ThunderClan Camp

Subject: ThunderClan Camp Sat Nov 03, 2012 7:43 pm

First topic message reminder :

The camp entrance is well hidden by brambles, which protect the camp from predators, but doesn't stop sunshine from coming in. A ravine leads through it. This ravine was once a river, but it is now dried up. The way into the camp is through the gorse tunnel. The nursery has thick bramble walls and is the most guarded part of the camp. Behind a tree stump, there is a clump of ferns where the apprentices sleep. Warriors sleep under a bush in another tunnel. Inside the camp, there is a fallen tree where the elders sleep, and the senior warriors sleep in the center of the camp. Across the clearing, a smooth tall rock resides. This is called the Highrock, and the leader stands there to make important speeches.The leader's den is in a cave in the rock which was carved out by an ancient stream. Lichen covers the entrance.The last notable feature in the camp is a fern tunnel that leads to a crack in a rock. This is the medicine wolf's den.

He turned his head towards firepaw."hello!" he said and smiled back. His face showed the expression of curiousness, and his head tilted a little.

Streakpup just stares into the firey apprentices eyes. ''Hello! Firepaw, how are you today?'' She says and yawns.

The firey apprentice smiled at both the pups, her fire-coloured fur rippling. "I'm fine, thanks Streakpup. I'm just a little ." She yawned. "Learning how to fight and hunt is so exciting." Firepaw's amber eyes glowed with the eagerness to do something. I really want to go exploring with Icepaw, she thought.

Tilts head slightly.Yawns and curls up. getting ready to go to sleep, she keeps her stare. Then yawns again.

Icepaw went up beside her friend and nudged her a little bit. If they wanted an expedition out of camp, they had to leave soon. She gave a friendly smile to Streakpup but said nothing. She wasn't going to say much from for now on.

Swiftstreak entered the camp with the large deer clutched in hes jaw. He looked around only to see pups and apprentices. He walked over to the fresh kill pile which was very thin and then dropped the big deer on the rest of the fresh kill. He stalked off and sat in the middle of the den. The black wolf looked around he saw hawkpool was the only warrior here, well she can look after the little ones. The dark wolf walked out of camp he didnt want to stay and disappeared through the tunnel.

Firepaw saw that Icepaw was getting fidgety and leaned to the white warrior and whispered. "Hawkpool, I'm just taking Icepaw for a quick exploring-about because she's getting bored." Firepaw smiled cunningly before she turned to her best friend. She knew exactly where she was going. "Icepaw", she whispered. "Let's go to the WindClan border because I know my way there. Luna showed me the way. Also I can smell Swiftstreak's smell going there." The firey apprentice frowned slightly. Why's he going there? Firepaw got up and walked towards the tunnel, looking behind at Icepaw to see whether she was coming.

Walks out of the nursery and to the fresh kill pile, looks at the large deer and grabs a fresh rabbit from under it. Begins to eat and watches a black wolf dissapear through the tunnel. Looks at the starry sky and tries to count the stars out loud. "one, two, three four, five..." There are too many to count. She countinues eating.

Icepaw ran after Firepaw to the border. Her eyes full of excitememnt. She wondered where Swiftstreak had gone and why to the WC border. She thought.

The firey apprentice grinned. "Come on then, Icepaw!" she said and ran through the tunnel. Firepaw wanted to do something because she was bored. Also she wanted to find out what Swiftstreak was doing at the ThunderClan/WindClan border.

Swiftstreak flashed passed the entrance of the camp he couldn't smell brightpaw 'she must still be at sunningrocks' he thought to himself then he picked up icepaw and fire paw scent going towards, where he just came from. "they sneaked out again" swiftstreak wondered if they wanted to help find brightpaw so he decided to got back.

Bramblepup poked his head out of the nursery, he hadn't really met anyone yet except Rainstar. The young pup admired the Clan Leader. The mottled, tabby pup bolted through the lichen and took in a big whiff of the Medicine Wolf Den as he passed by. Bramblepup skidded to a hault and crept inside, he didn't know the Medicine Wolf or their Apprentice. He wanted to meet them, so he snuck further into the darkness of the cavern. His amber eyes widdened as he emerged into the Medicine Cleft, viewing all the herbs. Bramblepup sighed as the sweet scent filled his nares. The young male was so facsinated by the plants. "Wow," he said. "there are so many different ones..." He turned and turned in circles as he gazed upon the bundles. A toothy smile was plastered against Bramblepup's maw. His brown and black tabby fur brushed up against the wall, sending a leaf to the ground. It was stuck on a bramble thread.

The pup's gaze landed on the plant, and his vision flashed. Images of herbs and wolves, screeching and smiling, information filled his thoughts. Bramblepup gasped as a starry figure stood before him in the Medicine Cleft. His eyes widdened with shock as he realized a StarClan warrior was before him. The young male's tail shot between his legs and he lowered until his belly rubbed against the ground.

"Hello, Bramblepup. I am Oceanfeather, Medicine Wolf of Ancient Thunderclan." Her voice was elegant, like silk. "I have just transfered all of my experience and knowledge of herbs and healing to you. It is your path to become a Medicine Wolf, but heed this warning. You will meet a wolf with the forname of Leaf. You will have to choose a destiny for yourself..." As Oceanfeather's words faded, so did she. Her white fur shimmered before dissolving to nothing.

Seeing another pup in camp,she sighed. "Sooner or later the nursery is going to over flow with pups." He then chuckled. Standing up,she shook out her pelt,and yawned. What a nice day! She then glanced at the entrance. "Who will take care of the pups while I'm gone?" She growled lowly.

Swiftstreak entered the came with a dark annoyed presence. He did not speak or look at anyone, he walked over to the fresh kill pile and ripped the leg off the carcass,and sat down in a corner to eat.

Bramblepup sighed as Oceanfeather disappeared. He tried thinking, and he knew what each herb was and its use! He went through his memory and the StarClan female had given him her old memories with different situations. It was amazing! The little pup smiled and ran out of the Medicine Wolf Den. His head spun in different directions as he saw SwiftStreak pad into camp. He wanted to say hello, and didn't realize the young warrior wasn't in a friendly mood. Bramblepup walked up to the eating male and smiled. "Hello." He spoke, not obnoxious or loud. Quite a domesticated greeting for a pup.

Swiftstreak looked at the pup. "Hey there what is your name kid?" The male said looking at the piece of meet he had only had a bite and wasn't feeling hungry anymore. The dark male sat up rolling hes shoulders hes tone and gesture was blunt and annoyed. He looked at the wolf with hes blue gaze he had so regretted being a warrior now.

Hearing a scream,she turned towards the sound. She then saw swiftstreak running back. She glared at him. She then headed towards the sound.

THe mottled tabby pup smiled at Swiftstreak. "I'm Bramblepup." He answered. He was just now completely on a meat diet, he glanced at the fresh-kill pile, but wasn't sure if he was allowed to eat. He knew there was some sort of pecking-order, but didn't know its details. Bramblepup looked over his shoulder as Hawkpool and another Thunderclan wolf trotted around camp. It looked kind of barren, the camp, no one was really there.

Swiftstreak sat quietly he thought to himself was he really in-love with heatherpaw remembering what pheonixfire said to him before, i would put the clan before love of-cause but these wolves irritated him he frowned as bramblepup talked had he heard that name before or was he just confused. "Nice to meet you pup atleast your the only sane wolf i know."

Walking back into camp,she looked at swift. Walking towards him,she sat down. "Hi bramble pup. Could you go to the nursery for a second? Me and swift need to talk." She then flicked her tail to dismiss him. "Swift follow me." She then stood up.

Icepaw padded into camp, her tear filled eyes glaring angrily at her mentor before she went to the apprentices den. She needed time to cool down and sleep before she went to talk to Rainstar. If Rainstar didn't listen to her like before, she would have to leave. Have no go out on her own. After she became a warrior of course. That is, if she ever became a warrior.

Swiftstreak watched as hawkpool walked over and told bramblepup to leave them both, she then told him to follower her. "No im staying put." The dark warrior said defiantly as he licked hes paw and looked around camp.

Growling,she glared at him. "What's wrong with you? Ever since blackhawk died,you've seemed to hate the rest of your clan-mates. Only other clanners apparently." She then walked away slowly. "Blackhawk would never want you to do this." She then ran back to the tree. A tear falling from her face.

Swiftstreak rolled hes eyes they are so dramatic. "Actually i have no problem with brightpaw rainstar or the new kid bramblepaw. The rest of you dislike me ever since i talked to heatherpaw at the very first gathering and you know we talk alot dont act like this is some kind of surprise." The male said "Its you lot that have changed i have served this clan from day one if you are concerned of me becoming a traitor or leaving, then that is your business as i have no plans to do so." The black wolf said casually

Icepaw's eyes closed slowly as she drifted into a peaceful dream. Icepaw stood in camp, but it was completely empty. No Rainstar, or Phoenixfire, no Hawkpool or Firepaw. But one other padded into camp and stood in front of her. Appleblossom, her mother. "Mother?" She cries out, and Appleblossom licks her cheek. "I only have a short time my dear. Do not fret, your sister is happy and fine, but she misses you dearly. Just do your best and don't worry, I see a proud young warrior spirit in you. Her mother says as she fades away. She runs after her, but is soon awake. Her eyes were dry, she went to go get some food.
