ThunderClan Camp

Subject: ThunderClan Camp Sat Nov 03, 2012 7:43 pm

First topic message reminder :

The camp entrance is well hidden by brambles, which protect the camp from predators, but doesn't stop sunshine from coming in. A ravine leads through it. This ravine was once a river, but it is now dried up. The way into the camp is through the gorse tunnel. The nursery has thick bramble walls and is the most guarded part of the camp. Behind a tree stump, there is a clump of ferns where the apprentices sleep. Warriors sleep under a bush in another tunnel. Inside the camp, there is a fallen tree where the elders sleep, and the senior warriors sleep in the center of the camp. Across the clearing, a smooth tall rock resides. This is called the Highrock, and the leader stands there to make important speeches.The leader's den is in a cave in the rock which was carved out by an ancient stream. Lichen covers the entrance.The last notable feature in the camp is a fern tunnel that leads to a crack in a rock. This is the medicine wolf's den.

"Mosseypup!" Firepup saw the dark wolves turn and close upon her sister. Firepup didn't know what to do next so she just stood there.

Icepup padded into camp sadly. She hadn't seen Isenpaw and didn't know she'd become an apprentice and left ThunderClan. She missed her sister. She went up to Firepup sadly. Looking for Rainstar to see if she could tell her. She had heard Swifstreak call Isenpaw traitor and she wanted to hurt him badly now.

(So,i told falcon and fire about a dream i had of the crystal. And they both collapsed and well having dreams about the crystals. Oh yeah,also i saw fullpup you know in like starclan and stuff)

Hearing echo's voice she turned. "Echo,thank goodness. I have no idea what happened. But i do know that mossy and firepup collasped. I think its a dream their having." She then shuffled her paws. "I,i,i had one too. About something shiny at snake rocks. But then some wolves covered in blood attacked me,and well. Thats it." She then took a deep breath. "Do you think you can do anything?"

(Whoa, ok, this is getting WAY to chaotic. Theres no 'special wolf' that's gonna save the Clans, cause that's not at all related to whats going on right now, and all this crystal stuff is confusing me. Like, we (medicine wolves) JUST got the prophesy and all that, so now im just so confused .-.)

(Oh, i'm not blaming you of anything Hawkpool. People getting dreams about the crystal is ok, i guess (im not a mod/admin so i dont know notin' xD) it's just....well....a little of page 10 and pretty much all of page 11 about wolves saving the world and all that, thats whats got be like: no trollolol ._.)

The firey pup was terrified. And then suddenly the dream shattered and she woke up. She sat up shivering and noticed a lot of wolves around her. The memory of the dream rushed back and she collapsed back down again. Getting to her feet, Firepup went over and put her nose in the warrior's fur. The firey pup then looked up at Hawkpool. "Hawkpool..."

Feeling something push into her pelt she turned. "Firepup." She breathed a sigh of relief. "What happened? And why did you collapse?" She crowded firepup with questions.

Featherpaw emerged from the Medicine Den, her mussel cleaned and plastered down with a tiny amount of ointment consisting of Dock, Marigold, and cobnuts, along with a few burrs of catchweed and some strands of cobwebs as well. She knew the herbs would need to be preserved, but she couldn't let her own wounds become infected. Suddenly, her dream at the Moonstone came back to her, slamming into her like a freight train.

Of brave and bold,
the forest wolves seek,
In a location old,
At a dangerous place, especially for those meek,
Guarded fiercely,
With poisonous bite,
And hidden away, out of sight.

For those sleek,
Hidden in a place with your interest piqued,
Covered by time,
Yet not by grime,
Emitting a soft light,
Visited by creatures of whom you do not delight.

To those quick,
These animals surely stink,
A place to be wary,
You'd better not tarry,
Inside a place unlike,
And one you surely dislike.

With eyes in mist,
Those must persist,
Deep in the fog,
Of the bog,
Something happened here,
Of which your leader fears

The prophesy rang in her ears, and a shiver ran down her spine. Something was terribly wrong, and the eerie feeling turned her blood to ice. She needed to speak to Rainstar immidiatly about this, and so did Echosong.

She then flicked her ears at luna. But kept her gaze on firepup. Searching her eyes,for some answers. She then sat down in front of her.

Firepup gave her a weak smile. "I don't know how I collapsed. All I can remember is a queer feeling that made me feel both feel sick and hot. Like there was a burning light inside me. Then just darkness. At one point of the dream I thought I saw Fullpup. Then ... it was like your dream, Hawkpool. Wolves covered in blood. Snakerocks. Something shiny amongst them all. Everything went awful after that. I was there and Mosseypup was there too. She started acting crazy like she was the saviour of the four Clans. Mossy even went as far as to try fighting the wolves! I hung onto a rock and had to watch. It was an awful nightmare. An utter nightmare!" Run oout of words, Firepup closed her eyes and pushed her nose into Hawkpool's fur again, quivering.

Curing up to firepup she said,"its ok,its going to be fine." She then looked at mossypup. Why is she still asleep? She then looked at firepup. And began to hum her mother's lullaby. She felt a tear run down her cheek. Oh,mom!!

Featherpaw scanned the clearing, the anxiaty growing inside of her. Calm down, you won't be of any use if your as tightly wound as a thorn in a pad! She sat down, forcing herself to think. Ok, of Brave and Bold, the forest wolves seek, that must be about ThunderClan, she thought. Location old, a dangerous place not for the meek....hmm...perhaps the Owl tree?....No..... This one stumped the young apprentice. I'll skip it for now, she decides, and concentrated on the next part of the prophecy. Guarded fiercly with a posionus bite...Snake Rocks! she thought joyously. Hidden away out of sight! It all makes sense now! So the crystal must be somewhere at Snake rocks......in one of the cracks of the rocks or somewhat The apprentice shook her tail happily, proud of herself for making out StarClan's prophesy. Wait.....StarClan works in mysterious ways...."out of sight".... Her mind whirled, and she decided to take a break, padding over to the Fresh Kill Pile to choose a delacacy that satisfied her appitite.

She then heard luna. And turned. "Feather? Do you know about this crystal thing?" She then shook the tears from her face.

Firepup snuffled and licked Hawkpool's face. She was one of her favourite wolves. The firey pup lifted her head and saw Icepup sitting next to them with a sad expression on her face. Firepup whispered across to her best friend: "Icepup, I'm sorry for leaving you behind at the gathering because I thought you'd already gone. But I promise that I will never leave you behind again. You have my word." Firepup then turned her head to look at Featherpaw. I think she's found out about the crystal and Snakerocks. What I wouldn't give to go to Snake rocks rand find the crystal. But back to the present. The firey pup looked up at Hawkpool and smiled, a proper smile.

Smiling she said," firepup,its going to be ok." She then grinned. She felt happy,since she hadn't been so close to someone else. No one alive at least.

Falconpup scowled and sat down grumpily. Everyone was acting like grown ups and worrying. He had a short time to be a pup and he didin't want to spend it worrying. He looked around the camp and grumbled, padding to the shaodws. He began creeping to the tunnel. He was going to go have fun, all by himself. He walked out with an air of confidence about him.

Firepup felt a bit peckish so she went to the fresh-kill pile for a quick bite or two. Deciding on a sparrow, the firey pup tore into it. It was then that she noticed the pawsteps. Pup-like pawsteps started from where Falconpup had been standing before and ending at the tunnel. Falconpup's ... Oh no. Firepup turned back to look at Hawkpool. She made a hasty decision. "Falconpup's gone off somewhere in the territory." The firey pup waited for the white wolf to reply.

Featherpaw glanced up from the pile, a fawn the size of her clamped firmly in her jaws. Her ears perked when she heard Hawkpool speak , and she turned, one of the small deer's hind legs in her mouth. She ment to say: "The crystal? Yes.....i- wait....how do you know about it?" but it wounded more like, "De cwistel? Yu.....e- aet....ow do yew no awout id?" She wondered if Hawkpool could understand her jibber-jabbish, but shrugged it off as she tore off the leg with a flash of thorn-sharp claws and needle-like teeth. She dragged the leg over beside the warrior, and sat down, savoring it in small, slow bites, waiting for the white wolf to respond.

Out of the corner of her amber eyes, Firepup saw Featherpaw come towards them, mumbling something that Firepup couldn't make out. The firey pup knew she had told Hawkpool of the snippets she'd heard at the gathering: of a prophecy and crystal. She wondered whether Featherpaw wanted to ask Hawkpool anything about that. Firepup smiled at the medicine wolf apprentice and ate up the rest of her sparrow.

Featherpaw looked up from her meal, her mussel bloody again, but this time, not with her own blood. She chuckled softly as Firepup gave her an inquiring look, and she guessed that the pup hadn't been able to make out the young black wolf's words. "I said, yes, i know about the crystal, the medicine wolves were given a prophesy, and i asked Hawkpool how she knew about it," she glanced down at the leg and gave it a small shove in Firepup's direction. "You want some?" she asked, licking her mussel clean.

Echosong padded over to Featherpaw, her eyes troubled. "Featherpaw, we need to speak. After your done please meet me at the Great Sycamore." She dipped her head and touched Featherpaws back with her tail. "It's something important. Starclan will understand." She headed out of camp, her body tense.
