The boundary between ThunderClan and StormClan

A smile crossed Snowstorm's muzzle as his apprentice told him that she smelled a squirrel. "Very good, Lunapaw," he said, pleased with his new apprentice. He glanced up at the sky, seeing the full moon, he looked back down at Lunapaw. "It is time for the gathering." Snowstorm stood up. "I'll take you there, but I won't be able to stay with you, I've got to stay with Silverheart back at camp." The white wolf padded past Lunapaw and towards Fourtrees.

It seems that her mentor was pleased with her. The apprentice was happy that she done well. Snowstorm told Luna that it is time for the gathering. He also said that he will take her there but won't stay with her cuz he had to stay with Silverheart in the camp. The wolf nodded and padded after her mentor.

On alert mode now, Wind padded close to the border, marking as he went. He glanced back at Firespell. She was so beautiful. And yes, he was still stunned by what she said. He loped swifter to cover his still shaking legs.

Firespell ran side to side with Windstorm. He said yes. The thought cheered her up. "There's tension in the Clans", she said, after a while.

Wind nodded, he had felt it even in the gathering. He paused, by this time, he had stopped shaking. Now, he simply felt a hum that seem to run through his entire body. Padding close to Firespell, he licked her muzzle as he gazed into her eyes. "So tell me why all clans seem to hate thunderclan?" his voice was low, as he didn't want any wolf to hear if there were some around.

The firey female sat down and faced Windstorm. "It's Clan rivalry, I think. Only at the Gatherings, do the four Clans come together in peace." Her tail lashed from side to side. "Although Silentwhisper's plotting seems to object to that." A mischievious glint came into Firespell's eyes. "Wind, do you think Shadestar would suspect an ambush?"

A slow smile came acrooss Wind's face. He nuzzled her then shook his head slowly. "No, but we would have to be swift and accurate. Everywolf would have to know who they are attacking and stay with that wolf. That way, we strake all of them at once. But of course we don't hurt the pups."

Firespell inclined her head thoughtfully and nodded. "Yes, if any pups or apprentices come along, we don't hurt them. It's the warriors that are the real danger." She played with a stick in a claws, not looking. "It's just that, do you think Silentwhisper knew you were listening? What's your opinion, Wind?" The firey wolf was whispering.

Wind chuckled softly, "I think he knows. But I'm afraid he thank, in fact all the others think I'm just a mutt. Urgo, no need to be afraid of." he stroked her fur gently, "Don't worry, we can talk to phenix and see what he thinks of my plan."

Firespell said, "Excellent. So far, we've scent-marked the borders, we could go to Sunningrocks and look it over before returning to Phoenixstar. Silentwhisper doesn't know you, Wind. He can't see what you are: brave and loyal. I hope we can do this." She stood up and smiled again, her firey ears pricked up.

Wind nodded silently, "Sounds good. Let's go to sunning rocks then." he said as he paddded through the trees. He thought he knew the way too. He thought of what Firespell said, he hoped he could make her happy.

The firey wolf nodded and ran through the trees. It'll take a lot of planning to stop the attack. The sooner, we get back to Phoenixstar, the better. Firespell smiled as she thought of what Wind had said.

Wind loped on wards, his grey and brown fur hiding in the shadows of the forest. The only vissible part was his white muzzle and amber eyes. His strong live body sped past trees on his way to sunning rocks.


Sunning rocks

Emberpup dashed along, hurtling through the undergrowth. A sudden blast of unfamilier scent washed over her, causing the russet pup to skid to a stop. She glanced around, the surrounding area coated of StormClan scent. She glanced around franticly, trying to find her own side of the border. A whif of ThunderClan scent sliced through the veil of strange stench, and she managed to haul herself onto her own territory again. The blood oozing from her neck and chest had splattered on the ground on the opposite side of the border, and she knew what someone would find it. But, to weak to take another step, she curled up out in the open, falling into an instant slumber.

Firespell made her way slowly out of the forest and scanned the border with narrowed eyes. The firey female soon found the russet pup curled up a little way from the borderline. She very quietly padded up and nudged Emberpup. "Emberpup, wake up. We've driven the coyotes out of the camp."

Following Firespell's and Emberpup's scent trail,she quickly found them,and then felt the sudden sting of her wounds. She then glanced at the two wolves. "I think we should go. Who knows what Stormclan will do now? Their certainly bigger." She then flicked her tail.

"Exactly, come on," she said to the russet pup. Firespell nodded to Hawkpool. "Actually I have an idea. An idea about what to do with the coyotes."

Hearing Firespell,she narrowed her eyes. "What kind of any idea?" Her gaze shifted from the deputy and pup. She felt the cold breeze blowing in the wind.

Firespell decided mentally to get Emberpup back first. "I'll tell you when we get back to camp." She wondered if her idea would work. The firey wolf looked warily at the other side of the border.

Emberpup opened her vibrant orange eyes. She looked up weakly at Firespell. Her neck was still bleeding from the long gash along it from where the coy had shredded her neck with its fangs. It was still bleeding, and the russet pup was lying in a pool of her own blood. It had run across the border, and StormClan would surely discover it soon. She felt so weak, from her frantic run all the way from camp to the border and from loosing a lot of her blood. "I'm tired..." she whispered, her breaths coming in gasps.

The firey female stooped over the pup and licked her as gently as she could. "Come on, Emberpup. Let's get you back to Featherpaw at the camp." Firespell knew thlat the pup would be all right but was still weak. She nudged her softly.

Seeing the pool of blood,she sighed. "I may not be a medicine wolf,but i know what to get." She quickly drifted off into the forest. She searched franticly for the herbs. Soon she found some wilted marigold and some frosted cobwebs. She grabbed them,and ran back to the two wolves. She then laid down.and began to chew up the marigold. Then she applied it to her cut,and draped it with the cobweb. She stood up and licked a wound on her legs. She then snorted,and glanced around. "Lets carry her back." She took the scruff of the pup,and flung her on her back. She then trotted slowly back to camp.

"Yes, it's time to go", said the firey fae. She cast one last look at the border before following Hawkpool. At least, the coyotes are gone for now. But first, healing."

Emberpup's feeble whines seaced as Hawkpool applied some chewed-up gunk to her injuries. The pain stopped, and she felt most of her bleeding had stopped. She yelped with pain as she was hoisted onto Hawkpool's back. She lied, draped across the fae's back, as the russetpup was carried to camp.

Owlscreech appeared and waded into the water confidently, he began picking various water herbs. his tail swished as he held it out of the water. he hated getting hsi tail wet it took ages for it to dry. he grunted as he shoved his head under the water and opened his eyes. he looked around the ghostly underwater land for herbs.
