Heather star watched the jet black male intently as his nervous state became apparent to her, and she wriggled her ears, just waiting. Finally, when his question eventually reached her white tipped ears she felt something inside of her lurch violently, and for a moment the small leader was dumb found. Stunned beyond words for a couple of moments the fae let herself relax, feeling a smile beginning to form upon her muzzle. Never could she of imagined that this was what Swiftstreak had been planning to ask her, and she couldn't have wished for anything else. "Of course." She muttered equally, joy and emotion filling her gaze as she looked up at him. "Yes, of course I will be."

Barkstripe nodded. He then glanced at Stormtussle. "But what about Storm? He flicked his tail. "Stormclan might bring the battle here."

Raggedfur shot Barkstripe a furtive glance, his eyes boring into the warrior. "Aint nothin' gonna happen to my brother," He snapped, his tone bordering on a snarl. "An' if anyone hurts him, I'll deal with 'em just fine." Raggedfur wasn't gonna have his clanmates talking like this. They had a battle to win, not despair over. If his brother was hurt, well, Raggedfur would make sure his enemies were hurt just as much.

Awaking from her nap she lifted her head and walked out of the warriors den, she blinked her hollow black eyes wondering where the rest of the clan was. she looked around for her little brother hurricanepup. worry sparking for the young chap in her chest.

Barkstripe snorted. "If this pile of Fox-dung is going to keep talking. I think we should go." He sighed and sat at the entrance.

Raggedfur ignored the bait, resisting his urge to spring at Barkstripe. Any other time and he would have lunged at the warrior, but Raggedfur knew that now, injuries were too costly to bare. Raggedfur wasn't going to be reprimanded just because of Barkstripe's stupidity. "No, idiot," He snipped in reply, muzzle twisted into a scowl. "Three warriors'll be overun in minutes. We best be waitin' for the others, less we wanna be slaughtered."

Barkstripe nodded. Surprised that Raggedfur didn't try to kill him. And that he actually made a point. He snikered under his breath. "So,when are they coming?"

Heatherstar stopped into the camp in a state of grief stricken fury, her eyes blazing with an odd insanity that had overpowered her mind. "The attack has been called off! Direstar is dead and the new leader, Ripplestar, has abandoned her role in the battle! SunClan is no longer fighting, and we cannot take on StormClan alone." Her tone was strangely hysterical, as if she couldn't quite get to grips with everything that had happened. "Why don't we all just jump of a gorge and be done with it?! If StarClan is so perfect why don't we just join them now!" Letting out a frustrated growl the female stormed across the clearing and entered her den, collapsing to the ground just inside the den after deciding that this piece of ground was as good to lie down on as any.

Brokenglare ran into the camp after her leader. "Heatherstar, don't freak all out!", she shouted in a desperate try to calm her leader. She didn't know what to do in a crazy situotion like this, calling out seemed to be the only she could think of to do. She let out a sigh. All that had happened lately made her unsure about how safe just following the leaders command was, maybe she should do something on her own instead? She hadn't known Direstar much, the only time she rembered to have seen him was when he visited the camp at the start of the alliance, so calming the leader didn't seem easy at all to her. She didn't want any more suicide either. The female stared at her collapsed leader, fear filling her eyes.

Swiftstreak growled a little "For god sake I knew sunclan where no good, now we are going to be at risk of a stormclan attack. Once again Stormclan has gotten away with it." The male lashed he's tail and snapped he's jaws shut as he sat down annoyed.

Jadefeather padded into camp, her ears flat and her head looking down at the ground. Heatherstar's taking his death real hard... Jade thought and whined sadly. Their leader was going mad with grief, the attack on StormClan had been called off and Direstar was dead. What's wrong with the world?!, she cried silently and padded grudgingly towards the warriors den. Flopping down on her side in her nest, Jadefeather let out a long sigh that echoed through the whole den; tears welled up in her eyes but she was determined not to cry. Who would care anyway? They needed to focus on getting their normal, cheery Heather back. But how? No-one can bring a wolf back from the dead.

Heatherstar lay on the floor, an uproarious fit of laughter exploding from her muzzle. Oh how strange she felt. Rolling onto her back the leader looked up at the ceiling of her den, the incessant giggling still rumbling from her gullet as she pawed at the air as if trying to reach something. Still muttering dark curses under her breath, the small leader ceased her attempts to catch the invisible object in the air and lay flat out on her back in her den, not sure what to do with herself. "Filthy SunClan mutts....don't know what's good for them..."

Brokenglare's eyes was filled with even more fear when seeing her leader all freaked out. A slight tear showing in her eyes. "Heatherstar, don't freak out! Please...", she shouted, but it rurned more and more into a whisper. She really wished she could bring back Direstar right now. "Heather...star...", she mumbled. She hadn't expected this day to be so painful, she didn't know why, but simply by seeing her leader crazy filled her with fear and sorrow. She wasn't too strong at heart, and this was more than enough to break her emotions straight down to panic. She stood still, her body all frozen. After some moments of total freeze she ran into the only direction she would go to in this state, the calming Outlook rocks.

-Outlook Rocks-

Heatherstar flicked her ears as she heard her name being called and scrambled to her feet, her ears perked high upon her head and alert. "Who said that?" She whispered, looking around the cave with wide, scared eyes. "I-Is anybody th-there?"

Jadefeather snorted and shook her fur. I'm going to go speak with Heatherstar, she decided as she rose to her feet. Padding out of the warriors den, she noticed Brokenglare run out of camp and the female wondered what was up. I'll see if I can catch her later, Jade thought as she came to stand outside of the leader's den, oblivious of the manic state Heather was in. "Heatherstar?" she barked softly.

"Shhh, Jaybelly." Heatherstar whispered, still gazing around the dark den. "I could hear...voices." The demented female explained, lashing her tail. "Can, can you hear voices?"

Jadefeather frowned, concerned. "No Heatherstar, I can't hear voices. And my name's Jadefeather..." the female explained and took a few steps into the den. "Heatherstar? Are you okay? Do you want me to get you something to eat?" she asked in a calm tone, although inside she was beginning to become quiet nervous of the brown female.

Heatherstar turned to look at Jayfeather with a perplexed expression on her face. "Oh...sorry dear. I seem to have...uh. No, no, don't worry. I'm fine, actually, never felt better!" The female replied mistily as though her mind focused on something else. Blinking rapidly she stared at Jadefeather blankly, her gaze fixed far beyond Jayfeather as he seemed to look right through her. "My! You're tall aren't you!" She suddenly exclaimed, pushing out of the den and examining Swiftstreak closely, curcling him and sniffing him all over like an excitable dog. "You make me feel like a little squirt!"

Jadefeather flattened her ears bewildered as Heather shoved past her. We need Spotty..., she thought and shook her head. This wasn't like Heatherstar at ALL. Should I go fetch Spottedheart from SunClan?, she asked herself and sat down with a sigh. "Heather, calm down." she barked in a vain, useless attempt to help.

Heatherstar shot Jadefeather a confused look. "Calm down? Calm down! Calm down my saggy butt!" She shouted with a cheeky smile and slid onto her front, gazing up at Jadefeather innocently.

Jadefeather flashed a fake smile at her leader and shook her head once again. "OK, OK.... How about you just lie there for a bit? To calm- I mean,rest." Jadefeather was trying not to panic as she watched her leader loose herself to grief. Oh StarClan, what should I do?!, she cried and looked down at Heather with an unreadable expression as she thought.

Heatherstar eyed Jadefather up wearily and shrugged, rolling onto her side and staring into space. What was i going to do before? The insane leader wondered, blinking incredibly slowly. "Oh, I can't remember." She grunted, waiting for something exciting to happen.

Jadefeather grunted and touched her nose to Heather's ear. "Ok, I - Jadefeather - am going to go get someone who will make your life so much better." she explained and nodded. "I'll be back as soon as possible Heatherstar. Don't go off... rampaging." she said, worried about what her leader might do in the mean time whilst she was gone. Spinning around, the female streaked out of camp as fast as she could. It wouldn't take her long to reach SunClan camp, she was one of the fastest runners in the clans.

-SunClan Camp-

Swiftstreak got up and walked over to the female leader. Licking her forehead to calm her down. "Just chill hun everything will turn out for the best." The male said softly kind of sadly knowing it going to be a little hard for windclan now.

Seeing Heather stumble into camp. Then rant about voices,he gritted his teeth. Has every leader gone mad? He sighed and laid on his belly. "We are all going to die." He muttered curses under his breath. He glanced at Swiftstreak. "And we need to do something about it."
