Padding into the training area,she glanced around. She then beckoned mossy to join her. "Sit down. Now,what do you want to learn first?" She chuckled. "There is so much to choose from."

I want to know how to catch a mouse." I say to my mentor.

Nodding,she glanced at some rustling bushes. "before you can learn how to catch one,you have to find one." She then quickly dashed towards the rustling bush. Almost as fast as she took of,she walked back out with a mouse in her jaws. Burying it,she decided to bring it back to camp once they were done. She then looked at mossy. "What do you smell?"

Jumping up and down I say,"I SMELL MICE I SMELL MICE!"

Rolling her eyes,she replied,"if you do that,it will scare all the prey from here to fourtrees." She chuckled half-heartly. She then glanced at mossy again. "What else do you smell? Surely something else roams these forests." She opened her mouth to let in the scents of the forest. Rabbit and stale fox. She growled silently.

"Sorry Hawkpool," I tell my mentor. "HAWKPOOL I SMELL SOMETHING LIKE A SNAKE AHH LOOK." I point at a slimy creature. It lungs at me and grabs my ankle,"AHHH HELP ME"

She looks at the so called "snake" . She paws at it,and finds out,its just a vine. She sighed. "Mossy,its just a vine. Relax." Rolling her eyes,she glanced at some of the bushes. "Lets just practice some battle moves."

I look embaresed,"Ops it looked like a snake." "can I show you one of my moves?" I ask my mentor

She looked at mossy oddly. "What move do you know?" She chuckled under her breath. I wonder what mossy has up her sleave.

Pounce jump off fake and go the other way paw at side. "That is my move,"I tell hawkpool afer sowing her.

(Wait wha?)

Sneaking her pelt,she nodded to mossy. "Nice move. But lets start with a basic one." She jumped onto a fallen log. Sinking her claws into its bark. "This is the leap and hold. You can defeat a bigger enemy this way. But watch out for the drop and roll move."

"Ok."I tell my mentor. I take an amazing leap with claws out streaked and grasp the log till it begins to creek.

She smiled at mossy. "Good job. But if the wolf your on rolls over,jump of. Or you'll be squashed." She chuckled at the remark. "Ok,lets do something else. Tuckin your tail. Its hard to do since your tail helps you balance. But i keeps cats from biting your tail." She then went into a hunters crouch. Tucking in her tail.

"Ops did I eran a rank yet?"I ask her. then i try to get of the log

"What now,"I ask my mentor. I think please say hunting.

She shrugged. "Since,you wanted to learn about hunting lets learn." She sighed. [i]I hope she really doesn't scare the prey from here to four trees. She then went into a hunters crouch. "Ok,now crouch. Try to mimic what I'm doing."

"Ok,"I say to my mentor. I then go into an almost perfect croucch.

She nods. "Good,now,tuck in your tail,or at least keep it down. The prey can see you if you flick it around like a bird or something." She chuckled. Then she began to stalk around the clearing.

"Ok," I do what my mentor says and tuck in my tail. I fall over and say,"Of that is hard."

She then stood back up. Nodding,she repiled. "Yes it really is. Took me a few sunrises to get it." She then stood above her. "Try again. The reason why its hard is beacuse your tail is what balances you." She then took a step back and sat. "Now go." She then smiled.

She watched as her apprentice stood up. "Now crouch. Try to have your balance before you tuck in your tail. It might make it easier." She shrugged. "Keeping trying till you get it."
