ThunderClan Camp

*Scratch was torn. On one hand, he wanted to tell Wind about his past.* On the other hand, he wasn't sure Wind would understand what he'd been through. After pondering the matter for a while, he decided he'd tell Wind about his history.*

Feathersoul padded up to Firespell. "I'll be out looking for a special place to bury Phoenixstar," she murmured quietly. The black fae turned her head, spotting Mosseypaw sitting down beside Phoenixstar. She shook her head, then padded out of camp.

ICepaw rushed over to her friend and her soon to be leader. "Yes Firespell?" She asked, the emotional stress of all that was happening beginning to push down on her. Her eyes were always filled with sorrows over her sister now a days. They were filled with more and more with all the losses of family and clanmates. All she had left was her best friend.

"Firespell I am coming right?"I ask my SISTER. I then turn to think no I am not special she will never choose me for any thing, I then lay down in sorrow next to my fallen leader. I fall asleep next to his body I dream of Phoenix making me deputy and me becoming leader.

Seeing Featherpaw leave,she then glanced at Firespell. She passed by her and nodded. "Should i stay in camp? I want to morn for Phoeinxstar,and someone should keep an eye on everyone."She blinked,and sighed.

The firey female gave a little nod. "Yes, that would be good." Turning to Icepaw, she said, "Icepaw, can you stay here with Hawkpool and guard the camp? I don't want the coyotes getting in again." Firespell leaned in close and whispered, "When I come back, I'll see about your warrior ceremony." She then nudged Mosseypaw. "Of course, I'm taking you. Come on."

"Yes thank you, say to my sister. I follow her and think maybe my warrior ceremony to. I am so excited to go to the moonstone.

Icepaw nodded to her best friend, she'd do anything that her friend and her leader required of her. "Of course Firestar, we'll drive them off if they even think about coming near camp." She promised, she glanced at Hawkpool. My warriors ceremony! This is so exciting!

"Well, that's all right then." The firey wolf stood up. "We'll be back, Icepaw, Hawkpool!" Firespell padded out of the camp, with a purposeful step. "Come on, Mosseypaw." She glanced at Phoenixstar, lying still under the flowers. "We'll find Feathersoul first."

I go behind firespell and follow her. I start to run ahead in excitement but stop. I turn around to look at my sister she is unrecognizable for some reason. I tell her,"You look different are you ok?"

Icepaw nodded as her best friend, her deputy and her leader left to get her nine lives. It was truly an honor to be left behind to guard camp, it meant that Firespell trusted and respected her as a warrior, or at least a great fighter for now. Her eyes met with Hawkpool's. "We'd better get to guarding I guess." She said, she was excited.

Blinking,she nodded. Then glanced at Icepaw. "I've never seen the camp so quiet and empty before." She sat down and flicked her tail. "How you?" She felt the cold freeze her fur. She then shook her pelt,showering the ground with snow.

Icepaw nodded to Hawkpool. "I've never seen it like this either.." She commented, her eyes filled with curiosity. She looked around, staying at attention.

She then flicked her tail,and noticed the darkening sky. "What happened to Swiftstreak? I haven't seen the rascal for a while." She took a deep breath,and gazed up into the starry sky.

Icepaw glanced at Hawkpool her mentor had disappeared. "I haven't seen him since the fight over Isen...." She cut herself off, she'd tried to forget her sisters death, but it was hard to. Her eyes filled with sorrows.

Firespell came running into the camp just in time to hear Icepaw's comment about Swiftstreak. "Me too, I haven't seen him for ages." The firey female tried once and twice to get Phoenixstar up but failed both times. She finally managed to get the dead firey wolf onto her back by wriggling underneath him and then lifting up with all her strength. The firey fae gathered up the spilled herbs in her mouth. Firespell walked slowly to the tunnel. "I'm taking him to Feathsoul", she mumbled to Icepaw.

Nodding to Firespell,she sighed as Icepaw added something about Isenfire. "Its ok... I'm sure she roams the skies in Starclan." She shuffled her paws uncoferably.(No idea how to spell that :/) She then returned her gaze at the entrance.

Runningpaw awoke and yawned. He got to his paws and stretched. Runningpaw walked out the apprentice den. Immediately he knew that something was wrong. He gasped as hew noticed a puddle of blood around the nursery with a coy body. "What in Starclan... He trailed off in shock as he saw Phoenistar's body. He looked around and ran up to Hawkpool. "What happened?!" He asked.

(Uh, Phoenixstar's body is as the Great Sycamore)

(Omg, I haven't posted in FOREVER! Just pretend I was here the whole time xD)

Emberpaw stared at the bloody stain on the clearing floor where Phoenixstar was killed. The russet apprentice glanced down at her paws. The camp was deserted, aside from Hawkpool and Icepaw, who were busy guarding. She felt so alone without Runningpaw. Her vibrant orange eyes trailed over to the entrance of the camp, waiting for Firespell, Feathersoul, even Mosseypaw to return.

Runningpaw walked into the camp and glanced around. The clearing was empty except for Hawkpool, Icepaw, and Emberpaw. He felt upset looking at all the sad faces in the camp. "Can this day get any worse?" He wondered. Runningpaw then walked up to Emberpaw. Seeing the pretty apprentice made him feel a little better. He then sat down by her and gave her a comforting nudge. "Poor Pheonixstar." He sighed. "And it was right before the gathering too."

Emberpaw listened to Runningpaw intently. She sat down beside the male, burring her mussel in the handsome apprentice's shoulder fur. "Why does life has to be so cruel!" the russet apprentice cried, tears welling up in her russet eyes. She closed them tightly, comforted by Runningpaw.

Runningpaw gave Emberpaw a few more comforting licks. "I know." He sighed. He started to feel tears coming to his own eyes, but he blinked them away. "But I guess if life here were real easy, we would all be pampered House-dogs." He said. "But Pheonixstar was a brave wolf, he'll have a special place in Starclan." He sighed and closed his eyes. "Oh Starclan, why?" Runningpaw thought sadly.

The Rogue Wolf heard talking in the brambles not far away. He knew he was in a clan territory. He was silent for a while waiting to see if they would smell his scent. But no so he snook into the camp and blended in with everything.
