Great Sycamore

The Great Sycamore is a large sycamore tree in the ThunderClan. It is located near Snakerocks, east of the ThunderClan camp, closer to the ShadowClan border. It is one of the tallest trees in the forest, described as a gigantic tree with its crown stretching beyond the canopy that shields the sky. Its branches are strong all the way to the ends, and its roots are thick, twisting around its base and burrowing far into the earth. Sometimes, it serves the use of an ideal hunting place - or a place to master stalking.

Owlflight arrived at the big tree and scented the air. He smelled something strange, but he couldn't put his paw on what it was. So he decided to lay under the shade of the tree and take a nap. He laid down and curled into a loose ball. But even though he was sleeping he was still alert.

Owlflight woke up when he heard a noise, all he heard was a twig breaking. he got up and smelled the air, it didnt smell like anything that fhe had ever smelt before, it didnt even smell like it was a wolf or some other prey or predator. his eyes widened fin horror as he realize what the smell must be, Twolegs! he had never come in contact with twolegs before, but when he was a pup he would hear stories about them from the elders and older warriors. he crotched low when the twoleg came into his veiw holding something weird in its paws, one thing that he could agree with the elders about is that twolegs looked really ugly. he let out a low menacing growl, warning the twoleg to back away, but it didnt. it raised whatever was in its paws and shot at him, he saw something fly out at him and he tried to dodge whatever it was but to no avail. it got him in his side and he let out a loud yep, in pain and tried to move but found that he couldnt, he fell to the ground and closed his eyes, hoping that he would one day see his family and clan again. he felt the twoleg pick him up and then he blacked out.

Echochime skidded to a halt as she arrived at the Great Scyamore. Scenting the air, Echo carefully padded closer to the Scyamore. She finally caught Owlflight's scent, and like all the others it was recent. Sighing she looked at her paws.
I can't believe all these wolves are disapparing. Echo thought.
Raising her head after a moment, Echochime looked to see if Hawkpool was here.

Hawkpool was daydreaming,and bumped into a tree while slightly dozing. Some leaves fell to the ground as Hawk shook her head. Her head started throbbing. She cursed and padded around it. It was the great sycamore. Her eyes widened in surprise. Oops... The white deputy shook her head and turned back at Echochime.

Echochime looked up when Hawkpool arrived. Before she could get up to pad by Hawkpool, Hawk had hit into the Great Scyamore. Quickly getting up and padding, over, Echo's eyes widened.
"Are you okay Hawkpool?" Echochime asked, worried for her friend.

Hawkpool let out a chuckle. "Haha,sorry about that. I'm just thinking about what happened to everyone else..." She then trailed off. Turning the mood into a slightly bad one. Hawk flicked her ears. "I'll...I'll be fine Echo,lets's just look for Owlflight." She paused,then nodded to the fae. "Good luck,I'll go look over there." She nodded behind herself. Hawk then turned and peered through the brush. Nosing some bushes away to look around.

"Its alright; i'm worried for them too." Echochime said, relieved that her friend was atleast physically okay. Echo then gave a nod to Hawkpool when she said they should start searching for Owlflight.
"Good luck to you too." Echochime said as she went to the other side of the Great Scyamore, sniffing the air as she tried to find a more recent scent of Owlflight. She searched through the bushes. After a while Echo let out a sigh.
He just... disappeared like that. But how? Echochime thought shaking her head slightly. Letting out another sigh Echo padded up to where Hawkpool was.
"Any luck here?" Echochime asked the deputy.

Hawkpool lowered her muzzle to the ground,and sniffed around for Owlflight's scent. It mingled in with the brush,and then simply faded. Hawkpool then started coughing,feeling dizzy. There was the scent of the dart still mingling in the air. The white deputy shook her head to clear up the misty fog in her mind. Hawk peered around confusingly. "What is that...?" She mumbled under her breath. She scanned the brush carefully with her orange eyes. Hawkpool was suprised when Echochime called behind her. The fur on her neck rose,as she whipped around. Hawkpool sighed and shook her head. "No...He simply disappeared."

Echochime let out a soft sigh at Hawkpool's words.
We could try a different part of the territory?" Echo suggested. Slowy, she sat down, and looked around as she tried once more to see if she could find something that would help them find Owlflight, and maybe even other wolves. But she saw nothing at all that could help them. Echochime let out a sigh as she flicked her tail, thinking of where the wolves could even be.

Hawkpool flicked her tail in acknowledgement of Echo's idea. "Sure. Where to next?" The white deputy blinked at her young friend,but noticed the worried look on her face. Hawk sighed and nuzzled Echochime. "We'll find him. He won't be left for dead,Echo."

Echochime thought for a moment of where to go, when finally she made a decesion. She then turned to the deputy.
"How about the Wolverine Hole?" Echo said as she stood up. Hearing Hawk's words she let out a soft sigh and nodded.
"I know... i'm just worried for everyone." She said to Hawkpool, her firey amber eyes flickering with concern.
"Coming?" Echochime asked a bit more eagerly as she bounded off, looking back to make sure Hawkpool was following.

Once Echo had declared she was ok,Hawkpool pulled back. She gave a glance around. Narrowing her eyes as she tired to peer through the thick brambles and brush. Her ears perked up when Echo suggested going to the Wolverine's hole. Hawk nodded slowly,her eyes still darting side to side. Though,one half of her face was still blind,her eyes were still as sharp as could be. The white deputy stepped forward,but let Echochime pass. She gave a glance around before she left. Silently staring of there was anything rustling in the trees. Hawk turned back at Echo as she called her. Then darted after the lithe fae.
