StormClan Camp

The StormClan camp is surrounded by prickly bushes and is well protected against outsiders. It is in the middle of a forest, a cross between ShadowClan and RiverClan camps. The nature of this causes the camp to become misty on particularly humid days. The leader's den are two big rocks that balance each other, creating a tunnel which is relatively large in nature. Plant matter hangs over the entrance and shields the inside from view. The elder's den is a large thorn bush, hollowed in the inside for comfort. It is well protected. The warriors den is an abandoned fox den which lost the scent of its previous owners long ago. The den has been expanded further by its new warrior inhabitants and is large enough for all of the warriors of the Clan. Beside this den is the apprentices den, which is a tree trunk which had fallen over long ago in a storm and over time was hollowed out by the elements. The nursery is similar to the Elder's den, as it is well protected by thorns and has a secure wall.

Owlscreech shook himself and gave darkpup a good hard stare warning him to be quiet. he then regarded skyfeather for a few moments before saying "Slypaw, go fetch some moss and wet it then bring it here, Skyfeather needs a drink". he fluffed up his fur then stood turning he noted his sister glancing around for someone and rolled his eyes irritably. he lashed his tail and stomped over toward shadestar he sat down and said in an iron voice "all of Skyfeathers pups are small, very small and not a single one came out nose first the way starclan intended pups to do. I have a feeling that these are illegitimate pups. the question is what are you going to do about it". his amber eyes watched shadestar, he personally would go back to shadowclan when the two clans split up again.

Honeysplash flicked her ears and padded over to tallfeather, her own eyes hardening. she lifted her lips showing her fangs a little. she didnt trust this over confident fur sack! he had obviously bewitched skyfeather, there was no way that he would be allowed to see her. Owlscreech was protecting the nursery. she snapped at tall feather "dont even think about snooping around Tallfeather!". her eyes glared at him.

Glancing at Slypaw. Bluestorm's shook his head. Well,first of all,Sunclan and Windclan here. Bringing news about something. I don't know that yet." He flicked his tail. He then saw a two tails disappear behind the entrance. He sighed. "Looks like Shadowstorm left." He blinked and shrugged.

Owlscreech retorted to Creekfire "dont get her hopes up! raise her to want to be a medicine wolf!". he bared his teeth and snapped "goodness knows that Riverclan will need one once Shadowclan leaves". he lashed his gray tail and glared at them. his eyes glittering. he glanced over at Lunalight and gave a rather loud expaserated growl "what is WITH people having pups all the time". he groused before he turned and stomped into the medicine den.

Looking over to Snowstorm she jumped a bit. "Hello Snowstorm," she replied adjusting to his presence. Looking over his shoulder she now noticed the two new litters of pups. She had surely been asleep for quite sometime. The last thing she probably caught was that her own mate, Snowstorm, was now deputy. Smiling she looked down at the pups "I'm doing fine, I sure got enough rest," she chuckled while reaching up to lick his ear. Her silver fur shimmering and her multicolored eyes flickering around the nursery. What a sight it was in here with all of these pups. She was the first mother of the clan and getting to watch others follow in behind was a unique experience. Nuzzling her pups closer to her they whined and stumbled towards her stomach. They were growing and soon she would be out of here before they knew it.

Heatherstar simply blinked in response to the rival Clan leader, feeling no sense of comfort from being in the presence of so many wolves that would undoubtedly tear her to pieces if the order was issued. Her gaze rolled briefly over the dark, large frame of the StormClan leader as she gathered her thoughts, the memory of the vicious battle that had not long ago taken place still vivid in her mind and a symbol of it's brutality reflected in her scars and wounds. "A foreign pack of wolves performed an unprovoked attack upon WindClan within the earlier hours of the day. It soon became apparent to us that their soul short-term intentions were to kill, and kill they did without hesitation." Deep grief drowned all other emotions from the fae's bright blue orbs as the images flashed through her mind, forcing her to relive the serial nightmare for yet another time. "We believe that these wolves were members of the very same pack that murdered Lightdawn, however this time they came with a message," The WindClan leader was quick to move off from the subject of Lightdawn's death, not wanting to remind the Shadestar of her in this kind of way; or wanting to show any disrespect and rekindle any unwanted emotions and memories. "The leader of the pack claimed that they were messengers of 'Cernbog' and have brought tales from other lands. She then continued to say: 'You are all very important in a great plan, a future that none of you can either imagine or anticipate. A judgement day where each if you shall become one and bow down before your creator. You have all been foolish and have not yet accepted your fate. Pledge yourselves to the cause and may you be freed from wrath. If not... You will end you like all of the others. Make your choice wisely." The small brown and white leader resisted the wolf's words as if the dark female were standing before her and saying them to herself for her to copy. A chilling shiver crawled along Heatherstar's back as she once again remembered the bloodied fangs that bore into their opponents and snapped their necks, and the helpless cries the victims had issued as their life slowly slipped away. It was a memory that would stay with her forever. Looking back up at Shadestar she watched him closely, trying to interpret any unspoken thoughts he might be having through his reactions.

Snowstorm chuckled as Silverheart spoke. But before he could reply, he caught the scent of WindClan and SunClan. More of them? he thought angrily, looking out the entrance of the nursery. He turned his attention back to Silverheart. "Sorry, Silver," he said, giving her another gentle lick. "But I've got to go see what's happening." Then the newly named deputy turned away from his mate and quickly padded out of the nursery. He went over to the camp entrance and lifted his muzzle into the air, taking in the scents. He caught the scent of blood and death, and let out a quiet growl that only he could hear. What has happened?

Then he smelled the scent of Shadowstorm. He must have left before Owlscreech had given him clearance. Was the SunClan deputy really that idiotic? But what Snowstorm didn't know, was the reason why the SunClan male had left for his home. The large white wolf bounded over to the leader's den, hoping to find Shadestar and tell the leader about Shadowstorm. But when he arrived there, he smelled WindClan scent, along with the scent of Shadestar. And he also heard voices. Heatherstar must have come to speak with Shadestar. Snowstorm turned away and went a little ways away from the leader's den to wait for the two leaders to come out. Keeping an eye on the entrance to camp the whole time to see if anymore wolves from other clans would come.

Lunalight noticed the Sunclan wolves leaving the camp. She did not move even an inch to stop them. She prefered to stay put and guard the nursery. The young warrior glanced at Owlscreech when he growled about the faes having pups. Lunalight did not see anything wrong in that. Being a mother is wonderful thing. The she-wolf's ears twitched as she spoke calmly "I don't see anything wrong in that Owlscreech. Infact this is helping the clan to grow up." The young wolf desided not to speak anymore, especially when she knew that one day she may become a mother and this medicine wolf will have to help her give birth. But these things only crossed Luna's mind. They were still only probabilities.

Darkpup stared up at Bluestorm as the warrior replied to him. He was about to tell the larger wolf his name, but he caught some scents that he knew wasn't StormClan. And apparently Bluestorm had too, because he left to investigate. The usual feeling of hatred and anger returned to the dark pups soul as the only wolf who had ever been kind to him left and he spotted wolves from other clans. What are those useless scraps of fur doing in StormClan camp? He thought, watching the wolves, his blood-red eyes glaring at them through the shadows.

Slypaw nodded to Bluestorm. "Shadestar is going to be mad." Slypaw left the camp entrence and headed over to Snowstorm." What is going on?" Slypaw was tired of wolves thinking Stormclan was a place to enter freely. He sat down but his fur was still bristling and he was still on edge.

Snowstorm looked down at Slypaw as the apprentice came over and asked him what was happening. He shook his head. "I don't know," he said, looking around the StormClan camp, then back at Slypaw. "All I know is that Heatherstar came to talk to Shadestar, and an apprentice came and took Shadowstorm back to SunClan camp." The large white deputy let out a sigh. "I can also smell the scents of blood and death along with Heatherstar and the apprentice that came with her." Snowstorm turned his head and stared at what seemed to be nothing. "I'm afraid something terrible is happening."

Owlscreech reappeared from the medicine den and his eyes drifted over to darkpup. his ears twitched and he walked over to the pup he said calmly "come with me darkpup, i suppose you may want to see what is going on". his own golden like eyes stared down at the small pup. oddly enough Owlscreech showed no fear, he didnt hold with bad omens. he winked down at the pup and said "unless you would rather stay in the nursery with the other pups". he turned and padded over to shadestars side. his tail lashing, he needed a good fight and by starclan these evil sounding wolves sounded like fair game.

Darkpup looked up into Owlscreech's golden eyes as the medicine wolf spoke to him. All the pup did was nod and follow Owlscreech out of the nursery. He looked around. At least it seemed as though the only wolf from a different clan that remained was Heatherstar. But Darkpup still did not like her there. The large pup let out a growl as the scent of blood and death wafted into his nose. Something had happened, something bad.

She nodded and simply stretched her forepaws. Her bones released the stiff energy and she yawned. Her fur rubbed along the soft moss layered beneath her. The pups squirmed and yawned as well. Her ears strained to catch a few words from outside of the nursery. The entrance was blocked and she could pick up the scent of Sunclan and Windclan. Sighing she patted her tail on the ground and swirled some moss around. Sitting in the nursery was peaceful, but the rush and excitement outside of it was much better.

Slypaw looked at Snowstorm and nodded. The clan didn't need anything bad to happen now that they had a bunch of new pups to take care of. Slypaw saw Owlscreech come over and he looked ready to fight. Owlscreech knows somthing. Slypaw went over to the medicine wolf and noticed the pup. He nodded to the pup before asking Owlscreech "What do you know about what is going on?" Slypaw's fur was still standing on end as his anger was clearly showing. He wanted to know why the smell of death came with the other clan leader and why she brought it to Stormclan camp.

Creekfire was still bristling as Owlscreech stormed out of the nursery. Twistedpup would choose her own path, although there was wisdom in the grumpy Medicine Wolf's words. RiverClan would need a Medicine Wolf one day. Turning away from the entrance, he curled back up next to Sparrowheart, continuing the naming process.

Nodding to Snowstorm,he noticed the pup with red eyes pass by. He too followed. Looking down at the pup,he blinked. "Sorry for running off before. And,could i get your name? As you know mine's Buestorm. Since I told you earlier."

Snowstorm watched as Slypaw went over to Owlscreech. He then caught a scent at the entrance and his muscles tensed until he realized it was just Graystar. He nodded to Graystar, as well as Bluestorm, and continued waiting for the leaders come out of the den. The white warrior looked at the nursery where his mate and were. It relieved him to know that Lunalight was guarding the nursery so that no one unwanted could get inside.

Darkpup looked up as Bluestorm came over to him and apologized for leaving earlier. He nodded and said, "My name is Darkpup." He blinked his red eyes. Bluestorm was the only wolf that he had ever known that he could relate to. When the warrior was around was the only time the pup ever felt even the slightest bit of happiness.

He nodded. "Well,nice to meet you Darkpup." He blinked his eyes. He then glanced outside. He noticed Lunalight guarded the entrance. He gave her a brisk nod,then returned his gaze to the pup. "Well,I'm going to go hunting now. Just to pass the time. Would you like to come?"

Owlscreech regarded these wolves with a cold eyes before he stretched and decided to visit the thunderclan border. he needed exersice and he wanted to pick up a few plants from the riverclan thunderclan border. so off he went, wondering if his errant apprentice Brackenpaw had gone back to sunclan yet. he snorted if he had it would be his loss. he had enjoyed mentoring the young apprentice.

Hearing a snort,Bluestorm flicked his ears. He slowly turned and noticed Owlscreech. He blinked and turned back to the pup. He flicked his tail and tried to stand up. He couldn't fit,so he stepped out and shook his pelt.

Fangclaw had somehow ended up dazed off, but when he came too, the male yawned. Realizing he needed sleep, the male made his way over- but not before stretching, over to the warrior's den. He needed a while to nap, because he had been up for a long time. Once in the den, Fangclaw placed himself onto his nest, and fell into a somewhat deep and relaxing slumber, for the the first time in a long while. Somehow he was also twitching around from a fairly pleasant dream.

Lunalight could see the growing tension in the clan. It seemed that the leaders were discussing something important. The young wolf was calmly sitting front of the nursery entrance and at time to time she stuck her head in the nursery checking if everything is alright.
Suddenly she got up and walked around the camp. She collected some moss and returned in the nursery. She walked in slowly and sectioned the moss on three. She nudged one of the prts to Sparrowheart, the second to Silverheart and the third to Skyfeather. With a smile on the muzzle the she-wolf spoke calmly and with respect to the mothers. "If you need something just call me. I'll be outside at the entrance of the nursery." With slow moves she went out and took her position again, guarding carefully.
