"Oh that's Okay nothing to be ashamed about Lunapaw." Swiftpaw said in a caring voice. "So that's it just hurt your eyes or affect your vision." Swiftpaw asked quietly.

"both" she murmured quietly, a little touched by the caring in his voice. she sat up and opened her bright green eyes that fixed on him mesmerisingly. "but at night my vision is fine, i would say its bettter than most wolves vision at night" her eyes shone with happiness as she spoke of the night. her tail even gave a small wag. her paws shifted a little as if they ached to be running through the forest at night. she lowered her head and murmured "only you and rainstar know about it, please dont tell any one else, they might make fun of me!"

"Oh that's a cool ability super night vision huh." Swiftpaw said trying to make her see the good side of her eye problem. Swiftpaw looked at her and tilted he's head "Don't worry I won't tell no one and if anyone tries to make fun of you ill rip the fur off them and wear them like a coat like the two legs." Swiftpaw said with a smile.

she smiled a little feeling better she lifted her head and gave a challenging bark "i bet i can find more prey than you" she listened and frowned, there was not a sound of prey to be heard, her tail twitched not liking the siilence of the forest.

"Is that so? Maybe but can you catch it is the question." Swiftpaw looked at her he knew with he's developing speed even the adult wolves won't catch him in a few moons. Swiftpaw let out a smerk then noticed that he could not hear or smell any prey. "Has someone driven off the prey animals or has someone been hunting in our territory?" Swiftpaw said thinking which of the two sounded more appropriate.

Lunapaw frowned then her eyes glittered with excitement "we should go and see if we can find out which one it is!" her tail wagged with excitement. a challenging look entered her eyes again "come on Swiftstar where abouts should we look for the mystery prey killer? your loyal deputy awaits your command!" she laughed slightly.

Swiftpaw chuckled, " 'Swiftstar' It suits me well huh." Swiftpaw smiled and then walked off not far from blackhawk to some bushes in the distance. "Let's start here and work are way up the hill." Swiftpaw said with a gleam in he's eye.

Lunapaw nodded following him, her tail flicking. Her eyes gleamed as she said "what do you think would suit me 'swiftstar'?" her green eyes watched him intently, black paws sure on the uneven ground.

Blackhawk watched them a bit before standing up and looking around. There was only silence and some other scent but he chose to ignore it. He growled to himself a low deep growl. He paced around wondering what to do.

"Hmm.. Urh how about Lunaknight." Swiftpaw said quite embarrassed, the thought was more appealing then the actual words Swiftpaw thought to himself. "Yes Lunaknight warrior of the night sky." Swiftpaw tried to play he's cheesy name out. He chuckled as they was searching."How has training been going anyway Lunaknight."

She shrugged "so so Swiftstar, its hard when Rainstar makes me work during the day, my eyes get so sore ii can barely open them!" she flicked her tail as she scented around. there was a scent that she hadnt smelled before yet echoed around in her natural instincts.

"Oh why don't you tell Rainstar to train in the evenings so as the sun is going down." Swiftpaw questioned. He smelled something but had no idea what it was, he looked back to see Blackhawk pacing around in the distance.

"i have, she says that its good exersice for my eyes" the apprentice shrugged then frowned finding a bloodied carcass of a bird. she growled and nosed at it "swiftstar look at this!" she said her eyes narrowed at it, she jumped in the air as she noticed a maggot and ducked behind swiftpaw "gross gross gross!"

Blackhawk's ears perked, his nose wasn't strong but his ears were. He walked over to the pups an looked at the bird. He growled it was happening again. "We have to find Rainstar and Phoenixfire, they will remember what is happening." He sat down annoyed how was it happening again.

Lunapaw pouted her eyes glittering "i want to follow the trail its really strong!" she turned and looked off to the north, her tail up in the air a determined look in her eyes "blackhawk you get them we will track it!" her lips pulled back into a grisly smile.

Blackhawk didn't like leaving them alone. "No we will go together I will not leave you guys alone." He followed the young wolf around. Grumbling he looked at the ground.

Swiftpaw wondered what had left such disgusting leftovers. It must have been there for quite a while, as him lunapaw and blackhawk all work together trying to find the source he wondered if they would incounter other wolves.

As the female followed the scent she found it got stronger, it went around the back of snake rocks and into a cave then seemed to vanish. she sat down completly perplexed she turned and glanced at swiftpaw "what do you think it could be?" she glanced down and sniffed around more.

Swiftpaw followed lunapaw to where the scent suddenly vanished. "I have no idea I've never come across this scent before." Swiftpaw looked back at Lunapaw, he woundered if blackhawk knew anything either. How could a scent just suddenly disapper he thought to himself.

Lunapaw sniffed the ground again and again and finally sat down sneezing "it smells like wolf but not!" she sneezed again and lay down batting at her nose which was running from having inhaled so much dust. her green eyes closed again as the sunlight once again affected her delicate eyes.

Blackhawk stopped looking at the cave. He had been wrong about his idea, he stepped inside. His nose wrinkled in disgust. The scent was strong, but the sound from inside stronger. Eyes widening, he grabbed Lunapaws scruff and pushed Swiftpaw into a bnush before jumping behind it with them. The moment they had all disappeared a large dog came out. It was large, well built and had obviously been eating. With a chuckle it threw out another half eaten carcass.

Lunapaws ears flattened and she gave a low growl, her fur puffed up she whispered "we need phoenixfire he could take these stupid mutts!" her green eyes glittered she obviously wanted to throw herself at this dog so much.

Blackhawk grabbed Lunapaw by the scruff and shook his head. "No we have to get out of here." He stood, "We should go to sunning rocks away from here." Forgetting about Lunapaw in his mouth he looked at Swiftpaw and motioned for him to follow.

"A dog!" Swiftpaw chuckled, "We can easly kill that little petish thing." Swiftpaw said to them both, the smell of the dog was disgusting and Swiftpaw didn't want to stay around it too long. Swiftpaw sighed as he heard blackhawk. "Wolves are much more bigger and can easily kill dogs. Why don't we show them who owns this turf."

Lunapaw muttered insults to the dogs her green eyes glittering with fury at these intruders on thunderclan territory. she wanted to turn them to shreds! she glanced at swiftpaw her eyes worried.
