Windover Moor

Okamipaw appeared and she said in a tired voice "Tallfeather has betrayed windclan by allowing the stormclanner to remain on our territory heatherstar. these two have almost started a war between our two clans". she then collapsed tired and heart broken. she curled up in a tight ball and shut out the world

Heatherstar looked towards Swiftstreak. "Those were my intentions and still are, I have just not had time yet to perform them." Parting her lips to continue, Geatherstar had to pause as Amberpup came ambling through the bushes. Standing up quickly to look more attentive she listened to what Anberpup had to say, her light blue eyes twinkling. It was when a new sound became apparent to her and Okamipaw came into view that the female's gaze hardened. Okamipaw is supposed to be in camp. Bounding over to the injured apprentice's side she nosed her shoulder gently and turned to Amberpup. "Amberpup, could you please escort Okamipaw back to camp and see that Spottedheart attends to her? I shall go and find Talkfeather and Skyfeather." Angling her ears in Swiftstreaks direction she flicked her tail, signalling that if he wished to follow he was welcome to, and then sprinted off acros the moor toward the gorge.

-Gorge-

The large black male got up and watched the three wolves talk about tallfeather and skyfeather. He nodded at the other two wolves, as heatherstar told them to go back to camp. The male quickly followed here to the gorge.

at her friends insistance the tired apprentice shoved herself up onto her four paws again. she slowly began making her way toward camp, not putting any weight on her shoulder. it had gotten infected from the straw at the farm. her wound had began to ooze. she shivered a little then continued walking carefully.
-camp

Jadepaw ran into the area and collided into one of the many swaths of heather found on the moor. Wriggling around inside, Jadepaw ignored all the piercing spikes and lay down on her stomach watching the grass blow in the wind. This always calmed her down but her heart was pounding with annoyance and pain. Why were the wolves closest to her fighting? It didn't make sense, not to Jadepaw anyway. What had she done to StarClan for her to deserve this? Burying her head in her paws, Jade let out a big long sigh and closed her eyes wearily. Maybe I should go back, to see if Dusk's calmed down yet..., Jade thought and nodded. Rising to her feet, the apprentice plodded back to camp, her paws dragging lazily across the floor.

-Camp-

The large black male wondered over to the windover moors, as he yawned he looked around the plains. The wolf decided he will hunt, as he walked around to pick up scents, he walked up picking up fresh deer scent as he suddenly dropped into a stalking position keeping he's black body close to the ground. Swiftstreak approached closer to a baby deer female as he bolted forward with speed as he pulled it down before it could run, he quickly grabbed its throat as he sat down quickly as it struggled, the male waited till their was no fight left inside the deer. He decided he would return to camp.

(It would take more than one wolf to take down a fully grown deer Swift, so this could be classed as power playing. Please keep this in mind for the future )

Okamiamaterasu walked up and inhaled the air, her mind swirling. She no longer counted Tallfeather as a windclan wolf although she still might act friendly toward him but what was once there was now gone. she shovled her paws through the grass enjoying the sound they made.

Raggedfur trotted onto the moor, breathing in deeply. It was by far his favorite part of the territory - so open and vast, there was room for Raggedfur to do whatever he pleased. The large male sat down and waited for his brother. Being so barren and void of life, there was little to do on the moor, but being in such a large place was far better than being in the camp that seemed tiny and cramped by comparison.

Sitting down on a lonely part of the moor she perked her ears at the sky, more stars appeared every night. feeling secure in herself she placed her ears back and her muzzle in the sky
"Come now, it's time to forget the future's looking bleak.
But still, we look to the sky and see the crimson rain.

her tail thumped the beat as she sang, completly lost in another world of difference where things were different. where she wasnt a flower of hell, and didnt feel like others peircing gazes were thorns strangling her.

Stormtussle trotted up from behind his brother, gaining speed and jumping across his flank. A pup-ish smile blossomed over his lips and his tongue hung out of his mouth. The moor was one of the best places to be, in his opinion. It was open and free and left so much room for running around. That was one of Stormtussle's favourite activities: running around. One could run around for so many reasons and it kept him fit and lanky; an average, yet non, wolf on WindClan n

Raggedfur was only waiting for a moment before his brother entered the moor after him. He snorted as the younger wolf trotted by, his long limbs carrying him gracefully over the moorland. Showoff. Raggedfur aimed a blow at Stormtussle's head as the male trotted by, trying to knock his brother off balance. He was suddenly cut short, however, as an all-too familiar voice sliced through Raggedfur's thoughts. "Oh, god," Raggedfur groaned aloud, his voice coming out as a snarl of annoyance. Not her again.

Having finished her melody she lay down in a comfortable spot waiting for amberpaw. a perk to her ears, she twisted an ear around thinking she heard a familiar snarl. however with a grunt she was up on her paws and stalking a fat rabbit. it was curious to watch how the young warrior moved around to keep herself from being seen even with her vibrant coat.

Stormtussle turned and stuck his tongue out at Raggedfur playfully, ducking his brother's aim for his head. He trotted in a circle or boredom, waiting for the black male to do something but stopped short when his brother snarled. He rolled his tongue back into his mouth and perked his ears up, his left one twitching slightly. He soon realized that his brother was growling at Okamiamaterasu. Not wanting to get in between his brother and another wolf in a right that obviously didn't involved him, Stormtussle went back to his circle.

Raggedfur decided to ignore Okami for the time being. If he spoke up, the imbecile would probably misinterpret things and take it upon herself to believe that Raggedfur had followed her from camp. In reality, the male hadn't even noticed her absence - or even remotely cared - but she didn't know that. Focusing his attention back on his brother, Raggedfur half-heartedly dropped into a crouch but his mood was ruined. Stupid females.

Stormtussle stopped his mindless circling to watch his brother as he got lost in his thoughts. He looked troubled and annoyed about something, most likely their Clan member. With a small sigh and a kind smile, the grey wolf jumped at Raggedfur, aiming to knock him in his side. Hopefully a good play fight would distract him.

Raggedfur jolted out of his reverie as Stormtussle lurched forward, slamming into Raggedfur's side. Raggedfur let out a grunt, stumbling a few steps backwards but managing to regain his balance. As slow and worthless as Raggedfur was in terms of running, his large, bulky figure was what gave Raggedfur such prowess in combat. The larger warrior dropped into a crouch, his eyes glittering with delight. If anyone knew how to cheer him up, it was Stormtussle. Raggedfur put all his weight on his back legs and lunged, aiming to topple over the smaller wolf before him.

Their noises scared away the rabbit, she stood and flicked her ears back fustratedly. her pitch black eyes glared at them and she silently walked away. she never seemed to make much noise, never speaking in more than a whisper. the only time she made actual soudn was when she thought she was alone and was singing. she began walking away, perhaps it would be easier if she killed herself.

Being the less muscular of the two and more lanky, Stormtussle stumbled backwards and fell into the grassy land. Raggedfur had always been the best at defense while Stormtussle dominated at offense, much easier for him to get in quickly and get out just as fast. The male battled tactics in his mind for a moment before he got up swiftly and jutted out a hind leg to try to trip Raggedfur forward.

Good they were leaving her alone now, she jsut remembered how much she hated company. she was at the edge of the moor but could still hear their scuffles. her claws sunk into the earth as she turned and bit her tail trying to stop the tears. her heart feeling like it was drowning in emotion while she was trying to keep afloat.

Raggedfur didn't see Stormtussle's outstretched leg until it was too late; the warrior let out a strangled cry of irritation as he tripped and went sprawling into the grass. "Brat," Raggedfur snarled, picking himself clumsily up off the ground and shaking the dusty debris off his burly frame. Raggedfur whirled around and dropped any tactic, any strategy that he'd managed to preserve; powered forward by a need for revenge, Raggedfur leaped unceremoniously at his brother, aiming to just pin him down and hold him there.

Stormtussle smirked as his brother went down, proud of himself. He could usually get scratches, bite marks, missing fur, and sometimes a pinning down on his brother but he rarely knocked him down from a distance. Raggedfur dragged him in closer for a more physical fight most of the time. The brute let out a startled curse, though, as his brother threw himself at his body. They became a tangle of black and grey limbs as Stormtussle felt his shoulders become pinned to the ground. "Alright, alight. I give, ya big brute," he gave up with a sigh as he went limp under Raggedfur, his tail thumping softly inbetween them.
