The boundary between ThunderClan and StormClan

He nodded and turned abruptly walking over to rainwhisper he sat down and glared at the river. his tail lashing, he would have to have some time to get used to the idea. he bit his tongue rather hard and shoved his face into Rainwhispers familliar and comforting fur. his tail continued flicking.

He lay down beside her and rested his ihead lightly on her neak. his black fur soaking up the warm rays of the sun. his tail flicked from side to side smacking on the hard baked earth. the snow was melting rapidly he was constantly suprised at how fast it was going.

Feathersoul stood, a hollow look in her black eyes. The small wolf padded over to where Rainwhisper and Nightowl were cuddled up, no real expression on her face. "I'll be back at camp, come back whenever you feel like it, I guess." She slipped away, feeling guilty. Telling Nightowl about the pups was the right thing to do, but why did it feel so wrong. Sighing, she trudged back to camp.

~TC Camp~

Nightowl stood shaking out his pelt, he noticed an eagle soaring overhead but shook it off. he turned and began following rainwhisper back to camp. his golden eyes watched the femme infront of him with total affection and love. he wondered if they were mates.. he scoffed of course they were. a grin appearedon his face as he remembered how they met
~camp

Firestar walked through the bushes and trees and reached the riverbank. Taking a quick drink, the fiery leader took a quick look and sniff about to see if there was anybody there. The border and river smelled of ThunderClan and stale StormClan scent mainly. She sat down and started to groom herself, waiting for the others.

Wind looked at the golden and nuzzled his mate. "Rocky right? Well, border means that this is the end of our land. If you cross it, then we have no power in proteccting you. If you crossed, then the other clan is free to hunt you down if they so wished." Wind smiled slightly, though his gaze was still hard, "Remember this, I'm not trying to scare you but this is how many clan conflicts starts. One wolf crosses the border and the next thing you know we have a fight on our hands." Then he turned to Firestar, "Talk to mee my love." he said, his voice unusually gentle.

Firestar looked at Windstorm and smiled, taking a moment to speak to Rocky. "Take a sniff of the scents, Rocky. That other scent is StormClan, the other Clan who live on the other side of this river. They're fairly hostile at the moment so it might be a good idea to keep your distance." The firey wolf then lowered her voice so that only her mate would hear. "I've noticed that the Clan is getting very tense at the moment. Rain is going to have pups soon. Echo's been injured and the presence of the thundersticks in the territory doesn't help. Firestar looked . But don't worry, I know how to deal with them, firstly the thundersticks. I thought that maybe we could lure the two-legs to a very enclosed place on our territory and ambush them."

Moonpaw stalked towards the border. She stopped at the scent of her leader and the new dog. She snorted and laid down n a bush. She flicked her ears and yawned.

Scenting Rocky the dog,she lifted her head. She watched Rocky. She then stood up and blinked. She flci,Ed her ears. And dipped her head. "Hello. I'm Moonpaw. And your Rocky. I know."

She nodded. "Thats correct. It seems your learning quickly." She blinked and flicked her tail. "So,how's Thunderclan for you so far?"

Wind gave Firestar's face a soft lick, "Don't worry about it, we can make the ambush for the humans. " he hesitated, not sure how Firestar would take his next words. "I was thinking of using Rocky." he paused, waited and when she didn't explode, continued, "I won't let the golden in getting hurt. All he need to do, is to walk up to the human dwellings and lead them to the thundersticks." he nuzzled Firestar, knowing she liked it when he does that. "I've seen those humans with dogs like Rocky. They are afraid of wolves, but they love dogs, especially one that is strong and sleek lie Rocky. They would be out of their minds soon as looking at him." Then because it was tipical for Wind to have a plan within a plan, he added, "Besides, if we let him do this, we can see what he's made of. His mission has to be swift and attracks no attention or minimal attention from the other clans. If he can do this, he would be worthy of Thunderclan." After speaking, he sat and looked up at his mate and leader. He loved her so much and he wasn't about to let her do this on her own. his ears twitched as he smelt another wolf, Moonpaw. She was talking to Rocky, and the male nodded silently in greeting to her.

Hearing Windstorm,she flicked her ears. Then dipped her head at Rocky. "Well,it was nice to meet you. I going to continue patrolling." She then flicked her tail,and trotted away from the border. Continuing along the Stormclan border.
Tc and sc border-

Firestar nodded to the grey wolf. "A good idea, Wind. The two-legs with the thundersticks mostly go to the sandy hollow and sunningrocks. That's something to think of. I think your idea about Rocky is a good one but I'll ask him first. The other Clans have never seen him but it's better to send him by the Owl Tree." She looked at the golden dog and saw he'd been talking to Moonpaw. "Rocky does look like the kind of dog that the two-legs like. Rocky, I want you to go on a scouting mission for me and the Clan. A mission to prove your allegiance to me and the rest of ThunderClan? Could you go back to the two legs dwellings and try to lead some two-legs to where the thundersticks have been? Some two legs that like you."

Wind nodded, "of course, we never force anyone to do things they don't want to." he smiled as he watched his mate talk to Rocky. He really hoped the golden would agree to go. That was the best and safest plan he could think of. He shuddered slightly as he remembered how the humans tried to shoot him when he was loner, still looking for a new home to stay in. He looked at Farestar again, and the felt his heart quicken. Somthng he never felt before ran through his body, making his paws weak as he stood. His knees almost buckled, and he wondered if she saw it.

She shook her pelt and waited for Rocky to reply. 'Yes, never force anyone to do things unless absolutely neccessary. It could cause trouble otherwise', thought Firestar, smiling at Windstorm. The fiery leader saw her mate stagger and padded forward. "Are you alright, Wind?"

Wind looked up, a bit embarrassed, "I'm alright." he said, sitting down so that it wouldn't happen again. Her being so close to him was making him feel things that he hadn't felt in a long, long time. He knew he had to answer so she wouldn't be warred so he said, "It's nothing. I was just thinking." he leaned his head against her flank, yes, wind is a big boy, and whispered, "Just thinking about us and the future. Firestar, I really want..." he looked away, not sure how she would react if he told her what he was feeling. This was so unlike him, but he didn't want her to reject him, it would be too painful.
