StormClan Camp

The StormClan camp is surrounded by prickly bushes and is well protected against outsiders. It is in the middle of a forest, a cross between ShadowClan and RiverClan camps. The nature of this causes the camp to become misty on particularly humid days. The leader's den are two big rocks that balance each other, creating a tunnel which is relatively large in nature. Plant matter hangs over the entrance and shields the inside from view. The elder's den is a large thorn bush, hollowed in the inside for comfort. It is well protected. The warriors den is an abandoned fox den which lost the scent of its previous owners long ago. The den has been expanded further by its new warrior inhabitants and is large enough for all of the warriors of the Clan. Beside this den is the apprentices den, which is a tree trunk which had fallen over long ago in a storm and over time was hollowed out by the elements. The nursery is similar to the Elder's den, as it is well protected by thorns and has a secure wall.

Owlscreech shook himself and gave darkpup a good hard stare warning him to be quiet. he then regarded skyfeather for a few moments before saying "Slypaw, go fetch some moss and wet it then bring it here, Skyfeather needs a drink". he fluffed up his fur then stood turning he noted his sister glancing around for someone and rolled his eyes irritably. he lashed his tail and stomped over toward shadestar he sat down and said in an iron voice "all of Skyfeathers pups are small, very small and not a single one came out nose first the way starclan intended pups to do. I have a feeling that these are illegitimate pups. the question is what are you going to do about it". his amber eyes watched shadestar, he personally would go back to shadowclan when the two clans split up again.

Luna listened to the pup carefully. She did not said anything. She glanced at Bluestorm as she sighed. The young fae got out of the medicine den and padded to the camp entrance. She felt guilty for Bluestorm's paw. She looked at the sky. It was already dawn the perfect time for hunting or a peaceful walk. The she-wolf got up and fastly walked out of the camp. She tried to be unnoticed.

Feeling cramped,Blie streched.he wanted to do something. He snorted. And though,Maybe I can try and track those Thunderclan idiots. Blue tried,but he didn't actually succeed. He was too distracted from his foot.

Foxpaw watched the leaders with large brown eyes. sheflicked her ears hearing about the intruders, she turned and walked over to shadestar she said respectfuly "in all due respect shadestar would you allow me to go to the marsh to identify these scents then perhaps you could persecute them with Firestar"

Skidding to a stop,he glanced frantically around for Shadestar and Graystar. He raced for Shade. "Shadestar,there are Twoleggeds with Thunder-sticks. I know what they are,and what they do. When i was still a loner I met a dog. He told me those things are called guns. That thunder sould you heard,thats a gun. They have bullets in them." He sighed. "And they use it to kill. Kill everything." He growled. "That dog died before one." He growled. "How are you suppose to get rid of them?"

The young fae dashed in the camp. She did not even stop for a second. Her derection was the leader's den. "SHADESTAR!" she howled. Seeing Bluestorm made her feel less worried. She suggested that he already told him about the intruders. "We have to take actions." she said. She wanted to hear what the leader thinks and then maybe she could share her idea about the thunder-sticks.

Shadestar watched as a pup came towards him and began prodding him. He let out a growl. "I'm not your play-thing and I don't have time for your games." The leader ignored the further poking from the pup when Foxpaw came over to him. "There were ThunderClan wolves on our territory during the Gathering!?" he exploded, standing up suddenly and pacing back and forth. "Yes, you should do that. I want to know exactly who they are immediately. I warned all of the Clans and I will not allow them to blatantly break the warrior code for their own amusement." Fury raged in Shadestar's eyes and it was almost electric and palpable in the air.

Then Bluestorm and Lunalight came dashing back. There was just too much to do all at once! "All pups and apprentices except for Foxpaw must stay in camp. Any time someone leaves camp you must be accompanied by another. Pups may only leave camp with warriors." He stopped pacing. "I need to know what we're up against." Glancing at Lunalight and Bluestorm he said, "Lunalight, come with me. Bluestorm you stay behind, I don't need a hurt warrior with us." Looking about he said, "Foxpaw you can also come." He didn't mention Graystar, knowing that she could either come or stay depending on her own decision. Trotting towards the entrance of the camp with a flick of his ears, signifying the others ordered should follow, the StormClan leader bounded into the undergrowth following the old path of Lunalight and Bluestorm.

Seeing Shadestar saw for him to stay back,he narrowed his eyes. He then snorted. "You'll need someone who actually knows what those things are." He growled watching them stalk off. "Stupid paw. Me and my conscience just had to help that Thunderclanner." he snorted and laid in his nest.

Foxpaw raced after shadestar, she felt proud that she would be able to help her new clan. her brown eyes followed shadestar with almost reverent eyes. she grinned as she lightly skipped over the ground. wondering lightly who her mentor would be.

Slypaw listened to Shadestar. He realized they were down a warrior with his mentor gone. Whether it was dangerous or not Slypaw would go no matter what. Slypaw got up and followed hoping he wasn't late.

Skyfeather pinned her ears back at Shadestar's words, curious as to what was going on. She would have offered up herself to go along with the leader and warriors but she knew that her body wouldn't be able to handle any fights the group might get into. Shaking her head slightly, the fae took a bite out of her rabbit, the dry blood staining her snout as she at the dead animal. As she finished eating, Skyfeather felt somewhat better but worry and guilt was edging through her mind. She felt bad that Tallfeather didn't know about their pups and wanted to tell him. He had to know.

With that in mind, Skyfeather carefully got up and padded out of the nursery. She looked around and spotted Goldenpup not far away. She bounded over to the pup, "Hey Goldenpup," she said with a small smile, "I was wondering if you could watch my pups while I went out to stretch my legs. I haven't been out in a few days."

Seeing Skyfeather walk out of her den,he shrugged. Blue watched the inside of the den. Carefully,he curled his tail around him. He sank his claws in the ground. Wanting to kill the dog.

Goldenouo growled at Shadestar as he left. Hearing Skyfeather, she nodded. Go right on ahead! Wait... she thought.

Skyfeather smiled and licked Goldenpup's forehead. "Thanks." She flicked her tail at the she-pup in goodbye as she padded over to the entrance of the camp. With one look back at the nursery, Skyfeather exited the camp to do something stupid.

-WindClan Camp-

Eaglepup watched Skyfeather leave camp and then bounded up to goldenpup. "Where is everyone going" he said curling his tail around her. Everyone had left for string important and he wanted to go with. He was happy that goldenpup was at camp with him. He licked golden pups head while thinking about how pretty she was.

Goldenpup curled her tail around his. "Something about Thunder-sticks." She watched Graystar leave. "What Clan would you be in if StormClan ever broke up? I'd be in RiverClan, so hopefully one day I could sink my teeth into Shadestars skin."

" I don't know. I wish it to never happen. I think we need a fierce leader as well as a noble one." Eaglepup looke at goldenpup knowing he would probably follow her where ever she decided to go. "Who do you want as your mentor when you become an aprentice?"

Nightpup blinked his blue eyes awake, his small jaws stretching wide as he yawned before snapping shut. He looked around him warily, noticing that his mother wasn't there, making him go tense but his siblings were so he relaxed some. The black pup rolled to his side clumsily, prodding his grey sister in the side.

Riverpup squirmed as she felt some kind of warm body poke her. A small whine escaped from her mouth. Turning on her side she head-butted her brother in an attempt to make him stay still and give her the warmth she wanted. It seemed so cold outside, and now her belly was rumbling because of hunger. Her mewlings became steadily louder and she squirmed even more, kicking her darker-furred sibling in the belly.

Nightpup grumbled as his sister head-butted and kicked him. His belly seemed to connected to hers as it, too, began to rumble for food. The male pawed softly at her face, scooting closer to him as cold air hit him. He buried his snout in the fur at her neck, flicking his small tail until it was lying on her thigh, closing his eyes again as the light started to hurt the sensitive orbs.

The pup's light blue eyes opened for a moment and then closed once again, blinded by the light that flooded her vision for the first time. She began to feel warmer now that her brother finally moved closer. She nudged him, putting her jaw underneath his head while his was still placed on her neck. A muffled whine escaped from her mouth again as a particularly cool draft entered the nursery.

Suddenly Riverpup felt a strange sensation in her nostrils, like a tickle. With a deep breath, well, as deep as it can be for a pup, she let out a mighty sneeze for her small stature.

A low rumble admitted from Nightpup's chest as his older sibling tucked herself closer to his body, his tail abandoning its position on her leg to wag softly at the warmth that rolled off her. A small smile was on his lips as he tried to drift back into sleep. Of course that was disturbed by the lighter she-pup sneezing. He flinched back from her, his ears pinned against his head as he released a small whimper, nosing his sister cautiously.

Eaglepup smiled when his sister came over. "Have you decided between warrior or medicen wolf?" He sat down and waited for a reply. He personlly was going to be the best warrior he could possibly be.

Riverpup whined, surprised by the noise and also by the warmth that had since moved away from her. Opening her eyes curiously she cocked her head to the side and looked at her brother sadly as if to ask, Why did you move away? Crawling closer to him the pup pushed her small head into his fur, her breathing evening out now as the need to sleep washed over her. With a tiny yawn she closed her eyes and almost instantly fell asleep.
