StormClan Camp

The StormClan camp is surrounded by prickly bushes and is well protected against outsiders. It is in the middle of a forest, a cross between ShadowClan and RiverClan camps. The nature of this causes the camp to become misty on particularly humid days. The leader's den are two big rocks that balance each other, creating a tunnel which is relatively large in nature. Plant matter hangs over the entrance and shields the inside from view. The elder's den is a large thorn bush, hollowed in the inside for comfort. It is well protected. The warriors den is an abandoned fox den which lost the scent of its previous owners long ago. The den has been expanded further by its new warrior inhabitants and is large enough for all of the warriors of the Clan. Beside this den is the apprentices den, which is a tree trunk which had fallen over long ago in a storm and over time was hollowed out by the elements. The nursery is similar to the Elder's den, as it is well protected by thorns and has a secure wall.

Owlscreech shook himself and gave darkpup a good hard stare warning him to be quiet. he then regarded skyfeather for a few moments before saying "Slypaw, go fetch some moss and wet it then bring it here, Skyfeather needs a drink". he fluffed up his fur then stood turning he noted his sister glancing around for someone and rolled his eyes irritably. he lashed his tail and stomped over toward shadestar he sat down and said in an iron voice "all of Skyfeathers pups are small, very small and not a single one came out nose first the way starclan intended pups to do. I have a feeling that these are illegitimate pups. the question is what are you going to do about it". his amber eyes watched shadestar, he personally would go back to shadowclan when the two clans split up again.

Glancing over to the litter of pups belonging to Sparrowheart. Two were awake, Eaglepup and Twistedpup. It was lovely watching as they asked questions and learned so many new things. The pups seemed so full of curiosity and energy at first. Although her pups haven't truly awaken or had a real conversation. She could tell they would bond and she would be there to guide them every step of the way. That is with the help of her own mate, Snowstorm. The pups would surely love to hear that their own father is deputy of the great Stormclan. Oh, she couldn't wait to be able to explain everything to her pups.

Nodding to Darkpup. He walked over. "Come with me." He flicked his tail,and gave a quick nod to Slypaw.

Snowstorm heard voices inside the leaders' den, but he didn't try to listen. He decided to go to the nursery and check on his mate and pups. He turned towards his destination and padded over to it, peeking inside before going in quietly. The wolf sat down and noticed that Sparrowhearts litter of pups was already waking up. He wondered why his and Silverheart's pups hadn't woken up yet. But he pushed that thought away. They would be awake soon. Snowstorm turned to his mate and pups, looking down at what looked like six squirming fuzzballs. "They're strong and healthy," he said, nudging Silverheart gently. "They will strengthen the clan very much."

Darkpup turned a surprised look on Slypaw as the apprentice came over and started asking him all those questions. But the surprised on his face turned to a glare. And the only answer Darkpup gave him was a low growl, a snarl, and teeth bared at him. When Bluestorm left camp, the dark pup followed after him without a single word.

Honeysplash trotted into camp and shook herself, she walked over to the leaders den where heatherstar, Graystar and shadestar were. she gulped and said in a calm polite voice "Shadestar an Graystar sorry to interrupt but apachewind and i bring urgent news from thunderclans borders.

Nightowl padded into camp, his tail went straight down to give no signs of aggresssion. he walked over to honeysplash and said in a respectful tone. "i have news from thunderclan that all of the clans must know. if you could hear me out it could helpyour clans also"

Nightowl opened his eyes and said in a polite respectful tone "you might know that Thunderclan took in a Dog that seemed worthy of learning the noble code. well, this very day a warrior born and raised in thunderclan slaughtered her in cold blood. the dog was that wolfs apprentice. This wolf has been cast out but has a deadly grudge agaisnt Thunderclan. I believe that all the clans should know so they could know not to let a murderer into their mist. the wolfs name was Mosseybreeze"

Nightowl dipped his head and replied "thank you for listening, would you mind if i departed now to go to sunclan and warn them of Mosseybreeze?". he asked politely in other clans territories he followed the rules to the letter. he had his tail down a signal of his submission here and he looked into their eyes not as a challenge but as a way to confirm his words. for his eyes burned with the horrible truth.

Slypaw saw honeysplash and another wolf enter. He went up to Honeysplash with concern."What is going on?" He looked at graystar. "Who is mosseybreeze?" Slypaw was ready to get wolves to stop intruding on thier camp. He sat next to honeysplash and awaited the news.

Shadowpaw followed right behind Nightowl. Wow Stormclan is so different then Thunderclan, she thought as they came to what she thought as the entrance to the camp. She also followed suit when Nightowl lowered his tail. As Nightowl was retelling the story about Mosseybreeze killing Adderpaw, she wished she had gotten a chance to know the kind she dog. Shadowpaw remained quiet, not only because she felt uneasy being in an unfamiliar place but also there just wasn't any words for what happened.

Having finished his speaking Nightowl stood adn flicked his ears at his apprentice, now was the time to go and let the Sunclan leader know what had happened. he knew that mossseybreeze had tried to join with sunclan earlier, thus destroying the sunclan alliance. it was time to drop a bombshell on Sunclans head. he was glad that he had been able to let heatherstar know here.

Shadowpaw saw Nightowl flick his ear to her. She knew that it was time to go. As she followed Nightowl out of Stormclan she bowed her head respectively to the Clan leaders. She had to race a little to keep up with Nightowl as he headed for Sunclan.

-Sunclan camp

Shadestar replied, "StarClan has been silent. Owlbreeze visited the Moonstone and there was no reply." His fur bristled slightly at the mention of their ancestors. Apparently they had been silent to the other Clans as well. At the thought of those who murdered Lightdawn in cold blood he felt a rage build deep inside him from the past couple days of grief and stress.

When the scent of ThunderClan filled his nose he instantly became on edge. That other ThunderClan warrior had been here not too long ago, and because of her and that Medicine Wolf his respect and tolerance of said wolves was much lessened. Shadestar did not want to deal with these wolves now when there was so much going on. But Graystar took the lead and the co-leader remained silent. That annoying Mosseybreeze was now a murderer, exiled from their Clan? Shadestar sniffed in derision at the thought of her.

Snowstorm caught the scent of ThunderClan, and a low grumble sounded within his throat. Hadn't they been visited by enough wolves from other clans already? He nudged Silverheart apologetically and turned, padding out of the nursery once again. He followed the scent to the leaders' den and caught what the wolf said. So, that annoying wolf that had needed convincing to leave StormClan camp earlier had now murdered a dog? And not only that, but her own apprentice? That wolf was a disgusting flea bag. Snowstorm saw the two wolves leave camp, and he pushed his way into the leaders' den. When inside, he dipped his head to the leaders, then spoke. "I overheard what that wolf had to say." The deputy spotted Honeysplash in the den as well and gave her a nod before looking back at the leaders. "So that wolf is a murderer now..." He waited for a reply from the leaders, a thoughtful look on his face. The question was, why would Mosseybreeze murder that dog?

She let her lips curve as she listened to her mate's words. "Yes, I'm sure they will," she purred. Her voice gentle like silk as she spoke as not to wake the pups. Looking down at them for what seemed like the hundredth time. They each were unique, but they all held some characteristics of their patents. Silverheart couldn't wait to see their beautiful eyes. Then they would learn many skills and things in life. Nuzzling them they whined and fumbled around curling into balls once they were comfortable.

Snowstorm shook his head at Graystar's reply. "I can't think of any reason unless she held a grudge against the dog for some reason." He thought for a moment, then said, "Or a grudge against all house dogs period." He looked at Shadestar. The co-leader had been quiet so far. Perhaps he was pondering about everything that had been happening lately.

Upon entering the camp Apache had slipped away to a quiet spot among the shadows to sit and watch the proceedings of everyday camp life, he had no need to bug the leaders as Nightowl delivered his message before returning to their camp. For once the normally talkative male remained silent, his eyes shifting as they settled upon one figure for a few moments before moving to another. If felt strange to be back in the Stormclan camp after being away for so long, would anyone even remember him, would they care that he had returned, or would they look upon him in disgust for abandoning his clan so often. It was not that he didn't love his clan, he would forever hold them deer to his heart, but he had yet to find a kindred spirit throughout his entire existence within its ranks. Until now, now he had Honeysplash a wolf he was quickly considering as a deer friend. Quietly he remained, invisible to many as he contemplated whether or not to throw himself entirely into the daily hubbub of the clan once more.

Slypaw nodded his head at Graystar's answer. He remembered when that happened and didn't like that wolf but he couldn't imagen any wolf doing that. slypaw had heard what he needed and went to the camp enterance. Many wolves had come in and out of camp and he went to watch it. It was time wolves stop coming in camp unless they had a really good reason. Plus they had enough reason to protect the camp with a muderer on the loose and with the crazed wolf at the four trees meeting.

Honeysplash perked her ears and listened, as she glanced up Apachewind caught her eye and a welcoming smile lit up the brown faes face. she wasnt officially barren but Owlscreech had thought that she might be as with a previous mate she hadnt been able to have pups. Unfortunatly that mate left her because of that. Honeysplash had kept it under wraps ever since. she regarded APachewind and stood slowly walking over to him her black nose twinkling. her brown fur kept her warm as she sat down beside him.

Catching Honeysplash's eye Apache smiled broadly, his ears perking up tail thumbing against the hard earth in greeting when she approached. She may not see it but she was a truly beautiful creature, the male admired the blends of browns that colored her silken coat. She was an enchanting creature and the male felt attracted to her in a way he had never before felt toward a women, she made him fill light headed and giddy yet calm and at peace at the same time. When she sat beside him Apache smile grew bigger. "I never knew my eyes could thirst so fervently for the beauty of another." he whispered.

She replied "i never knew somewolfs gaze could make me feel unsteady on my feet". she gently leant against him a little. his warmth comforting and warm, she liked apachewinds flirtatious personality as well as his philosophical ideas. she still felt proud that he had liked the diamonds in the black rock geode they had found. she smiled at apache her smile furling up her face. she loved his many different coloured strands of fur. for her who was mainly brown his grays and whites were enchanting to her. Maybe this time around things will be different she thought to herself as she looked up at him. Maybe this time things wont sour and fall to dust

He leaned into her enjoying the closeness, he could feel her warmth mingling wit his own as their pelts entwined meshing together as if they had always belonged that way. "You're beautiful you know that." he muttered softly, every word coming from his heart. he not only admire her outer appearance but the truly important personality that resided within, she was the only to have ever shared his love for deep thinking, philosophy wasn't all that popular among the Warriors and he admired Honeysplash's ability to view things such an articulate and imaginative manner. He wondered why he had ever considered leaving the clan, if he had he would have never found Honey he would have never known what he'd be missing. Taking a deep breath, enjoying the fresh crisp scent of Honey, like a spring rain upon blooming spring flowers he wished that time would simply stand still and allow him to remain like this forever.
