River

Ripplestone replied "its got ice in it because its leafbare, the one in stormclan territory at the moment will be completly frozen over and you would be able to ice skate on it! but this river is swifter than the other one so the ice dosent get the chance to form a solid surface". she crouched down her blue eyes staring into the water, with a quick scoop of a black paw she fished a fat salmon onto the bank and killed it with a bite to the head. she smiled and nosed the fish over to pinepaw inviting him to try it.

Ripplestone grinned and said "when i lived in riverclan i would always take anything off the fresh kill pile but fish". she flicked her black tipped tail and cast her gaze around. she noted that streakfire left, she however shrugged and wondered where else she should take her first apprentice. with a flick of her ears she decided apon the abandoned two leg house. with a flick of her tail she turned and trotted off her ears perked forward.

Shadowstorm padded over to the river. He took a sip and climbed his tree. It was his and Oak's tree, they always climbed it together. Though the one in ShadowClan truly was a tree they claimed as their territory.

Streakfire looked at shadowstorm while walking. Her ears flattened as she jumped in the tree. "I suppose we can talk now?" she asked. She looked down.

Shadowstorm nodded at her, he wondered what this was about. "Let me guess, you want me out of yours and your pups lives for good?" He asked the warrior-queen in a questioning tone. He wasn't going to leave his clan. He was a deputy.

Streakfire shook her head. "No," she paused. "It's about- family reasons." She looked down. "Tigerpup. Can you take care of her? I can't bear looking at her. She looks just like Oakthorn! You do have a family; Tigerpup. I don't because Oakpup and Moonpup will be going to ThunderClan," she said, with tears in her eyes.

Shadowstorm turned to her with a confused expression. "Your leaving SunClan?" He asked, no pup would make that haste a decision without a parent. He made that choice because he and his brother simply couldn't live there. "Tigerpup is exactly like Oakthorn in every way. I already swore to Oakthorn that I would be the best uncle I could be and that is what I intend to do."

Shadowstorm shook his head. "I'll keep my promise that I have her and you as my family. That was part of my promise to Oakthorn before he dehydrated himself to death. I swore it to him." He said, a fierce ambition in his eyes. "I have to get back to camp, Tigerstorm I do no trust. Especially not around Oakth-- I mean Tigerpup" He said padding off, he was exhausted from the walking on his leg.

Streakfire tilted her head. I'll just go to camp, she thought. She looked at Shadowstorm as he went to camp. She followed.

CAMP

She walked to the river. It was so pretty. Looking at the river it reminded her of when Her and Firestar were pups. "Shadowstorm this river is amazing can you swim?" she could swim.

Shadowstorm nodded at the warrior. Of course Direstar had taught him to swim, he climbed the tree that he always did. It was where he hung out with Isenfire or Oakthorn. Both had a connection in this tree. All three of them were a part of it it seemed. "When I die, my final breathe drawn, I want to be buried at the roots of this tree." He said, though Mosseybreeze knew not the backstory of it.

She looked at the deputy."Ok I will do that for you I won't let you die though clan mates stick together!" I jump into the water. Surprisingly I can swim pretty well. "Come on in Shadowstorm."

Shadowstorm chuckled a bit, he knew that Mosseybreeze was a kind wolf by heart. He leap off the tree into the icy water. It had just begun to thaw into new-leaf out there. He swam the currents in immense speed.

Mossey starts to laugh. She splashes water at the Dark colored warrior. "Catch me if you can!"I swim as fast as I can away from him. She laughed as she swam.

Direstar appeared and watched the two wolves play, a slight smile formed apon his lips as he watched them. He took some steps out of the undergrowth then stopped. twitching his pointed ears he continued on his way down to the river. his eyes that had once been brown blinked with a kindness before he lowered his head and began lapping up the clear cool water.

I wip around and splash Direstar."Opps sorry direstar."I laugh a little. Mossey looked at dire he was so kind he let her join Sunclan after she was exiled. He was so kind to her but do was Shadowstorm. She looked back at shadow then to dire. "Want to come for a swim Direstar the water is nice."

he looked up at her then lifted his head. water slowly dripping off his jaw he said "shadowstorm, are you sure you can deal with three apprentices? i can give Cloverpaw to someone else...". he trailed off then glanced at mosseybreeze. he smiled a little "its a little too cold for my old bones, i was planning on trying my paw at fishing though it seems that you two have scared the fish away". he chuckled good naturedly to let them know that he didnt mind.

"You'r not that old direstar come on the water is fine." She begs him. Her molted her allows her to flow in the water. She looks at Dire and then dives. She comes up with a fish and brings it to shore. "here you go dire a fish."She put it on land.

Shadowstorm smiled at Direstar as he asked about having 3 apprentices. "I can handle 3, but perhaps give one to Fernshade, it might teach her something." He suggested to his leader. Fernshade was known for talking out of turn, if she saw how good Cloverpaw behaved it might help.

Mossey wip around and splash Direstar."Opps sorry direstar."I laugh a little. Mossey looked at dire he was so kind he let her join Sunclan after she was exiled. Direstar said "i was thinking of perhaps giving her to Honeyfrost actually or Mosseybreeze here". he flicked his ears and glanced at her "well? would you like another shot at mentoring an apprentice?". he smiled kindly and ate the fish thankfully, blinking abit as she splashed him he leapt over her into the water and splashed her back. he snorted through his black nose and grinned.

Shadowstorm grinned at the offer. Mosseybreeze was a fun and playful wolf, and Cloverpaw was very quiet and solemn it seemed. They could both teach each other a thing or two. As long as they worked through any issues they may have. He had to be subtle about this.
