StormClan Camp

The StormClan camp is surrounded by prickly bushes and is well protected against outsiders. It is in the middle of a forest, a cross between ShadowClan and RiverClan camps. The nature of this causes the camp to become misty on particularly humid days. The leader's den are two big rocks that balance each other, creating a tunnel which is relatively large in nature. Plant matter hangs over the entrance and shields the inside from view. The elder's den is a large thorn bush, hollowed in the inside for comfort. It is well protected. The warriors den is an abandoned fox den which lost the scent of its previous owners long ago. The den has been expanded further by its new warrior inhabitants and is large enough for all of the warriors of the Clan. Beside this den is the apprentices den, which is a tree trunk which had fallen over long ago in a storm and over time was hollowed out by the elements. The nursery is similar to the Elder's den, as it is well protected by thorns and has a secure wall.

Owlscreech shook himself and gave darkpup a good hard stare warning him to be quiet. he then regarded skyfeather for a few moments before saying "Slypaw, go fetch some moss and wet it then bring it here, Skyfeather needs a drink". he fluffed up his fur then stood turning he noted his sister glancing around for someone and rolled his eyes irritably. he lashed his tail and stomped over toward shadestar he sat down and said in an iron voice "all of Skyfeathers pups are small, very small and not a single one came out nose first the way starclan intended pups to do. I have a feeling that these are illegitimate pups. the question is what are you going to do about it". his amber eyes watched shadestar, he personally would go back to shadowclan when the two clans split up again.

Shadestar stood and watched the SunClan leader leave the camp. He snorted and rolled his eyes, leaving the den. His ears flicked towards Snowstorm and he moved his gaze to look at the Deputy. "She didn't even bother to make sense- she never told us why we should ally with her besides threatening us. If she's that good of a leader all the time, I fear for SunClan," he growled, turning to look at Graystar. Apparently the new SunClan leader had been Graystar's apprentice- but even then she was a traitor to the once RiverClan. If the male was her, he knew he would have abandoned the wolf long ago. Shadestar didn't know if the empathy Graystar held for others was a good thing or a bad thing, but he knew there was no way he would be able to act that way towards the unworthy.

Turning to look at the wolves milling about the camp he made up his mind and said, "I think WindClan needs to learn a thing or two about their alliance with SunClan and how unwise a decision it was. "

Goldenpaw walked out of the bushes, looking at Shadestar. She cocked her head to the side, her amber eyes blinking. Did he mean battle? She would be happy if they did.

WhiteStone looked at the black leader. "And what do you have in mind?" The male asked hoping it was an full out attack on the Windclan. To show them what Stormclan are made of the large white male sat up as he looked around the camp it was still a little empty.

Creekfire sat up, finally finished with his meal. He kicked the scales over in a bush, leaving it for nature to decompose. Creekfire didn't see sense in what Shadestar had said. He hadn't picked up any sort of threat buried in Ripplestar's words. It seemed just like a friendly offer. Of course, there was the fact that SunClan was on the other side of the forest. He could see that, but if he were a leader, he would have accepted, simply because of the fact that it would bring peace. Creekfire felt uncomfortable at Shadestar's hint of battle. WindClan were SunClan's allies, and if they caused trouble with them, then there would be two Clans on their bad side. Plus ThunderClan wasn't exactly their friend, so if they all banded together, than they might be able to defeat them. But, of course, as a loyal warrior, he would have to obey Shadestar's words. But, personally, he was siding with Graystar on this debate.

Goldenpaw's tail wagged slightly, her amber eyes showing excitement. She sat, waiting for Shadestar to say something. Her gray flecked head was held high in the sky. I wonder if I'm a warrior first?

Fangclaw watched as everyone in the camp went their own way, and then Ripplestar had walked back to her own clan; but not before shooting him a smile. Smiling back, the warrior then sighed. "Even if she is my friend, an alliance with SunClan is no use." He was merely talking to himself, so it was nothing crazy. Standing up and walking over to the fresh-kill pile, Fangclaw made his way over back to his original spot, then bit into his prey, and savoured the taste of the vole he had taken.

Snowstorm listened to Shadestar's words before following him back out of the den. He thought that maybe he would organize a patrol to hunt and check the borders, but Shadestar said something that sounded as though he wanted to attack WindClan. He wondered if SunClan would help WindClan if they really did attack. No clan seemed to like StormClan already. And now that SunClan's offer had been denied, they might be angry. The deputy remembered the battle with the pack of dogs. Way back when RiverClan and ShadowClan were still separate, and Ripplestar of SunClan was Ripplepaw of RiverClan. Ripplestar had almost been killed, and he wondered if she would dare to lead SunClan into battle.

Lilypup regarded the white wolf curiously, her jittery gaze flitting down to the fluffy bundles of fur nuzzled into the older wolf's belly as their wriggling attracted her attention. Do I look like that? She wondered briefly, noticing how small and feeble they looked compared to the two older females. Suddenly becoming more aware of herself as the white female spoke, the cowering white pup gazed up at the wolf, noticing her attempts to look more friendly and less intimidating. This, to Lilypup, was a reassuring sign. Sitting up more attentively she flashed her pearly white teeth at the wolf in an unpractised smile. "That's a pretty name." She barked, voicing her opinion truthfully and watching her earnestly. "I'm Lilypup."

Lunalight finished her meal and got up carefully. She licked her muzzle and cleaned her fur gently. Her ears twitched as she looked around the camp. It was somehow calm even lifeless in some places. She took few slow steps forward then continued walking around the camp with medium speed. The young fae needed a walk but she could not go out of the camp until her pups were grown enough big to take care for themselves. While walking around she began choosing different names for her little ones.

Shadestar stopped for a few moments and looked towards his Deputy. This was mostly rhetorical, he was just saying it out loud so he could organize his own thoughts, but he spoke all the same. "If we did ally with SunClan we would be the strongest Clan in the forest. We can lead our attacks on other Clans and they would be scared of our numbers. We need not combine with them, simply make a truce, at least for now." Glancing towards Graystar he said, "Why don't you travel over to SunClan and let Ripplestar know we've accepted her kind offer? I'll keep my furies buried deep if that's what they would like." He snorted and hoped the others of the Clan knew he was doing it for only StormClan's benefit. With all the new pups it would be good if they did not have a threat of attack.

Snowstorm nodded. That was true. No clan would dare stand against them if they joined together. "That is true," he said. "Especially with all the pups we have. But we would still have to keep an eye on SunClan, just in case." When Shadestar spoke to Graystar, Snowstorm went over to her. "Would you like me to come, Graystar?" he asked. "Or would you like somebody else to accompany you?"

Owlscreech replied "im thinking of trying a new herb as a travelling herb Twistedpaw" hearing shadestar talk to snowstorm he said "shadestar i will accompany them, i have some medicine wolf business i need to take care off, twistedpaw will come with me its about time she met some of the other medicine wolves" he always said her name with reluctance, it was widley known that he hated her name. his ears pinned back as he shot a glare full of loathing at creekfire.

"Very well. Snowstorm and Owlscreech and Twistedpaw, why don't you go ahead and meet with them and bring the news. Graystar may arrive soon after. I'd like to get this done as soon as possible. And don't snap at them please, Owlscreech." A note of amusement was in his voice as he looked at the older Medicine Wolf. He had a temper, that was true, but hopefully he could hold his tongue in the sake of an alliance.

Fangclaw had finished his vole for a while now, and was just looking around at the whereabouts of the camp. Seems like Twistedpaw, Owlscreech and Graystar were making their way to SunClan to rethink their decision. Shrugging, Fangclaw looked around again, trying to find something else to do for now. In the end, the warrior added a quiet but loud enough- "Be safe!" To the four leaving, before padding back into the den to get some more sleep.

Owlscreech replied "just as long as the dont insult stormclan or Twistedpaw i think we will get along fine, should we insist that they kick out mosseybreeze if they want to be in an alliance with us? just to show that Stormclan isnt going to deal with murderers?" he said acidly. he wasnt the biggest fan of mosseybreeze then again he wasnt exactly the biggest fan of any wolf.

Creekfire stood, padding over to Shadestar. The warrior dipped his head to his leader in respect before speaking. "I admire the way you put the Clan before yourself and accepted the offer. It was a wise and strategic move, if you ask me." The large male raised his head before continuing. "Not only by keeping SunClan close as an alliance, we're also on come good terms with WindClan, as they are SunClan's allies too. The only thing we'll have to worry about is ThunderClan now." His gaze darkened slightly at the mention of those cowardly mutts. He had a strong dislike of them ever sense they began causing trouble.

WhiteStone flicked he's ear as the three wolves where about to leave, he could smell a faint shadowclan sent. As he was sitting next to the exit the large white male got up and turned around poking he's large head outside the camp. Looking at a white female, the blue eyed male then smiled in greeting before returning to where he was sitting.

Luna got near the entrance of the camp and glanced at the white pelted fae. A slight growl came out f her throat. Another intruder she thought as she send a piercing look at the she-wolf. The young brown-furred female got near the leader's den. "We have a visitor." she said to both leaders then glanced at the camp entrance. With slow moves she returned in the nursery. Silverheart was talking with one small pup. Lunalight sat down near her pups and curled her tail around them once again. She managed to smile a little at them as she began licking their short furs backward.

Shadestar looked at Graystar. "Just go and get this done as soon as possible. Faster the better." He looked over at Creekfire and listened to what the male had to say, but did not reply.

Chuckling at the pup she flashed her gentle wag of the tail. "Thank you, and yours is just a beautiful," she said admiring the adorable smile the pup had flashed. They were so young and unaware if how entertaining they were to talk to and watch. Silverheart glanced down at her pups briefly before giving Lilypup her attention ruin once more. Even when she was bored she found even the smallest of conversations to occupy her.

Rainclaw left the warrior's den yawning. His stomach grumbled and he glared around the camp. He was still tired, but he wanted a juicy rabbit. Hoping someone would meet him out of the camp to go hunting together, he headed out. He would wait on the border of the camp.

Owlscreech fluffed up his fur irritably "enough jibber jabber! lets go! Apprentice! follow me and dont dilly dally otherwise ill carry you up the starclan forsaken mountain". with a snort through his black nose the golden eyed medicine wolf blustered out of camp. his tail flicked irritably behind him as he carried on
