StormClan Camp

The StormClan camp is surrounded by prickly bushes and is well protected against outsiders. It is in the middle of a forest, a cross between ShadowClan and RiverClan camps. The nature of this causes the camp to become misty on particularly humid days. The leader's den are two big rocks that balance each other, creating a tunnel which is relatively large in nature. Plant matter hangs over the entrance and shields the inside from view. The elder's den is a large thorn bush, hollowed in the inside for comfort. It is well protected. The warriors den is an abandoned fox den which lost the scent of its previous owners long ago. The den has been expanded further by its new warrior inhabitants and is large enough for all of the warriors of the Clan. Beside this den is the apprentices den, which is a tree trunk which had fallen over long ago in a storm and over time was hollowed out by the elements. The nursery is similar to the Elder's den, as it is well protected by thorns and has a secure wall.

Owlscreech shook himself and gave darkpup a good hard stare warning him to be quiet. he then regarded skyfeather for a few moments before saying "Slypaw, go fetch some moss and wet it then bring it here, Skyfeather needs a drink". he fluffed up his fur then stood turning he noted his sister glancing around for someone and rolled his eyes irritably. he lashed his tail and stomped over toward shadestar he sat down and said in an iron voice "all of Skyfeathers pups are small, very small and not a single one came out nose first the way starclan intended pups to do. I have a feeling that these are illegitimate pups. the question is what are you going to do about it". his amber eyes watched shadestar, he personally would go back to shadowclan when the two clans split up again.

Honeysplash watched his eyes as he said those words then said "i believe you". she believed him based on several factors, that he kept on repeating them and this time she senced he meant her outer and inner selves. she gently rested her head on his neck and gave a comfortable sigh that seemed to make her whole body relax. she wondered what would happen this new leaf. would stormclan fight to take sunning rocks? she had always wished to explore around there for she wanted to see if the rocks themselves were white marble. she however had known that Thunderclan wouldnt let her over there to investigate. like Apache she was considered a bit of a nerd. shoving all of those thoughts away she turned her head and buried it in apaches fur. his musky scent filling her nostrils, she inhaled greedily as the scent made her feel so safe. so relaxed. she allowed herself to be lost in the moment and to allow herself to be swept away by her emotions. and what strong emotions they were. they raged from an emotion as elusive as time itself to affection so powerful it made her chest ache. A feirce protectiveness like that of a bear over its pot of honey. yes apache was like her honey. He was sweet and comforting.

He rested his chin gently on top of her head as she buried her face into his neck, emotions stirred within that he had never felt before. It was a powerful passion that caused him to feel protective of Honey, to desire her company ever waking hour, to do everything to win her smile and laughter. he had never felt like this toward a women before, sure he complimented every she-wolf he met, every word as honest as his own existence and even though he cared for each and every one he met in his own way they did not stir such impassioned desires and emotions that drew him to Honey like a super powered magnet to steel. His tail curled around her, its lighter colored blending into Honeysplash's darker tail. He remembered Owlscreech's threat but brushed it aside, he was not concerned with her brother even if he challenged him Apache felt that he could match him. Even though he would fit with every fiber of his being to be able to remain so close to Honeysplash, he did not wish to resort to violence his personality was far to peaceful to jump straight into battle. Owlscreech had been a warrior, and even though he was now a medicine wolf Apache doubted he had let his skills slip, he only hoped that their inevitable confrontation would only be in words; if only for Honeysplash's sake.

Honeysplashes thoughts also turned to Her brother. Owlscreech she knew would happily leap into a battle to keep her single. he had disliked her last mate and hounded him constantly. though she hoped that his constant pestering was because he wanted to make sure that she was with the one. however this time as she felt apaches chin rest on her head she felt at complete peace. Apache was her one, for they had spent time taming each other as the Little prince had done with the fox. Honeysplash felt a curious twist in her heart at the thought of being apart from him. she had never thought to truly feel love before and she basked in its warmth like a snake in the sun. she wondered what it was in ones brain that made all of the chemicals work. however she shoved that into her to be thought about later cabnet and continued just enjoying being with this wolf. she knew that she would rake her claws through her brothers pelt if he tried to stop her from seeing apachewind.

She was a spitfire, an un-tamable force as wild and free as fire itself tempting the male to try and capture that flame, that force and hold it close to his heart as his own. She was truly an intoxicating women, her mere scent was enough to send his head spinning. Because of her personality he knew that if it were a battle between Owlscreech and her own desires the poor male would lose miserably, the thought brought a thin smile to his lips. He pitied Owlscreech, he was only trying to protect his sister. Not enough to submit to his will, he would never let Honeysplash go! A deep content sigh left his lungs, his eyes watching over the camp as he sat with the she-wolf he had come to love.

Honeysplash let out a content sigh that let out a big burst of air. yawning a little she began thinking again much to her annoyance. sometimes her brain would just not stop anylyzing and relax. she noted Owlscreech raging at Tallfeather and made a promise to herself not to go near him for a bit. she watched as the leaders talked amongst themselves and a guard put up. she would have to volunteer soon, the apprentice looked pretty sleepy. she remembered their nests in the den and hoped to move hers next to his. she closed her eyes and concentrated on her breathing. in and out. in and out. in and out. soon she had her head resting on Apachewinds shoulder again.even that touch sent her heart fluttering like the wings of a butterfly. her pert ears remaned erect and listening. catching the sounds of the camp and relaying them to her brain to be processed. she noted plenty of pups in the nursery and smiled.

Apache smiled when she rested her head upon his shoulder again, feeling extremely content. he had been wondering along the same lines as Honeysplash wondering if their nests could be moved next to one another. He didn't think it'd be too much of a problem he was sure he'd be able to convince a few pack-mates to allow him to move closer to her, if not he'd figure something out; anything to be close to her. His eyes closed, and like Honeysplash only his ears took in the noises of the camp processing them while he savored his time just sitting here with the female. He too had picked up the sound of the pups and he wondered if Honeysplash was truly barren or if she'd be able to one day have pups of her own, he'd trade his right foreleg if it meant she could. he did not know her deep longing for pups, even so he wished that she would be able to know the love and pleasure having children of her own seemed to bring to a she-wolf.

For now Honeysplashes mind was far from that of pups. she wanted to be out in the feild learning and exploring. her brown tail flicked around and gently twined with apaches. a slow smile on her muzzle. she sighed actually feeling kinda pretty when she was with apache. she shivered a little and wrinkled her muzzle. what was that stench.. it was ruining her moment with apache. she opened her brown eyes and stared around.

Apache's mind wandered away from the thought of pups, reflecting upon the geode and its beautiful crystals that were hidden inside and how similar they were to Honeysplash. he would continue chipping away at the rough outer shell that she had placed over herself until she saw the beautiful crystal she truly was, glinting and shining in the light of the sun. As he thought the Warrior became aware of a rather putrid stench, wrinkling his nose Apache opened his eyes to try and spot the source of the repulsive scent that had encroached upon his pleasant time with Honeysplash.

Honeysplash stood and scented around, the smell interfering with her delicate yet strong nostrils. she frowned and began following her nose. she soon found something that made her jump back in a yelp. a dead crowfood squirrel was lying in the earth. she blinked and frowned, how could crowfood get here? using her paws she began kicking it away. wincing as crowfood got over her paws. digging a hole she buried it and wipped her paws on the grass nearbye. she had a suspicion that it might have been the rats. they were often eaters of crowfood. she thought that they needed to send a strong patrol to the carrionheap and bring down the rat numbers.

Apache followed Honeysplash, his nostrils stinging from the scent that assaulted them. The carrion was quickly found and disposed of by Honeysplash, his nose was still wrinkled in disgust, rats were truly vile creatures how they managed to get into camp he did not know. They'd need to be dealt with soon or the clan could be at risk of disease. A large yawn parted the male's jaws, a small while escaping his lungs. He flicked Honey with his tail. "I believe I'll turn in." he said, moving toward the den. "You are welcome to come with me, perhaps we can find a couple nests close together?"

She flicked her ears and said "it would be my pleasure Apachewind". she smiled and moved off alongside him. her thoughts of perhaps taking a patrol to the carrionplace to deal with the rats continued whizzing around her head. she glared at her brother and continued on. stepping into the warrior den she dragged her nest over to where Apachewinds was.

Owlscreech headed for the border, his tail lashing. he would go visit the shadowclan border. he needed some more juniper berrys and coltsfoot. his tail lashed grumpily as he remembered his mentor Ravensky. he flattened his ears against his head mising his mentor he slipped out of camp.

Lunaalight didn't have to guard anymore. Everything seemed fine and pieceful. It was true that the announce that the Thunderclan warrior made earlier shocked her a little but she was glad that Stormclan was fine for now. The she-wolf got up and padded to the fresh-kill pile. She took one small rat and eat it on few bites. When she was done she desided to go on a walk. She looked around but did not see Bluestorm. She stepped slowly to the camp entrance then suddenly ran out.

Creekfire stood, padding out of the nursery. He was reluctant to leave Sparrowheart and his pups, but, alas, he couldn't spend all his time in the nursery. His stomach rumbling, he padded over to the fresh-kill pile. Scooping up a small fish in his jaws and devouring it in a few quick bites, he glanced around, wondering what might be happening.

Eaglepup wachted his sister try to get up. He was confused to why she was having trouble getting up. He was still looking on with concern but wouldn't dare help and bring down her confidence. When she finally got up Eaglepup grinned and joined her to watch outside. There was nothing to watch and Eaglepup soon got bored with nothing to do. He leaned agianst his sister slightly and looked for something to do.

Creekfire swiveled his head around, watching two little pairs of blue eyes shining in the dark of the nursery's entrance. Smiling, he padded over to his two pups. "You two bored?" he asked, sitting down in front of them. "You wanna come on out and meet some of our Clanmates?"

Thornbreeze dashes thorugh the StormClan territory chasing a rabit. He pounces but misses, the rabbit spirngs in the air, Thornbreeze gets up and takes chase again. He pounces again, but this time he doesnt miss, he licks his lips and bends his head down to eat. He finishes and licks his lips again cleaning his muzzle.

Eaglepup looked up fast when his dad came near. "yes!!!" he replied fast. He had a lot of energy and nothing to do with it. Eaglepup jumped forward to chew on his father's leg. " Who are we going to meet?" Eaglepup asked eagerly. He was always exiceted about new things.

Heatherstar's eyes glistened with great interest as the StormClan co-leader, Graystar, suggested that there was a possibility that StarClan had communicated to their Medicine Wolves at some point in time, although the likely-hood of her theory was abruptly slimmed as Shadestar's booming voice echoed in her ears. The circumstances were certainly very unusual and above all most unfortunate, and the lithe leader feared that somehow each abnormality was connected in some unapparent way. Sensing tension cracking brittlely in the crisp air of the camp Heatherstar stiffened cautiously as the ThunderClan scent wafted through the den entrance and brushed faintly across her moist nose. Dipping her head to Graystar she muttered, "Not at all." before following the grey female out of the den. She did not go as far as the StormClan leader, instead hovering near the leader's den and staring inquisitively at the ThunderClan male as he delivered his chilling tale. A murder within the Clans? This was certainly unwelcome news to the WindClan leader and also certainly most surprising. Mosseybreeze... Yes, she had heard that name before, although had to admit that she had never actually met the individual in person. Retreating to the leader's den she resumed her place and waited for either Graystar to return or for Shadestar to speak. She had come here with one intention and now that her mission had been completed she had no longer any need to be here. Soon she wished to be traveling back home.

Nightpup woke up from her slumber. The grumpy pup continued on, looking to the new pups, Eaglepup and Twistedpup. She disliked them already. Not that she liked anyone at all... Nightpup gave a harsh sigh in a low tone. She glared straight at the two pups and moved on. There was the WindClan leader standing nearby, what was she doing here?! "In StormClan territory of all places."she muttered darkly.

Creekfire glanced over, spotting a lone pup standing in the clearing. He was oblivious to the glare the dark wolf had given his pup, and he was still in a good mood. "How about you go over and introduce yourselves?" he asked, pointing his tail at the pup. His eyes were mainly focused on Twistedpup, however, concerned about how she would get over there.

EbonyFur stepped into the camp. She greeted the leaders with a dip of the head. The fae looked around. "I have come to retrieve Brackenpaw!"she said. The fae waited for someone to at least step out.

Streakfire followed. "And I have come with her." She didn't come into the camp, but she waited just outside of it. She backed away a few steps.

Slypaw smelled the wolves before they entered camp range. Seeing the wolves come closer Slypaw turned to face them. All the fur on his back was standing up ready to fight them back. When he heard there demanding tone it made him mad. "Why are you in our camp demanding things you dont know about!" he growled. His dark fur was shinning and was not happy about the demanding new comers. "Wait there," Slypaw said rudely and then called " Graystar, is Brackenpaw here still? and we have company."
