Marshes

Wet and shadowy, not many wolves come here or find it even close to being comforting. Stunted trees grow everywhere and it seems to be dark most of the year. Snakes make their home here, and the occasional herd or other hoofed animal rarely wander through. ShadowClan makes its home here, and most are comfortable and know exactly where not to step. Others may not be so lucky.

Shadowpaw looked down at the disgusting muddy and icky looking ground and thought is there whole territory like this because thats nasty. Shadowpaw jumped down gracefully from the tree beside Copperpaw. she landed in the spot that wasnt muddy and noticed that it felt like something was stabbing her in the paw. "ouch" she yelped as she examined her paw. she saw that there was a piece of bark stuck in it. she tried shaking it out but that didnt work and when she tried to use her teeth she couldnt get a grip on it.

Copperpaw frowned and gently nosed at her paw. he sunk his white teeth into the bark and with a savage yank he pulled it out.he flicked his ears "come on we had better get feathersoul to check that out. and the gatherin should be over by now com eon". he leapt up into a tree and grinned at emberpaw.

Emberpaw glanced down as Shadowpaw leaped down beside Copperpaw. She sat down on the tree, staring down with a doubtful look. "I'll just stay up here!" she called. She glanced down as Shadowpaw yelped, and, seeing that she had a long strip of bark in her paw, was considering jumping down to help the fae. But she stopped herself, continuing to sit. Besides, Copperpaw was closer, and by the time she got down there he would have already gotten it out. Plus, there wasn't much room on the dry spot, and they would be quite smushed. Her eyes widened in surprise as Copperpaw leaped up beside her. "Oh, Feathersoul isn't in camp," she said. "She left about the same time I did, and she was bleeding pretty heavily. I don't know where she is."

He nodded and said "well it should be ok" he looked a little doubtful then said "do you guys wanna go to the owl tree? i bet we could climb all the way up to the top! afterall thunderclan learnt Skyclans abilities when they left the forest". he was slightly preoccupied as he thought. he wondered if he would be gettin his warrior name soon.

Shadowpaw yelped again when Copperpaw pulled the bark out but was also grateful." Thanks Copperpaw." she licked her paw to stop the bleeding and then jumped the branch again to go home since staying on the ground would only get us caught. " what Feathersoul left the camp bleeding!" " why was she bleeding?" she asked Emberpaw.

Emberpaw shrugged. "I don't know. I'm just as clueless as you. Medicine Wolf stuff gone wrong, probably." She wasn't too worried. Feathersoul was a good, strong wolf. She would pull it together soon. She nodded to Copperpaw. "I think that's a good idea. But perhaps we could find something to patch up Shadowpaw's paw? I don't think blood on a tree will be a good sign."

Shadowpaw really wondered if Feathersoul would be alright but decided to take Emberpaw's word for it. She then sot Emberpaw a grateful look as she suggested that they find something to put on her paw. she also couldnt help but wonder when she would get her warrior name. She couldnt wait til she became a warrior, and then she would get to have an apprentice of her own.

Copperpaw nodded and swiped his tail around where some cobwebs were. leaping down he wrapped them clumsily around his friends paw then said "to the owl tree!". leaping up into a tree again he cast a look at Shadowpaw silently asking if she would be allright.

Shadowpaw watched Copperpaw as he got some cobwebs and wrapped it around her paw. it felt some much better after he did that. she saw Copperpaw look back at her and with his eyes asked if she was alright. she smiled and nodded to him. " im fine now, thank you." " lets head over to the owl tree."

Emberpaw nodded. She stood, scrunching her nose at the foul smell of the mud. It was like dead fish stuffed with fox dung rolled in Two-leg monster fumes. "Let's get out of here. I can't stand this stench any longer!" She turned, ready to lead the way to the Owl Tree, but stopped. She turned around, a flash of fear in her eyes. "You know, there's a chance that StormClan will find our scent here. If they do, and we're alone in the forest together, let me handle it, okay?" A mischevious glint flashed in her vibrant orange eyes. She was a very convincing lier, and in some cases could convince a pup to eat rabbit droppings.

Goldenpup sleeked through the bushes like an unseen mouse. She didn't know stalking tactics, but she knew they couldn't smell her. She crouched, her soft gray pelt made her look like a big rat. She shivered slightly, what if they hurt her?

She nodded her black glossy head. " yea i dont know why they would want to live in a place like this." wow she knew that one of these days she was going to be a warrior and then she was going to have to really fight for Copperpaw, well that was if Emberpaw was really serious about him. or is she just doing this to get on my nerves she thought as she hopped to another branch.

Goldenpup crept a little closer, her ears now flattened and she looked like a huge rat. She froze, the wolf in the branch could easily see her. She made herself sound big and tough, "Get out of the territory. NOW!" Suddenly a huge crack of noise went through the air. Oh no! The hunters! she thought, with fear in her eyes. Another crack just went by Copperpaw. She was lucky, the hunter couldn't see her.

Emberpaw felt a flash of panic as a large voice boomed for them to leave. She relaxed, however, as she detected the high-pitched squeak of a pup that no one could hide, no matter how hard they tried. She kept her eyes focused on Shadowpaw and Copperpaw, watching the gray pup through the corner of her eye. On the other side of her, where the pup couldn't see her, she gave a wink to let the other two apprentices to play along. The pup hadn't been here long enough to hear her speak, and she was larger than Copperpaw and Shadowpaw, as she was at Warrior age and had been for a while now. Just to be sure, though, she fluffed her russet fur out a bit more to make herself appear larger. "What are you two doing!" She breathed a silent sigh of relief, thankful that her voice was as full and deep as it it would get and that she had lost the high-pitch tone that all young wolves had but would eventually grow out of. "Sneaking onto other Clans lands! Just what ThunderClan needs, a couple of idiots who think they can do whatever they want without getting caught! Think of what Shadestar would have done if he found out that two stupid apprentices were sneaking around his land! Hah! As if ThunderClan hasn't had enough trouble without bone-heads like you!" She turned, a fake flash of fear in her eyes, a mask concealing her inner core of feelings. Her ears were flattened and her tail was slightly tucked, as in fear of what huge warriors were amongst the marshes. "ThunderClan begs for mercy! These fools had no idea what idiotic actions they have taken! They will be severely punished, I can assure you of that!" She turned back to the apprentices, her tail ushering them along, a glint of fury that they had been caught in her eyes transformed into anger for her friends. She shoved them along the branches, as if trying to hurry them along, as if to escape the Warriors that "surrounded" them. She spoke in a quieter tone now, as if these words were only ment for them. "Honestly! How stupid can you get! If I hadn't have been hunting at Sunningrocks and followed you two..." Her voice died away among the trees as she ushered them along at a break-neck pace.

Copperpaw smirked at the little scrap "why dont you leave pup", he leapt up as something grazed his shoulder with a crack. he glared at the pup "interesting battle tactic. How did youdo wit?" his fur bristled a little, he was uneasy here. deciding that fleeing was the better part of valor he scraped bark at thepup before turning and leaping through the trees like a monkey.

Goldenpup snorted, a tear in her eyes. She would follow Emberpaw! The hunters did that... she thought, ears drooping. She followed, aware now that the hunters would follow.
TC and SC border

Shadowpaw bared her fangs at the pup. She then chuckled and followed Copperpaw to the owl tree. to think the pup followed us and we didnt even notice until now. that pup will make a good warrior one day, she thought as she headed for the owl tree.

Purefeather finally found the Marshes. She splashed into the gooey water, trying to find the missing pup. Suddenly, she heard noises from a close distance. Purefeather quickly ran to a prickley bush, it did hurt, but somewhere safe to hide. She looked around, until the wolves came closer. Thunderclanners. Her fur ruffled up from the sight, as if she's getting goose bumps. As the Thunderclanners left, she spotted the wolf pup. "What is Goldenpup doing?" she thought, as she leaped out of the bush that gave her small scratches and followed Goldenpup and the apprentice (Emberpaw) that Goldenpup is following.

~TC and SC Border~

Racing in,he saw the twoleggeds follow him. He growled and snarled. He glanced around for something. He didn't see anything,so he lunged towards them. They he,led and jumped back. They didn't have their thunder sticks to hurt him. He then saw one of the males take out a long shiny tooth. (Knife)
The twoleggeds threw it towars him he jumped back. He fell back,and landed in his twisted foot. He didn't feel pain. And there was no crack. He snarled,and growled. He then heard the talk to each other. They ran back to their camp. Getting their Thunder-sticks. He snorted and dashed back to camp.

The young fae arrived but it was too late. She didn't has to scare those two earlier. She looked around but there was not a sign from Bluestorm. She was scared and worried. Did they hurt him or even worse? What if they took him in their camp? she thought. She was willing to return but she needed help so she fastly returned in the camp.

~Camp~

The beautiful ex thunderclan trotted up and growled. she began scenting around the trees and in the branches. her keen nose detecting several scents. landing on her paws she growled "Copperpaw, Emberpaw and Shadowpaw" her eyes glittered with hatered for her old friends. she lashed her pennant like tail and began struggling through the mud back to camp
-camp

The beautiful young fae stepped slowly and carefully. This place was quite dangerous for intruders. She noticed the fox looking wolf already leaving. She did not made an effort to call her back and ask what is happening. The she-wolf took a short walk around. She often stopped and took the scent of the marshes. She could still smell the disgusting scent of Thunderclanners and the twolegs. Twolegs smell better she thoung. There was not a sign from those with the thunder-sticks. The young warrior looked around for a last time before returning into the camp.

~Camp~

Owlscreech walked up fuming. he slipped through the twisted trees his tail flicking agitatedly, his scraggly ears pinned back. he dearly hoped a thunderclan wolf was here so he could tear them to literal shreds. he skulked along his golden eyes glowing with a darknes that was rarely shown.

Humming, Willow walked up. Rarely did something dampen her spirits, not even arguments with close friends did as they were usually easily resolved. She walked up and sat panting and still humming in the tree line before standing and walking over to the medicine wolf. Yet for once she remained quiet and waited, a kindness for the grumpy wolf in her shadowy eyes .

Recognizing the familiar scent the dark wolf appeared out of the shadows, his eyes glowing golden with a loathin for the world. his snap aimed toward her muzzle missed by a millimeter. he was completly rakked up there was no going back for him for the moment. everything had been building up. None of the other wolves ofhis clan knew the depthto what starclan had forsaken them.
