Old RiverClan Camp

A camp is a site where a Clan makes its permanent home. It is where the wolves sleep, meet, bring fresh-kill,get treated for injuries or illness, receive orders, and make reports to the Clan leader or deputy. Some wolves, such as queens, kits and elders stay in the camp, while the warriors, deputy and leader patrol the territory and hunt. Each Clan has one camp.

Despite the fact that RiverClan and ShadowClan had combined, both camps are still used frequently by each Clan.

Clover tilted her head at the name graystar and shadestar. star must be something important she thought to herself. She nodded and said "yeah im cool with that, lets go". Clover was a tough little dog, her frame was wiry and muscular, her dark brown eyes full with a burning intensity. she felt like she could trust this graystar. she gave a ghost of a smile.

Clover dipped her head and then followed the grey furred graystar. she was light enough to be able to walk on the snow and not sink through it. her tiny paws made little noise on the white snow that blanketed the earth. she kept her head high as she trotted after graystar.

Fangclaw was about to answer his apprentice's question, that is, until Graystar padded in. Giving a slight nod of his head towards his leader, the warrior got distracted as Graystar had found a stray dog in one of the dens. The idea of the old Riverclan camp being used as a refuge for dogs disgusted the warrior, especially house-dogs. But not letting his feelings of the subject show on his face, Fangclaw waited until both of them left, and nodded to the leader once again before she left.

Now turning his attention back to Sparrowpaw, the warrior sighed. "Sorry, I got distracted." He mentioned with a sloppy grin. "Anyhow, I was born and raised in this very camp." Fangclaw mentioned proudly, taking pride in his birth clan. The memories of being a pup and getting named as an apprentice ran through his head, along with all the times spent. Especially when Graystar- known as Grayheart then, had chased him when he had escaped as a pup. 'All those good times...' he thought happily.

Sparrowpaw looked at the house dog, a slight growl to her, but Graystar mattered the issue. When Graystar had first came into the camp, she gave a nod of respect, as her mentor had. After the two of them left, she listened to her mentor. "What was it like growing up here?" She asked, she grew up in StormClan, not ShadowClan nor RiverClan.

Fangclaw thought for a moment, and just shrugged. "Its a lot like Stormclan, but it was a smaller clan than that, and everyone was close knit." He told his apprentice with a nod, and looked around once again. "Don't worry. If I chose, I would have picked to grow up in Stormclan." He had thought about that once or twice before, but didn't exactly admit that until now. Growing up with all the Shadowclan wolves, including with Stoatblaze and Ripplestone. Shaking that thought away, the warrior sighed.

Sparrowpaw nodded, she understood what he had met. "If I had to pick a clan to go to, if it seperated, StormClan, I would pick RiverClan." She said, knowing it was Fangclaw's old home and that Creekpaw picked RiverClan, Creekpaw was born into RiverClan. She smiled at the thoughts.

Sparrowpaw seemed to have good choice, as picking Riverclan over that marshy territory. Wasn't his forté. "And why is that?" He asked, thinking that maybe it was time to get moving onto another place, like the borders. Looking around the camp one last time, the warrior sighed. Maybe it was best to leave this place for good.

Sparrowpaw looked at him, why was she picking Riverclan. "It seems like I'm closer to the former RiverClan wolves compared to the former ShadowClan wolves." She told him, it was completely true. She kind of hoped they would split and separate.

Fangclaw nodded, and admired this apprentice's reason. Seemed smart enough. "Well that's nice," he said, and then headed towards the exit. "Come on, I think its time to show you some borders." Fangclaw said, and before going onto a full out sprint, he turned his head back. "Follow my scent, cause we're going to the Windclan border." With a nod, the warrior ran out of the camp, hoping Sparrowpaw would be able to follow.

Sparrowpaw nodded and followed her mentor. Her eyes were full of excitement.She stayed calm and focused. She was feeling a bit tired.

The dark apprentice made her way to the old riverclan camp, she sat down and closed her eyes, letting her cold hatred fill her. Her feelings of hope and fear began melting away. As ice clouded through her veins. she breathed in and out in and out, the taste of the other wolfs blood still on her tongue.

Ravenclaw approached the camp,but stayed at the entrance. He blinked his bright blue eyes. "Hey Aurapup." He flicked his ears. "Want to get back to camp."

Aurapaw froze and looked over at Ravenclaw, his blue fur matching hers a vain hope rose up in her chest. Was he part of her family? her cold look dropped and she looked like alonely pup that has been abandoned by its parents. She whispered "i did something horrible... and i cant take it back... Im... Im turning into Scourge" her words were interlaced with pain.

Ravenclaw shook his head. "Now,don't be harsh with yourself." His tail twitched. "If you want to take it back,learn to control your anger." He blinked his big blue eyes. "And apologize to the Sunclanner." He waved his tail. "We do have an alliance with them. It might help the situation."

She nodded looking down at her paws "its like some evil ice ghost is inside me, and it takes control freezing my veins to ice" she shook with fright. What kind of a wolf was she? was she really going to end up in the darkforest? the poor pup was completly terrified.

Ravenclaw sighed and padded over to her. He licked her ear. "Now look here Aura. You can't be a monster if you don't choose to be." He sat down and flicked his tail. "Now,are you going to apologize or not?" His tail twitched as he watched her.

"i don't have any choice in the matter" her voice was quiet, she flicked her tail and said "ill apoligise when i next see her i guess" she nodded her head and turned. She began to head to a thunderclan border. her thoughts guiding her paws as she drifted along

The she-wolf and her apprentice quickly arrived in the old Riverclan camp. She didn't knew much about this place, but it was going to be in use for her pupil.  "Well you can see that it's quite different than Shadowclan's one." Even the difference, Duskpaw could see very common this between the old camps and the new camp, where they all lived in piece.

Duskpaw padded into the Old Riverclan Camp with her mentor, noting how similar it was to the current Stormclan camp. As she looks around the camp, a thought occurs to her and she turns to her mentor with a worried look, “Will Shadowclan and Riverclan ever separate?” Duskpaw hoped that the question wasn’t out of bounds, but she couldn’t help her strong sense of curiosity.

Luna glanced at her apprentice when she asked her a question. The brown fae was not sure how to answer Duskapw, since she did not know the answer herself. "Well I don't think so, but no one knows. All I can say is that I hope we will stay as one." the she-wolf gave her own opinion. She took a tour around the old camp too, showing it to her pupil. She knew that this was not that interesting, so she desided to take the young one to the borders. "Now we will visit the border of Stormclan and Thunderclan." the warrior said and left the abandoned place together with Duskpaw.

Duskpaw nodded at her mentor’s answer, and she agreed. She liked Stormclan, and if Riverclan and Shadowclan separated, it would be devastating. “I hope we don’t split too,” Duskpaw says thoughtfully. After their tour, Duskpaw followed Lunalight towards the border, her paws beginning to ache.

Cougar bounced up her ears perking, her brown eyes had a golden hint to them suggesting that one day they would become a brilliant orange gold. She tilted her head staring at the prissy opalwing. Her eyes narrowed with dislike and she looked over her shoulder for Raven to appear. Her own tail had begun long ago to thicken from its pup slip of a tail into a thick muscular rudder of sorts.
