Fourtrees #4

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings

She smiled. I can't wait until we go to the mothermouth... she thought happily. Seeing that Shadowstar wasn't here yet she wondered if they would start without him. She shifted her paws, and glanced down at Featherpaw. "Do you think they will start without him?"

Featherpaw glanced upward, confusion welling up like dark pools in her black eyes. "No, i don't think so," she bagan, shaking her tiny head. "Well, now that i think about it, if he doesn't arrive soon, possibly," she said, the mussels under her gleaming black pelt trembling with worry. "I don't understand," she said, her claws sinking down into the soft turf. "They should have arrived by now...." she mumered. I hope nothing's happened to them.... she thought, concern clouding her usually bright gaze.

"They should have." Pools of worry darkened her brown eyes. She looked up at the sky. Please starclan, she prayed. Don't let anything happen to Shadowclan. She shook her head in worry and glanced back at the highrock.

Featherpaw shuffled closer to her mentor, comforted by her warmth as a shrill breeze chilled her to the roots of her fur. She shuddered slightly, pressing closer into Echosong's warm fur.

Notcing more comotion about how shadowclan was still not here she groaned then said to herself whats is shadowclan thinking.......everyone will think somethings wrong she then paused for a long time then contiued i hope nothings wrong at least she then shook her head to clear her thoughts
She then got up and padded under a tree with crimson leaves that were drifting off one By One..........

Featherpaw rakes the ground with her claws, her tail tip twitching irritably. "This is ridicule!" she spat, furious. "If ShadowClan aren't coming soon, i don't see the point in staying any longer," she said, fury poisoning her words.

Echosong nodded her head. "I'm sure they will start soon," she soothed, hating to see her angry. She was also annoyed, just didnt show it.

Featherpaw returned Rainstar's glare for a moment, then tore her eyes away. She knew Rainstar had to be somewhat irritated by ShadowClan's dissapearence, but apparently the ThunderClan leader was keeping her head well.

Ravenpup padded down the slope and onto fourtrees land. she calmly padded through the ranks of wolves, ignoring all of their stares. she scoured around searching for blackhawk. her heart plummeted as she saw that black hawk wasnt here. well if he was SHE couldnt see him. she sat down and sighed.

Rainstar watched as a shaodwy figure appeared on Shadowclan land. It was Ravenpup. She smiled finallly Shadowclan!

Ripplepup shrugged as Fangpup didnt reply to her, she was used to being ignored. she blinked then walked over to the shadowclan pup and sat beside her intreguied by the fae that was older than she, she tilted ehr head and whispered quietly "im ripplepup" she smiled slightly.

Featherpaw glanced sideways, like the last few moments of her life had never happened. A ShadowClan member! Finally! she thought, her hoped lifting. She stood up, trotting over to the wolf calmly. "Hey," she said calmly.

Ravenpup glanced both ways a little bewildered at two wolves coming up to talk to her at once, she lifted her head and replied coolly to Ripplepup "hello, nice to meet you im Ravenpup" she then turned her midnightblue gaze onto the other wolf and smiled "hello"

Ripplepup wagged her tail as she heard Ravenpups reply. she smiled shyly and flicked her tail. she hesitated before glancing over at foxheart. recently she had been thinking that perhaps she would like to be a medicine wolf like foxheart. they got to help the clan and they didnt have to be near water as much as the rest of the clan. she smiled a little and inhaled the scents around her. she could smell the herbs on foxhearts pelt. she frowned adn tried to decipher them. hmm one was... what was that scent. ah! catmint! she frowned then inhaled again hmm another she frowned and inhaled it again ah parsley she smield to herself comforted in the fact that she wasnt a complete faliure in everything.

Echosong followed her apprentice, curious of the Shadowclan wolf. "Hello..." she said quietly, seeing she was busy.

Ravenpup turned adn smiled shyly "hello, you msut be a medicine wolf i can smell comfrey on your pelt, is everything ok in thunderclan?" without meaning to she showed her knowingness of herbs. her ears were perked showing real intrest in herbs.

Echosong smiled. This pup really wanted to be a medicine wolf, she could tell. "Yes, I am a medicine wolf. Everythings fine, I was just sorting herbs before I came here. Echosong by the way."

she smiled, "im Ravenpup!" she frowned and looked around and asked "did black hawk come?" she paused "we arent close or anything, we are just friends. and its ok for medicine wolves to be freinds with other wolvfes right right?" she looked worried.

"Of course! Medicine wolves are a loud to have friends, just not mates. And I think Blackhawk is over there. The one sleeping." She motioned to his sleeping form.

Ravenpup smiled with relife, she didnt want a mate anyway, she stood up and said "thanks echosong" she turned and walked over towards blackhawk hesitating before prodding him awake.

Blackhawk started. He stood quickly, "Attack?" He looked around to find himself at the gathering, he panted. "Woah wrong reaction." He lied down and looked to his side to see Ravenpup. "Well hello there." He smiled.

Ravenpup blinked her midnightblue eyes and smiled, her tiny tail wagged as she grinned up at him. she stretched her paws and shookout her neck fur a little awkwardly. she was beginning to grow in all directions. all paws and joints. she smiled. "its been two and a half moons since we met blackhawk!"

Blackhawk lifted his head and looked at the stars thinking. "Really? Then that means your ready to be an apprentice!" He smiled. "Oh I better not see you out in battle."
