Garelick Farm

Outside the main central city is one of the last remaining farms near Hartford. It supplies the milk and dairy products to many of the stores in the Berkshire Shopping District, and many people also go there during Halloween for pumpkins and Christmas for their trees and apple cider. Acres upon acres of land is here for cows and horses and other animals. Chickens are kept in well-organized coops near the farmhouse, and there are many domesticated cats and house-dogs that reside here, protecting the livestock. A large barn is nearby the entrance where the livestock stay during the winter.

Snorting Sheogorath said "Amber i need you to stay here and keep order, Raj come with me. we have a dog to rescue". he turned and loped toward the thunderclan border. he remembered being here and he had a feeling that was where the black dane had gone. she may have hunted on his land but he was not going to let them wolves harm her.

Raj stood up and followed Sheo readily. He had heard everythig but pushed it out for now. His steps confident he stuck close behind. His eyes glittered with excitement. He had fought wolves before, it'd be fun to do it again

Lucy crouched down as fighting broke out. She backed up out of the way, not wanting to be hit by any flailing claws. She watched as several dogs ran up or ran off. Deciding to get out of the action, she padded over to the Two-legs' barn. She crept inside the large doors, glancing at all the bales of hay. The animals and livestock were outside now that Leaf-bare was over, and the barn was empty. She heard scruffling and scuttling from one of the loose piles of hay, and, her instincts taking over, plunged in. Her small fangs soon met flesh and a loud squeak was cut off as she sank her teeth into the creature. She back out of the hay pile, a plump rat in her jaws. Satisfied with her catch, the Yorkie lied down, tearing into the fresh meat.

A black nose pushed out of the hay and a small bernese mountain dog appeared. still very much a pup she was only just a year old and had a black leather collar around her neck. dangling from it was a tag that sad karliah. she blinked her big brown eyes and stared around with a yawn. noticing the yorkie she tilted her head.

Lucy raised her head as a puppy appeared from the hay. She licked her lips, cleaning them. "Hi! I'm Lucy!" she said. The puppy was already bigger than her, and that somewhat surprised her.

She broke out into a smile "im karliah i live on cecil boulevard with my house folk. his names Derrick and hes very old!". she lay down and shoved her nose under her paws. she said "im a pure bernese mountain dog". she grinned her bright eyes watched the yorkie

Lucy smiled as the pup talked of her owners. She briefly thought back to her old home. She shook her head, zoning back. "Well, pleased to meet you, Karliah." She liked this dog, and she hoped they could be good friends.

Blackjack watched everything unfold. There was a fight, and then some dogs left to go somewhere. He saw a small dog go into the twoleg barn, and he sneaked past the pack of dogs before slipping inside the barn as well. He looked around and spotted the dog talking with another dog that was about his age. The Border Collie padded up to them. "H-hello...I-I'm..." He trailed off and looked down at his paws, embarrassed. He was not used to talking to other dogs, because he had not done it much in his life.

Karliah looked up at the new dog. she stood and clumsily trotted over to him her puppy features beaming. she grinned and said "hey, im karliah! i live with pa on cecil boulevard! he lets me out to explore though!". she waggled her tail and said "i tink he works as a police man!". her colourful features were crinkled up in a pup grin.

Sheogorath returned and perked his ears, hearing something about a house pet his eyes narrowed. he shook his head, perhaps it was more dogs coming to join his 'khalasar' he sneezed and rubbed his paw along his muzzle. hmph the real question was who should be the Aplhess.

Raj trotted up to Sheo and sat down panting. His eyes glittered with a strnage new found joy. the dark minded male scratched his ear and looked around his nose twitching. "It's getting late." He observed the darkening sky.

Karliah began to get nervours there were to many dogs here. she wanted to go home. she clumsily began making her way out of the barn and tripped over Sheogoraths tail. she face planted then looked up. her eyes recognized the light of weirdness in his eyes. she took off yelping. wanting her pa.

Sheogorath nodded and sat up with a flick of his ears "we should go and rest inside the barn, then tomorrow we need to go and recruit more dogs. and see how badly the dog catcher is doing". he grinned he loved driving the dogcatcher insane. he gave a nod to raj and headed for the barn.

Raj looked up and nodded, he yawned his pink tongue rolling out as he stood. He stretched and waited for everyone to go before him. The large brute stood, his ears flattening slightly as the drops of rain fell upon his head.

Amber yawned, the Red Husky's long whiteish-yellow fangs showing. "So, I wonder when the Dog-catcher would come here. If her did, we could get away. After all, we are a pack, aren't we?" The husky tilted her head back, looking up at the darkened sky.

Mattaki watched the dogs from the shadows. she feels left out. she wants to play. she thinks about playing with them.

Blackjack opened his mouth to reply to the other dog, but before could, she ran out. What did I do? He wondered. But then, he caught the scent of another dog, and he whipped around to see another dog standing there. How had he not noticed her come in? The new dog said "Hi" and Blackjack replied, saying, "Hello. What's your name?" But then, yet another dog came in the barn. The Border Collie recognized the dog as the one that seemed to be the leader of the pack, and he let out a whimper that was only audible for himself. But this time, he wouldn't hide. He had made up his mind, and he would stay there and tell the leader that he wanted to join. He swallowed the lump in his throat, and said rather pathetically. "H-Hi...I want to...I want to join your pack."

Raj perked his ears and watched from the sahdows of the doors he wa lying in. He yawned softly and watched his bright eyes alert and watching. The large brute stood and sat up, he wasn't tired he wanted to do something. quietly he made his way out of the barn.

Sheo looked down his nose at this pathetic specimen of a border collie. thinking for a few moments he leapt forward and said "im Sheogorath The alpha dog of this here pack" he paused and noticed how he and tourmaline seemed to be good friends "you two scrounge around the down town suburbs the farm will be our den the down town suburbs our scavenging grounds. attack any rogue dog you see there". he leapt up ontop of a barrel and said "we are a pack now! we take what we need and leave no intruder unscathed! with fire and blood we will rule hartford" he had a very convincing tone of voice when hewanted to use it and he used it then.

Raj listened carefully. He shrugged and spoke nothing taking the idea immediately. The large Malamute was tired of sitting around and doing nothing. He stood up stretching his powerful legs and shook out his pelt. With a dashing smile at himself Raj nodded and began to pad away but not before looking back at the farm. He still had the right to go, and Sheo had said to check out the Suburbs. He shrugged and with a happy bark announcing his departure he headed off, his steps confident and happy.

Blackjack stood with his head held high as the leader, apparently named Sheogorath, replied. He took that reply as a yes, he could join, and relief flooded over him. He nodded to Sheogorath and looked back at the dog who had said her name was Tourmaline. Blackjack then turned to the barn doors and exited.
