It is a large, flat rock formation in full view of the sun, getting very warm, therefore, it is a desirable location for warriors to take a break or elders to get out and stretch their legs. There are lots of prey animals nearby.

Moonpaw skidded to a stop after seeing another pup drop from the sky. She blinked then approached. "Well,your in Thunderclan territory." She glanced at Flaconwing.

Otterpup blinked the water out of his eyes and said "im Otterpup" he frowned, he couldnt remember anything, though the name CLAN sounded familiar. he shook out his sleek coat. he blinked again and rubbed the water out of his eyes. everything seemed kinda blurry. he frowned "how did i get here?" his voice was kind of slurred. he had taken a rather sharp blow to the head as he fell into the water.

Moonpaw blinked and watched the young pup. She glanced upward. "I believe a large bird took you here." She stepped forward and flicked her ears. "Umm you ok?"

FALCONWING

Falconwing looked back at Moonpaw and nodded before turning back to the so called Otterpup. Otterpup, he is from a clan... "Believe it or not, you kind of were being carried by an eagle and fell from its talons, right plop into Thunderclan." Falcon continued smiling and nodded, watching the poor pup. He obviously needed help. "C'mon we need ot make sure you are okay..."

She turns to Falconwing and swallowed the lump in her throat. I bet the won't end well. Moonpaw shook it off and glanced at Otterpup. "Umm,come on,we'll take you back to our camp."

He watched the silver wolf with unease, he wasnt going anywhere till one of them told him their names. Momma always said not to go with strangers, somethign percied his heart. who was momma? this was all so confusing. Why were they saying that a bird had dropped him? he shivered, he was cold and sat down. his fur all fluffed up and spiky.

(lol someone should say that hes a gift from starclan as he fell from the sky)

Falconwing nodded and sighed. We lost one we gained one... the irony... "I am Falconwing, a warrior. And BMoonpaw an apprentice. We won't hurt you, please come. " He turned to Moon. "Starclan did this you know...."

Moonpaw stopped seeing the pup shrivel up and sit down. Swh sighed and sat by him. She stared into his (brown?) eyes. She blinkd her own blue ones. "Hey,hey. Its ok,your in good hands now." She sighed and flicked her tail. She licked his ear. "I mean you came from a n eagle. It might mean some kind of sign from Starclan. They might have something to do with you." Moonpaw winked at the pup.

He stared at them dumbly as they introduced themselves then said something about starclan. He looked up and frowned he couldnt see any stars. deciding that these wolves were jacked up on something he stood, a little wobbly on his four paws. his still blue eyes looked up at Falconwing and he tilted his head. Falconwing reminded him of someone.. he didnt know who but.. almost like a papa figure. he walked well stumbled over to him and sat between his front paws.

Falconwing smiled kidnly and watched Otterpup sit in between his legs. An odd sense came to Falconwing and he simply nudged him softly, unknowing of what to do exactly, and yet he felt a strange urge to protect the small wolf, a sudden sense he felt around only a chosen few. He smiled. Well he's safe now... "C'mon little man, when we get you to camp, I'm sure we'll have some food left over to share. Then you can rest and play around if you feel like it deal?" He truly wanted the young brown furred pup to trust him, so he spoke softly and kindly.

He thought about it then nodded, his blue eyes glittering up at the big wolf who made him feel safe. he snuggled into his leg then stood and shook out the last of the water from his fur. his head began to pound and he let out a soft whine. "ouch, my head hurts" The little chap complained as the migrane made him see double for a bit. he closed his eyes and felt a little better, though that didnt last long before he was scrambling away from the other wolves to vomit miserably down an occupied rabbit warren.

Falconwing smiled as he nodded and was standing when he complained about his head hurting. Falconwing frowned and watched Otter vomit into a rabbits home, taking a small step back. He made his way forward, and nudged the pup softly. He looked around, but he knew nothing about herbs and last he knew Fathersoul was out. Falconwing sighed and as all he knew he could do was watch. He stayed quiet, knowing he could get a tad bit annoying. "Poor chap... " He lied down by the pups side, not wanting to move on, until he felt slightly better.

The pup could hear the terrified noises of the rabbits as his belly contents made its way down the rabbit hole like lava. he huddled down trembling, hsi eyes closing. everything hurt! his head his eyes and his belly. he felt more sick surging up his esophagus, the acid in his stomach burnt the sides of his mouth when the vomit flew rather artfully from his outsretched jaws into the bunny hole. he made a weak pitiful whimpering sound.

Falconwing stood up and gathered some moss, he dipped it in the river nearby, the moss expanding with the water it had soaked up. He brought it slowly to Otterpup and set himself and the moss beside him, waiting, watching always unsure of what to do. he put the moss down and said nothing. "" He continued his watchful gaze, worry in the young males eyes. His stomach tightened and he felt sick himself not from what was happening but what he couldn't do. Falcon sighed and flattened his ears. If the boy needed anything he'd be here to help.

The little chap noticed the moss and lapped thirstliy at it. since he was drinking the worst of the vomiting spell was over, he lapped at it persistently. his whole body shaking, once he had drunk the moss dry he looked up at falconwing. he still looked distinctly sick and whimpered "its to bright out here, is there somewhere we can rest?" he had n idea of clans nor packs. just a instinctual desire to get out of the bright bright sun that affected his eyes so.

Falconwing heard the thirsty laps the pup gave to the moss and smiled. I did something right! The moment of happiness was quickly gone as Otterpup turned towards him, looking sick and tired asking if there was a dark place to go. Falcon nodded, th darkest place he could think of the forest nearby, even now the camp was bright unless you went into the dens. "Yeah, c'mon..." He knew most pups and apprentices hated being carried, but he did so anyways. He grabbed Otter softly by the scruff and offered his own large shade as he padded to the nearby bushes and trees, their large leaves providing a dark shade to the undergrowth. Falcon lied him down and lied down by his side, still providing his own shadow.

He curled up in the bigger wolfs hold and slumped to the ground when he lay him down. his eyes closed and he began to sleep, his chest rising and falling as he slept. he looked so small and tiny, a reference to just how young and naive he was. most pups would act agressive to wolves they didnt know. this pathetic specimen just did what Falconwing said without complaint. thought that might be because he was suffering from a terrible migrane.

Falconwing sighed softly. What a day. He nudged the pup by his side, only to realize he was asleep. Falcon smiled slightly and lied his head down looking up at Moonpaw. A gift... Falcon licked the pups shoulders slightly, not really thinking of what he was doing but just doing it really. He growled as he did so, for some strnage reason the large brute growled when he was happy and mad. He growled himself to sleep and would growl for fun. He was getting in touch with his feline side. His deep growl resonated soothingly though and he looked at Moonpaw once more. "You can go back to camp if you want."

The pup smiled in his sleep at the what he found a comforting sound, he snuggled closer to the sound and found his way into the warm fur of his foster papa. he hiccuped in his sleep a cute little shock of a sound. he opened and closed his mouth as he slept, making little naym nayum noises. he blew out through his nose also in almost a snore.

Falconwing looked down as he felt the small creature snuggle closer to him. Falconwing smiled, his pride soaring slightly. He had lost something, lost something valuable and now this small pup was taking the space that had been taken from the wolf. He rested his head upon the floor. He heard him, whine and snore. Cute Falconwing smiled and closed his own eyes, his ears perked as he listneed to the soft snores of the pup next to him.

The pup woke up several hours later and lifted his head from where it was snuggled into Falconwings chest. his half bleary eyes blinked as he let out a puppy yawn, making a sound as he did so. he shook out the last of his old otter brown fur that had originally given him his name. he had had weird dreams of a white wolf with black paws, something nagged at him put he kicked it out of his mind and watched the bigger wolf sleep through his deep blue eyes. he reached out a paw and placed it on the big wolfs nose, he whispered "honk honk" mimicing geese.

Falconwing felt slight pressure upon his nose and he heard a slightly strange goose. His amber eyes blinked open to see otter's paw upon his nose. He smiled and yawned, his pink tongue rolling out and his ears going back. He smiled groggily and looked at Otterpup. "Well good day to you Mr. Goose." The male gave a rumbling and deep chuckle, as he watched the pup he had already formed a bond with.

The pup wagged his tail and barked "im not a goose! im otterpup!" he frowned then said "otterpup sounds funny, Otter soundsbetter" he informed Falconwing. he grinned and removed his paw. he pushed off with his back legs and landed on falconwings muzzle. his round fuzzy belly soft against his muzzle. the pups deep blue eyes right close to falconwings eyes. the pup was obviously feeling as right as rain now.

He watched the brown bundle of fur, cross-eyed as he jumped onto his muzzle, his soft belly against the roof on his nose. Falcon shook his head up slightly, bouncing him.

He chortled with laughter as he got bounced up and down, almost squealing with laughter. his whole face crinkled up in one gigantic smile "yeah! much better Falconwing!" he gripped onto falconwings muzzle a little with his small paws, the tiny claws within not even registering on the pain scale.
