Stunted Forest

Snowpaw groaned,her eyesbrows twitched. She bit her tongue and slowly sat up. Her left eye shut in pain. "Wha,what happened?"

Bramblepup moved over and licked her sore eyelid carefully then yipped "i dont know Snowpaw, i came here to find you all Conked out on the grounds!" her blue eyes glittered in worry, her gingery red pelt fuzzed up. she pulled on her ear lightly "come on! Ripplestar is going to announce the new deputy at dawn tomorrow!" her eyes were bright with excitement. She bounced up and down "im going to be deputy! and then Sunclan will be awesome!" she giggled nto realising that Ripplestar would have to die first.

Snowpaw nodded and swoy stood up. She ket her lid shut. Blood was slowly trickling down it. "So,you mean Amber has stepped down?"

The puppy shook her head "Ripplestar stripped it off her for going to thunderclan land without telling her! and for tryin to keep the leader out of things". she huffed a little obviously upset with the bickering of the adults "swiftstorms intent on becoming deputy, he warned Ripplestar to make a wise choice". she frowned "he seems rather intent on gaining power..." she sat up on her back legs and began licking the wound trying to help the apprentice.

Snowpaw nodded to Bramblepup. "Thats good to know,thats for telling me." Snow then heard about Swiftstorm. "I doubt she'd pick him. She'll probably think he's going soft in Thunderclan." She sighed and flicked her ears. "Come in,lets get back." Siw salty limped forward. Her arms felt like they were in fire.
-Camp-

"you go ahead! im going to explore and make a fort!" her voice carried to snowpaw before she began digging ferociously. making a little hollow in the roots of a great old twisted and tortured looking tree. succesfully making a hollow she began plastering it with leaves in a kind of nest. working happily often singing to herself "la la la la la Giggle at the Ghosties hahaha" she sang as she worked. pausing she decided to dig some more widening it. soon it turned a small hole she wriggled in and giggled.

Nightpup smiled. He went over to Bramblepup. "That's a cute little song. Fitting for a cute girl."he said. The male chuckled. He looked at the other, sticking out his tonuge.

Bramblepup snorted "im not pretty at all! you should compliment mosspup! her mottled fur is really pretty!" she was humble and down to earth. she pulled down the leaf entrance and hid in her hole. she giggled to herself and continued singing her little song "crack up at the creepy!" she stuck out her nose "you're creepy nightpup! like a spidre" The brindle furred puppy licked her paws clean of the icky dirt that stuck to them.

Nightpup chuckled. The male sat down behind the trees. He hummed a small tune. It was the tune of the song Bramblepup was singing.

Bramblepup perked her ears hearing her friend hum the song that she was composing. She came out of her hole and put the leaf door over it so that noone could steal it. after thinking for several minutes she rolled around it marking it as bramblepups. Her blue eyes were beginning to turn to a yellowish gold. She scratched her shoulder thoughtfully. she said "hey Nightpup! maybe Ripplestar has chosen the new deputy! it might be your mom!" her voice was quiet yet slightly excited. she turned and padded off, her little puppy paws making quiet noises. her tail wagging.

Nightpup chuckled. "She wouldn't. Mom is too old."he grinned. The male tumbled after the pup. He ran as fast as his legs could carry him.

-camp-

Brambleberry trotted up and paused, she remembered coming here as a pup, she sniffed around and smiled finding the small hole. She stared down at it wondering how she ever would have been able to fit into that. The brindled fae perked her ears waiting for the apprentice. She had wished that she could have had Weedpaw as an apprentice but there was always next time. She sighed and sat down.

Her ears perked and she grinned "its brilliant! ever since i was a pup i wanted to become a warrior! Unlike rouges we have honor and a code, and our battles are fantastic!" she grinned happily then continued "Our leaders are granted Nine lives by our warrior ancestors starclan, and our deputies become leader after our leader dies. An apprentice such as yourself learns about the warrior code, how to hunt and fight!" She smiled then paused finally noticing the tiredness on weedpaws face, she smiled cutely saying "come on we can return to camp so you can get some rest, Ill show you the rest of the territory another time" flicking her tail she turned and trotted off toward the camp. Her brindled pelt dappling as the shadows made by the trees ran over it.

The white wolf walked up into the wood her front black paws resting on the rocky earth, even in the small forest the earth was rocky. Her paws were well adapted to the hardness of the earth though. She sniffed around her ears coming forward as she scented a mountain bird she crouched down and began stalking it. She used the white rocks to help blend in, stalking forward the white wolf watched the bird with intense eyes. Waiting until it turned its head down to feed she dashed forward, her paws stretching forward, just before she reached it it heard her and flew off, her teeth came together in an audiable click and she was left there preyless. She sighed and lashed her black ended tail adn turned heading back to camp

Dusktail had an evil little smile to his face, he had hidden himself out of sight and out of scent. He carefully plotted his course. The apprentice needed to really concentrate. Dusktail found that he also just had fun with scaring apprentices.

Silverpaw walked up his claws making light clicking sounds on the rocks beneath his paws, his mouth opened as he panted lightly. His eyes narrowed untrustingly at the large wolf, he barked "what are we going to learn?" he was interested in learning
