StormClan Camp

The StormClan camp is surrounded by prickly bushes and is well protected against outsiders. It is in the middle of a forest, a cross between ShadowClan and RiverClan camps. The nature of this causes the camp to become misty on particularly humid days. The leader's den are two big rocks that balance each other, creating a tunnel which is relatively large in nature. Plant matter hangs over the entrance and shields the inside from view. The elder's den is a large thorn bush, hollowed in the inside for comfort. It is well protected. The warriors den is an abandoned fox den which lost the scent of its previous owners long ago. The den has been expanded further by its new warrior inhabitants and is large enough for all of the warriors of the Clan. Beside this den is the apprentices den, which is a tree trunk which had fallen over long ago in a storm and over time was hollowed out by the elements. The nursery is similar to the Elder's den, as it is well protected by thorns and has a secure wall.

Owlscreech shook himself and gave darkpup a good hard stare warning him to be quiet. he then regarded skyfeather for a few moments before saying "Slypaw, go fetch some moss and wet it then bring it here, Skyfeather needs a drink". he fluffed up his fur then stood turning he noted his sister glancing around for someone and rolled his eyes irritably. he lashed his tail and stomped over toward shadestar he sat down and said in an iron voice "all of Skyfeathers pups are small, very small and not a single one came out nose first the way starclan intended pups to do. I have a feeling that these are illegitimate pups. the question is what are you going to do about it". his amber eyes watched shadestar, he personally would go back to shadowclan when the two clans split up again.

Slypaw nodded his head at Bluestorm. He gave one last worried look then left for some moss. He found some close by and grabbed it heading back. He placed it comfortably near foxpaw and carefully moved her on to it. Nodding to Bluestorm Slypaw sat down and intended to stay there for now until his clan needed him. He decided he might go hunting later to restock the food pile. He started cleaning his paws and listening for any noises outside the medicine den.

One of her eyes cracked open she was so so thirsty. she opened then closed her mouth. yuck her mouth was thirsty. her mind felt oddly detatched from the rest of her body. her mind felt like it was far away. her eyes struggled to work and she stared deleriously around.

Nightpup stared at the thunderclan apprentice. She felt sorry for her. The pup got a hollowed out stone from a nearby rock and scooped up some water. She continued nudging it over since she couldn't pick it up in her mouth. She placed it in front of her. "Everyone deserves to live."she muttered and stalked off into the shade of the bush.

Shifting uneasily as scents of wolves flooded into the clan and washed back out. They were like the waves of the ocean. Glancing over at Skyfeather she watched her secretly, and took notice of her small and weak litter of pups. She prayed upon Starclan that they would make it through. Knowing that their father was a member of Windclan only made it that much harder. Sighing she looked out through the nursery's entrance to find Heatherstar and Tallfeather leaving. Wasn't he the father of these pups? Maybe Shadestar sent him away, but still pups of any sort shouldn't be raised without a true father. Love was love.

Slypaw whatched as Owlscreech entered the medicine den. "Olwscreech" he called trying to bring attention to the hurt apprentice. Slypaw was sitting down and was partly covered by shadows. Slypaw knew he couldn't do anything to help and had to leave it to Owlscreech. Slypaw nodded his head at Owlscreech and took a step back so the medicine wolf could get to the fox looking wolf.

Goldenpup backs away a few steps. Just wanted to play! she thought, her tail drooping as she walked away. The somewhat mute pup looked back. "I just... wanted to play..." She only spoke little. And when she did it was only to herself. She chose to be mute, at least she would speak when it was needed. She sat away, in the corner of the Clans' camp.

Snowstorm swung his head towards Shadestar as the leader spoke. And just as he had thought, he warned Tallfeather to stay away from the nursery as well. He then looked at Heatherstar as she told Tallfeather to come. He watched them leave before dipping his head to Shadestar and Graystar and padding out of their den. He was going over to the fresh-kill pile when he caught the scent of ThunderClan. He let out a growl that could be heard throughout the camp. That was it! He couldn't take it anymore. He ran over to the entrance of camp, ready to chase whoever it was out of camp, but then he noticed that it was an injured wolf that Bluestorm had brought into camp. The large white StormClan deputy followed them to the medicine den and stood in the entrance, watching Owlscreech and the fox like wolf.

Darkpup padded into camp. Seeing the fox like wolf dragged into the medicine den, he growled and went over to the nursery. He stalked inside, shoving another pup so hard that it fell over (Brindlepup) on his way to a corner of the nursery. The very large dark pup lay down in the shadows, his blood-red eyes glaring out at the other pups.

Goldenpup looked back. That's what she gets... she thought, tears forming in her eyes. The mute- or somewhat mute- pup stared at the nursery. What was wrong with her?!? What did I do wrong?!? she thought, as a tear rolled down her cheek. What did I do in my life that's wrong?

Slypaw noticed Snowstorm in the enterence to the medicine den. He had heard the growl he had made earlyier. " Snowstorm she is hurt and sick. she isn't wanted in thunderclan." Slypaw told his deputy. He was as mad as his deputy was about other clans in stormclan camp but this was different. Slypaw also trusted his deputy and had since he played with him as a pup. Slypaw moved from where he was over to Snowstorm to sit next to him.

(Eaglepup)
Eaglepup watched his cranky sister get pushed over by the other pup. He wouldn't allow it. His sister was his sister grouchy or not. He forgot what he was previosly doing and went into the nursery after Darkpup. Giving a puppy growl he went up to darkpup. He wasn't in play mode anymore. Trying to act like his dad would he puffed himself up and ran trying to hit darkpup and knock him over like he did to his sister. Then he high tailed it out of the nursery almost running into Goldenpup. He turned around and went up to the pup with a grin on his face. He hadn't gotten his chance to play with anyone yet and this wolf had wanted to play earlyier. Hoping to finally get to play, he got into a play position. His tail high into the air and happly wagging.

Goldenpup squeaked as a pup almost ran into her. He tilted her head, but got in the play position anyway. She didn't wag, but she watched for the pup to make the first move to play. She rubbed the eye that had a tear coming out of it and she toughened up a bit.

Eaglepup was ready for the challange. He ran full speed at Goldenpup and then jumped trying to catch the other pups back. He had considerable skill at fighting but could not do anyharm as a pup.

Goldenpup squeaked and jumped out of the way. She batted at Eaglepup; kind of like cat-fighting. She used her claws and softly scratched him. I wonder if we can go explore...

Nightpup padded into the nursery. She avoided the two pups and lay in her nest. The female wolf opened one eye and shut it again. Hoping they wouldn't even come close to touching her. Nightpup's gaze flickered on to Darkpup.apparently, he hated company as well, or so it seemed.

Eaglepup landed softly and growled playfully back. Feeling in the spirit of play Eaglepup wanted to explore. He walked up slowly to Goldenpup and whispered " Want to explore?" Suddendly he took off running in the other direction, leaving camp. He was excited and left a dust trail begind him. He hoped his mother or father wouldn't catch them out or one of his sisters notice.

Goldenpup hesitated, but she followed anyways. I hope nothing will go wrong... It was, after all, his idea... She placed one foot in front of the other as she followed.
RIVER

Darkpup let out a yawn, closing his eyes while doing so. And at the same time, another pup came and ran right into him. He stood up, growling fiercely. But the other pup was already out of the nursery. "Coward!" He barked, chasing after the pup. He saw the pup that had run into him, along with another pup, running out of camp. You'll pay for that! He thought angrily, racing after them.

(Snowstorm)

Snowstorm looked down at Slypaw as the apprentice
spoke to him. "I know," he replied, calming himself down. "I'm just
tired of the other clans coming into our camp all the time." He chuckled
and watched the pup for a reply.
But before the apprentice had time, Snowstorm's attention turned to some pups that had raced out of camp. Oh no. He thought. We can't have pups running around by themselves in our territory. Especially with all these rats and other clanners around. The
white wolf turned around and shot across the clearing. Flinging himself
out the entrance and following the pups' scents to the river.

-The river-

Seeing three little bodies shoot out of camp,Bliestorm blinked. He shook his head as he watched Snowstorm run after them. He shrugged. [i]I'm sure snow can take care of that." He prodded the fox-like wolf. Just to make sure she was alive.

Creekfire stiffened as growls and barks came from the Medicine Den. He saw Bluestorm drag in a fox-like wolf who was drenched in ThunderClan scent, but it was apparent the wolf was injured and needed attention. He let his gaze drift away from the Medicine Den and onto Eaglepup, who was playing with another pup after dashing out of the nursery. Loud growling distracted him, and he watched as a dark pup tore through the entrance. He glanced back over his shoulder, panicking slightly when he couldn't find his child. He stood, racing after the pup, who was following Eaglepup's scent as well.

~River~

Foxpaw blinked open eyes as a wash of growls and scents wafted over her. she gave a pain filled whine then noticed a stone of water beside her. giving a thankfull look around she shoved her muzzle into the water and began to drink. she drunk much like a horse wood rather than lapping like a wolf wood.

Owlscreech scented the fever and grabbed feverfew as well as a few other strengthening herbs and other such things. he leapt over and snapped "slypaw fetch moss moss and more moss!". he then flicked his tail "eat this Thunderclannian, it will help". he pushed the herbs infront of the females nose.

Glancing at Owlscreech,Bluestorm rolled his eyes. "I already gave her some lavender. I though it would help." He flicked his tail and eased his way out. Noticing Lunalight's scent leading away from camp. He frowned and followed it.

Slypaw heard all the growls and running outside but decided they had enough help when Snowstorm left. Hearing Owlscreech snap at him he headed outside for some moss. He quickly found some and grabbed as much as he could. He headed back inside the medicine den and dropped it off. He went out agian and made two more trips to get moss before getting Foxpaw's draind water. He went to fill it up agian and brought it back full. He sat down out of Owlscreech's way. He had done everything without complaint and was glad he could help.

Foxpaw watched slypaw with feverish eyes. she whispered in a hoarse voice "you're surrounded by light". her voice croaky and crackly. she moved her black paws a little and ate the herbs that Owlscreech had given her. immediatly feeling better she lapped ups ome water.
