Garelick Farm

Outside the main central city is one of the last remaining farms near Hartford. It supplies the milk and dairy products to many of the stores in the Berkshire Shopping District, and many people also go there during Halloween for pumpkins and Christmas for their trees and apple cider. Acres upon acres of land is here for cows and horses and other animals. Chickens are kept in well-organized coops near the farmhouse, and there are many domesticated cats and house-dogs that reside here, protecting the livestock. A large barn is nearby the entrance where the livestock stay during the winter.

Laying down,Cole yawned. He looked off in the distance. Tonight seems clear enough. He then stood up and shook his pelt. He then glanced at the house beside the barn. "I hope they don't go look for me. I don't need them going out and going out on a wild goose chase." He whispered under his cold breath. Seeing the white wind disappear. He smiled and trotted off into the distant horizon

Quietly padding towards the barn,he decided to go hunting. He tracked a rabbit trail somewhere. He didn't pay attention where he was going. Since the aggravation from the dog distracted him. He whisper curses as he went.

[b]Walking back to the barn,he noticed the Longpaws we're already awake and working. He decided to help. He ran out onto the field and kept watch. He saw a rustle in the bushes. He slowly stalked towards it. He tasted the air. Hmm,it must be a doe. He slowly stalked into the bush. I haven't eaten yet. Why not now? He then jumped onto its back. Sinking his claws into it. He took hold of its neck,and held on while its kicked. He then jumped off of it,slowly twisting the neck. He heard a snap,and knew it was dead.
He licked the blood from his fur. He then eat the deer. Slowly enjoying it. Haven't had food like this for a while. When he was done,he left the bones and took the rest of the meat,and buried it somewhere. He then slowly groomed his fur. Tasting the salty tang of the doe's blood.

Lucy padded in sight of the Barn. Pricking her large, triangular ears, the Yorkie picked up sounds of many different animals coming from the structure. it looks so different than home. She trotted by some bushes, staring down at bones and blood that littered the ground. "Eww!" she cried, staring down in disgusted horror. She dashed off, not wanting to see what had killed the poor creature. She stopped, panting, in front of the barn. I'll rest out here first, she thought, sitting down and closing her eyes for a short nap. She would try to find the Collie later.

Lucy heard a voice. She opened her dark brown eyes, widening in surprise. "Oh! It's you!" she said, sitting up. "I got bored, and i saw you speaking to Jasmine, so i followed you here,"

Raising his eyebrows,he stood up. "Well,for one reason,why did you follow me in the first place? And second,don't you have your house-folk to play with?" He glanced at the small dog. Wondering what she would say next.

"Well, I got bored. There's not to many other dogs to play with. And my house folk work all the time, and their pups are always watching some magic picture box or riding on a big yellow Monster," she said. "It gets kinda lonely. And i just wanted to see where you lived, to,"

He shrugged. "I'll show you then." He then walked across the field. Passing by the frost collecting on the grass. "This is the field,where the animals graze. But it's winter and too cold." He continued on. "They eat hay in the barn." He flicked his tail towards the large red structure. And saw some of the Longpaws bringing the hay in. He gave them a bark and continued on.

Chico trotted into the area, ending up at a farm. "Hello Badger." He called. Then he sat down, a thread hanging from his jumper. "I am Chico. And i'm here to squash you if you attempt to hurt Lucy in any shape or form. And just to add onto that, i'm 100 pounds." He smiled. "And i'm also here with Jasmine, as she suggested Lucy probably couldn't find her way home." He was starting to sound like someone explaining a game off one of those chat shows his masters always watched. But he couldn't understand any of the words because they were spanish. He could understand basic words like Ola, Amigo and Adios. But thats pratically all.

(Just so you know jasmine is heavier than you XD)

Jasmine stood beside Chico. "Hey Lucy, you OK?"she asked. Jasmine looked to the border collie and huffed. "I knew you were a farm dog."she said.

(One.more thing, border collies and Collies are different.)

( lol heavy. And i know. Cole is a border collie and you are a rough collie or just a plain collie?)

"She looks fine. I mean, her outfit is untouched. And judging at Badger he looks like he would do something to Lucy. And by the way Badger. Don't call Lucy an overgrown rat. It's only funny when we say it." He growled. Then he noticed a thread hanging from his jumper. "Rats." He muttered. "Master is going to kill me." The akita licked his fur and sighed.

Lucy watched as Cole showed her around. "I didn't know that humans could care so much about animals like that! I mean, all they do is eat and sleep, right? So why care for them?" The Yorkie was interrupted by a voice from behind her. She turned her small head, spotting an Akita and Jasmine. "Why do you keep calling Cole a Badger? And he wouldn't hurt me! He's actually pretty nice!" she said. "And I'm perfectly fine!" she snarled. "Just because I'm small doesn't mean I'm helpless and will get lost!" The black and tan dog flattened her large, triangular ears against her head. Her dark brown, almost black, eyes softened, as Jasmine sounded genuinely concerned about her. But they hardened again almost instantly as the Akita continued. "An oversized rat!?" she snarled, her hackles raised and her teeth bared. She stormed off, darting between the legs of Jasmine. "Why are you being so mean!" she spat, dashing in the direction as far away from the dogs as she could get.

Chico chuckled. "You heard me amigo. And anyway have you heard of a joke. Badger is what i was told he was called." He said, rolling his eyes over to Jasmine. He turned to the collie. "Well, adios amigo. Lets see where the yorkie shall lead us to." He sighed. He got onto his large paws and left.

Hearing each and every response. He rolled his eyes. He then glared at Jasmine. "Why are you here? To tourture me still?" He growled and walked away. Good riddance,I wonder who that flea-bag Chico's owner is? I bet they can't even put up with him,for a second. No wonder they left him alone so he could come. He smirked and chuckled,then curled up in the barn. Hearing the loud heaving breaths of the cows.

"His owners are Mexican."she chuckled. "You know what I mean?"she said. "I wouldn't mind telling me your name so I could stop calling you badger."she said as he walked away. Jasmine turned around and walked to the park.

Growling,he snorted. Just go away,my life's already ruined. He blinked,and felt part of him flow away. He shook his pelt,seeing dust fly around. He heard the cows bellow. Then frowned,stood up and walked out of the barn. He sat outside,seeing the small white clouds appear before his mouth. He looked up at the sky. "Hmm,a Full-moon. He shrugged,and gazed out onto the rolling plains. He felt his pelt tug out from under him. I guess its a little lonely out here. He sighed,and paced back and forth. Not noticing his paws carried him off back into Hartford.

Walking back to the farm,he glanced around. He saw the barn and sighed.he shuffled his paws,and then blinked. He glanced around and shrugged. Better settle things with that annoying collie. He growled and trotted off.

Seeing darkness fall across the sky,he looked around. He heard loud noises come from the road where the collie and then orange dog lived. He took a deep breath. Ok,so deal with annoying house-dogs,yet have a bunch of food. Or stay at home,stuck with hunting. Seeing his thought only took a few seconds,he saw his breath already disappeared. He sighed,and looked around the quiet landscape. He shrugged,and galloped off.

Running back,he noticed it was already night. Noticing a shadowy figure,he narrowed his eyes and followed. Seeing it was a younger Longpaw with a gun,he noticed try and sneak into the house. Growling,he pounced and bit his neck. Taking him down,he stood on his chest. He howled,and the lights in the house lit up. Seeing the Longpaw from the house,it stared angrily. He then felt a sticky war, liquid trickle down his chest. He looked down and saw a hole. The noticed the Longpaw shot his chest. He felt woozy and fell down. Seeing the Longpaw lay down and bleed,he closed his eyes. Feeling his body slowly numb.........

The mixed breed dog walked up, his eyes sparkling with the mad glint of insanity. he chuckled and walked around. noticing the cows he flicked his tail and grinned slightly insanely "well well now what do we have heaare" he said in his croaky irish voice. his pink tongue rolled out of his mouth and he grinned. he had come this far out of his normal roaming lands to try and learn more about the mysterious bone eating wolves taht were said to live int he lands beyoond the farm. with a flick of his large ears he yawned and began trotting toward what he didnt know was thunderclan land.

Lucy padded up to the farm, glancing around for her friend. Where is h- her thoughts were cut off, however, when she saw a Two-leg dragging his lifeless body in a hole and covering it up with dirt. Blood spattered the ground not far away. She felt sorrow wash over her. Poor Cole... She sniffed the air. A strange scent filled her nose. A new dog? Perhaps he knows what happened to Cole, she thought before following the scent.

The large husky mix strode back and sat down. his tail curled over his paws. he wondered if the local street dogs would want to join his idea that had formed in his mind. the idea of forming a pack. his eyes twinkled with mischeif.

Amber followed slowly, not knowing what was going on. "Wha-What do you want?" she asked, a tilt to her head. If her wants to make a street pack, I'll join! I'll help with finding the territories!

He lifted his head and said "i want to make a wild dog pack, not living on the streets but having our own territory and lands. th eother side of the peaked stones". he flicked his tail at the area of high stones. he grinned a little. he wanted this to happen. "or perhapsup the river from the area known as thunderclan"

"I'll join! Who would lead though? Would there be two?" she said, smiling. She was particularly drawn to the odd dog. Yet, she liked it.

he shrugged "i havent figured out the particulars yet, but i will be a leader go talk to other dogs and see fi they want to join. im busy just trying to figure out the particulars". he was half lost in thought as he remembered his pup days watching something on tv. the words echoeda round in his head.

Amber smiled at the thought of something. "Would there be two leaders?" she asked. There were none dogs packs around here at all! It'd be awesome, they're the first ones!

He thought about it for a few minutes, his eyes calculating. he looked up and said "yes i think so, a Khal and a Khaleesi". he flicked his tail and said "try the park, there are often dogs there, talk to the dogs and tell them about how life will be better out in the wide open spaces"
