He nuzzled his love. "It is ok my dear everything is all right." The apprentice laid down next to Echo. He would protect her.

Seeing Echopaw pull closer to Stormpaw,she dipped her head and stood up. "Sorry if I was rude." She flicked her tail and padded back to her nest. She felt bored,and rolled an old piece of moss she found n the den. She sighed and watched it roll I'm between her paws.

Otterpup blinked and walked out of the den, he tilted hishead at the massive throng of wolves. he wagged his tail and walked over to a nice looking wolf, he blinked his blue eyes and barked "im otterpup!" he was tgalking to echopaw although he didnt know her name he felt like he could trust her. he smiled a little shyly and stared at his paws.

"Ill be right back." Echopaw said. She got up from her nest of feathers and padded off.
Please don't do anything stupid when im gone, Storm. she thought to herself.
Echopaw padded off deeper into camp by dirt place. She caught her breath and hid behind a bush.
Don't worry little ones, ill protect you. She promised quietly.
Echopaw padded back towards the others.
"So... whos enjoying New Leaf?" Echopaw asked trying to stall.
Then she saw Otterpup.
"Well hello little one, im Echopaw." The she-wolf awnsered the pup.

Stormpaw got to his feet and growled. He didn't trust any one except for Echo."What do you want?" He was very over protective.

Otterpup grinned "i fell from the sky!" he performed a playbow then bounced up lightly licking the bigger wolfs nose. he wagged his slip of a tail and it caught his eye. with a growl he began chasing it. his white teeth glinting. his tail soared in the air behind him as he chased it diligently before plopping onto the ground panting. he perked his ears and tilted his head.

Hawktalon snorted. Hawkpool was being rude, but it was to him! He held a silent snarl at Stormpaw. "Stormpaw. Don't boss around warriors. We're older, and you're just an apprentice!"

He ran up to Echo. "You need to go lay down! Come on!" He nudged her to the apprentice den. He wanted her to rest.

"Storm, hes just a pup. Its okay." Echopaw said protectivly, instinct coming over her at the speed of light.
Echopaw leaned to whisper in Otterpup's ear;
"Don't worry about him. He can be grumpy sometimes, he'll come around."
Giving a warning glance at Stormpaw; Echopaw sat down next to the pup.

Hawkpool flicked her ears. Ignoring the new voices outside. She sighed and rolled the moss ball between her paws. She felt bored. She yawned and curled up.tryng to sleep.

"I am not grumpy? Echo come on I am the most fun wolf ever!" The wolf started rolling in moss. He loved moss!

Otterpup smiled up at Echopaw and shoved his head up under hers, he was big for a pup and he leapt around her playfully. he grinned and barked playfully, his blue eyes still had no tinges of their eventual brown. he was not even a moon old, he rolled on his side before he ran off and returned with his mossball "this is Todd!" he announced "hes my mossball" he sat down batting about todd.

Storm was getting mad. Echo could get hurt! He went and laid down next to her again. He cuddled up next to her.

"Stormpaw! Stop bossing other around! You are NOT Firestar! You will not boss others around ike a plaything, understand?"

"Ill see you around Otterpup! Then we can play with Todd, pinky paw promise!" Echopaw said with a smile.
As soon as they were out of sight Echopaw said to Storm;
"What was that! They could've found out!"
Sighing she nudged Stormpaw; she could never stay mad at him. Echopaw curled up and tucked her nose under her fur.

Otterpup frowned and walked over to stormpaw, he said "you're mean! you wont let anyone else play with Echopaw! shes not yours" he glared at this big meanie with his unhappyblue eyes. why did he have to steal away his newest friend?

He wanted to say so badly that she was but that would give it away. He simple growled got up and laid down next to Echo. SHe was so kind but she was to active. She needed rest. He cared for her after all.

"STORMPAW! You answer me this instant! You do not disrespect other in such a hurtful way! Ignoring adults," he growled. Under his breath, he said, "Disrespectful brat!"

The apprentice got to his feet. "I am not disrespectful! I am protective! I don't want to lose my Echo!" He growled at the warrior.

"Your disrespecting your Clan, and your older ones!" Hawktalon pointed to Otterpup. "If you're gonna try to hurt a pup's feelings, at least say sorry." He whispered to himself, "Ungrateful brat. Just be lucky he has her."

Hawkpool heard the added arguments. She sighed and sat up. She flicked her tail. I need to get out of camp. She blinked and stood outside. She saw Hawktalon bristling,while Stormpaw returned with a glance. She rolled her eyes. Males.
She quickly made her way to the entrance. She glanced back once. Ten sighed. She then quickly dashed out of camp.

Hurt filled Echopaw's eyes as everyone argued. She sighed and shook her head sadly.
"Please everyone stop this! I-I-I can't take it!" Echopaw said trembling.
She quickly wrapped her tail protectivly around herself.
"Tensions are already high enough in the clans, how can we survive if we can't even trust eachother!"
Echopaw proceeded.
"Yes, Stormpaw shouldn't be acting this way, but we all know deep down there is a time when we all did."
Echopaw just wanted to be alone. She felt trapped as if Stormpaw was giving her boundaries and she despised that helpless feeling. Echoppaw padded back inside the den and curled up.
