In this RP, you can become a canine, choose a pack, and encounter fights to the death. You can have up to 2 characters. Ranks of packs members are chosen by challenging fellow pack members. There's only one goal: to lead a surviving pack. We can use the dice roll for hunting, and we always can steal from trash cans.

Hiya Gray. Hmm. I wonder if there are enough Mist canines to start the rp... With only two, it may not be.

Yeah, I've been trying to help organize the page a little bit. It's much better now than it was before with how squirrel was putting the dogs and their packs and such. I think it's easier to understand...

So for now I wait and tidy up my characters a little, editing my posts so others can get a good sense of who Jewel and Trik are and such.

Blaze waited for his pack to follow him, then said," As all of you know, I am planning on attacking Mist Pack. They seem weak enough." To the third alley!

Zodiac waited with her pack. She wasn't sure what to do. She saw Blaze attacking and went to tell the Alpha.

As the echoes of Blaze's voice pounded through her ears she winced at the thought of attacking the Mist pack. Her ears twitching she glanced at her pack small but strong then taking a glance at the Killer pack large and deadly. Ruby kneaded the ground nervous she was sure two against five was obviously unfair. Setting her mind to protecting the weak small pack she bounded to stop at the foot of blaze. Her eyes burned with shame and anger she growled softly "How is killing two wolves supposed to prove your strength, they are just another pack trying to earn a spot in life!" Her throat swelled glancing at her pack she nodded giving them a signal to follow.

(Rayen would actually not be considered a Mist Pack member, the Killers think she is on their side so it is only one dog for now. ^^
It also might be helpful if you not only listed the name and rank of the dogs, but their breed as well, that way rpers don't have to search back through the posts to find a certain bio.)

Rayen had just returned to the Killers pack to give a report on the going on's of the Travelers pack when she heard him announce they were about to attack the Mist Pack, following another wolf Rayen came up along side Blaze. "She is right, " the Irish Wolfhound spoke, her voice was quiet like a whispering wind yet held a commanding power like that of a hurricane. Few could ignore her when she chose to speak, "To attack a small pack as this would not prove this pack's strength, just its cowardliness. By killing this pack you show the other you are afraid to take on a pack of equal size, that you do not have confidence in your dogs or their strength. The pack will also start to doubt their leader, believe you do not hold any faith in them, thus undermining your authority."

"Leave the dog be, struggling to survive will be hard enough, most likely this small group of one will dye before any come to join. If this canine does live and manages to gather some more dogs then we strike, but first lets take out the strongest enemy rather then teh weakest." Her eyes were cold, her voice nonchalant as if the matter of killing others was as trivial as talking about the weather. But deep down she was planning, knowing she was treading thin ice with this male, she had to distract him and redirect his desire for bloodshed else where, away from her small pack. No one among the Killer Pack knew she was a member of the Mist Pack, for months she had proven she was loyal to this pack, and for months she had worked to earn their trust enough. Even sent on an assignment to infiltrate the Travers Pack, which she had done successfully. But now her real pack was under threat and she had to play it cool or risk exposing her try identity as well as the destruction of the small pack.

Ruby breathed heavy as she looked crossly at Rayen what was she suggesting? Her mind twisted was this a sign of betrayal was she meaning to say attack us? She was part of her pack but seemed to disappear from times to go venture. Her trust began to slip from Rayen's grip her stare cold she flicked her tail and glared at the blood thirsty leader. She couldn't bare to think of killing just to prove something. Not letting that bring her down she sighed and scampered back to where her pack stood. Taking one last glance at Rayen she growled silently and hopped onto a nearby ledge.

Jewel had snuck away from Travelers pack to see how the pack she was truly loyal to was going. She hid among the shadows, bright eyes scanning the area. Blaze, Zodiac, and Rayen were there. She also spotted her leader, Ruby, confronting Blaze about his idea to attack the lone Mist dog. However Jewel did not approach. She hung back, lurking in the shadows to see what was going on. She tilted her ears foreward just in time to catch Rayen's words before settling down in the shadows to watch what would happen.

Meanwhile Trik followed his alpha out to confront Blaze. "Exactly. While River may be the alpha of a pack, there's only one in that pack. You can't hardly even treat it like a pack when there's only one. It would be like killing a loner before it could ever join a pack." He said, standing just slightly to the side and behind Ruby. The young Border Collie looked over to Rayen, wondering why she was standing in a position closer to the Killer Pack than Travelers. He patiently awaited more words from the leaders, hoping all of their words had persuaded the bloodthirty canine to halt his attack until a later day, if at all. Then he saw his leader look at Rayen in such a way that made him look at Rayen. /Ruby is beginning to not trust her. Makes sense what with the words she has chosen to say./ he thought then followed her leader back to the pack. He did not notice that Jewel was not with them as he awaited the next move.

Blaze winced and said," Then to travelers pack we go!"

(putting up the breeds now)

Ruby whipped her head around and barked "Are you really that Dumb! Just going to pop through packs just to find defeat!" Her tone rattled with fear she was short of two members leaving her to 3. She glanced at Rayen with confusion was she really that selfish to kill her own pack. But this switching had trembled through her mind so she glared at Blaze and growled holding chin high she stood her ground. Waiting for Rayen to choose she began to hope that this fight would turn out even.

Blaze
"You have Five. I have Five. Call it fair!" Without warning, he whipped around and snarled, hackles raising. "And Yes, I find Defeat important!"

Zodiac
"Blaze, no!" She winced in horror as his brother snarled at her, his muscles tense.

Blaze
"You Omega! Choosing another pack over The Killers!" His eyes dimmed and he looked weak, so different from the blaze a second ago. "I suppose you are right, Ruby." He dipped his head and stalked away, leaving the dogs staring at him.

She dipped her head in return flicking her tail giving Rayen one last solid glance before vanishing over the mountains. She looked over to Zodiac and gave a small grin and shouldered him softly. She opened her maw to speak but before her words slipped out she caught the sight of smoke. It was thick and filling the cloudy blue sky. She gasped and looked at the path, a fallen tree that crossed the large gap across a pitch black pit. Lifting a paw she stepped back and shook her head glancing at Zodiac.

Zodiac winced at the fallen tree and said," Shall we leave?" She was worried about this tree. How could it fall at such a time? And why?

Trik:

Trik was about to growl when Blaze said he would take the fight to travelers pack instead but didn't as soon the killer pack leader turned and walked away. The male watched as he left then nudged Ruby. "You know what this means Ruby. We have to be on guard and start planning for a fight. Blaze won't hold off an attack for long." He said, lowering his voice just enough so it would be a touch harder for the others to hear.

Jewel:

The young wolf dog stared as her leader and the pack she was loyal to went at it for a moment before Blaze padded off. /Good. I want some more info on the travelers before Blaze goes trying to pick a fight./ she thought to herself before slipping away after Blaze and the others, unseen by the travelers. Once she caught up to the killer pack leader she lowered her head slightly in greeting then spoke. "Blaze. I know you enjoy showing others you are the strongest but I think we need more information. If we attack now without knowing much then we may be in more danger than we realize. So for now, just hold off on our attacks. in the meantime we can get stronger and find others to join us instead of them." She said, flicking her tail toward where the other packs were. In her opinion, travelers pack was strong enough to at least prove a challange to killer pack. /And if River joined up with travelers, maybe we would be at a disadvantage./ she thought, not wanting to give reason for him to go ahead and attack the only Mist dog. She waited for his answer.

She paced unsure with worry twisting her stomache. The only other way is through Killer pack territory our home is over there pointing with her muzzle. We must find the source of the fire and kill it. Looking back at Trik she gave him a stare unsure what to do. Looking at the path leading back to the Killer pack she winced. We will start start training and gathering members once we get this fire problem fixed. But yes make sure everyone is marking borders and not sneaking off.

Trik:

Trik nodded and saw the smoke spreading. "When I was just a pup I was told you could put out a small fire by scraping dirt on it. If this fire isn't too large and if we get to it in time, maybe we could put it out that way." He suggested, taking several steps toward the fire. He had not yet thought to look for Jewel as he figured she had gone off to hunt.

The tree was sturdy so she took a breath and bounded across her claws scratching the bark. Nearly slipping on the last bound she squealed and strectched legs forward. She touched land and sighed with relief nodding for the two to follow. The smoke was growing fast and she worried.

Trik followed, leaping over things as needed, and, though he shouldn't have, sped ahead toward where the fire was. It suddenly got hot and bright red flames appeared near him. He barked to Ruby, telling her the fire was pretty big. "We may be able to put it out if we start now but I'm not sure we can get all of it from destroying a good portion of this land." He said, his eyes focused on the flames.

She choked her eyes watering slightly. Start digging we need to tame it before its too late she began kicking up dirt and scraping the soft dirt. It had rained and leaving the soil damp it was a good sign.

Trik nodded and ran to one of the heaviest sections of fire. He was a pretty good digger and managed to at the very least tone it down. He continued scraping the soft, moist dirt onto the flames and slowly but surely the fire was going out. But there still remained a bit of fire and Trik's paws were clumped with mud and he was starting to get tired. Falling into his border collie mind-set, he piled mud around the fire, herding it, if you will, and keeping it from spreading to more grass. After doing that, some of the fires burned out while he scraped dirt over others.

She began building the wall of mud and ran to a nearby stream. She dipped and rolled then running back and she shook sizzling the fire it died down. Smoke thinned and wafted up lifting her choke but her pelt still felt the warmth of the fire. She dipped again shook the water layering the area. Then returning to digging becoming tired she began to pant.
