Sunclan & Windclan

the border between Windclan and Sunclan, the space between the territories is rather large, however borders are still present

Thunderpaw couldn't help but feel slightly pushed away, he had wanted to stand up to these Windclanners. With a soft sigh he looked up to the sky and poked Fernshade. "Fernshade is there jot a gathering tonight?" He had never been to a gathering before and suddenly he was excited to go to one.

Tigerpaw wrinkled her muzzle and said "yeah, ive never been to one before though... wanna go? we dont have to if ya dont wanna though". she sat down and waited letting him decided, her yellow eyes watching him with a feirce protective light. she wriggled her ears, she would protect him if he asked but would always step back to let him try.

Duskfang snorted loudly, half amused. Turning to Tigerpaw his lips twitched in the beginnings of a sly grin, his exposed fangs glittering in the light. "Aprrentices? No no, I think that you are daydreaming. You are much too immature for that." Raising his head slowly he peered at the female warrior through slitted pupils, his eyes now glittering in the sun's glare. "Dif you think I didn't know, traitor, bout the alliance with your pathetic excuse for a Clan? Of course I know about it!" The large male spat angrily, rolling his shoulders soothingly in an attempt to calm himself down and reduce the old feeling of anger that often flared up inside him. "It doesn't mean that I have to like it."

Snowflower sighed. She looked to her mate and shook her head. "We DO have an alliance."said the windclan deputy. "Anyway. Its gathering time."she said to dusk. The Fae passes away, wondering if Heatherstar was back yet.

Duskfang simply huffed characteristically in response and turned to follow his mate and Deputy without uttering another word. If his feelings for Snowflower had been any different, he might have stayed to ward off the SunClan wolves and make sure that they did not continue to cross the border, but his strong respect for the pure white female convinced him otherwise. He trusted her judgement and her decision making skills, and right now he thought no differently. He followed the fae towards Fourtrees.

Thunderpaw watched them go, happy that male was gone. But the truth dawned upon him, had Fernshade or Tigerpaw not been here he might have been scraps for the larger, more experienced warrior. Thunder's ears flattened, "Lets go." He walked, more limped to FourTrees.

Tigerpaw nodded adn turned following him. this time she walked beside him her oaken pelt blending well with the scrub terrain of sunclan. her hard pads helped her walk over sharp stones without feeling pain. she smiled and chattered with him.

Blinking,she followed the apprentices. Flicking her brown tail. She then sped up. Wondering if they had already missed anything. She hoped they hadn't.

Falocnwing walked slowly, sleep crying out to him. He hadn't slept since the day before. His steps were slow and sluggish, his eyes rather droopy. But he couldn't wouldn't stop. the large male continued on.

Thunderpaw ran up to the border, he skidded to a halt and landed near a bush. He panted and lay there waiting for Keaflight to appear. He doubted he had beat her, maybe she had gotten side tracked. He sprawled out on the ground, and laughed at himself. His pelt was muddy now, almost every part of it covered.

Keaflight appeared, she had bird feathers through her pelt. she grinned at her apprentice. She let him see the kinder side of her. still rather grouchy but more mellowed. she lashed her brown ears and said "what do you smell" she wondered if he would be able to scent the scents of those who were here last.

Thunderpaw stood up, watching his mentor curiously. She was usually so grumpy seeming and yet around him she appeared mellow wand calm. He shrugged it away and sniffed the ground, and surrounding brush though there wasn't much of that. It was the rockiness of Sunclan and the vast expanse of the Windclan moors. He sniffed, "Windclan wolves and my... and Tiger's... and Fern's old... old... scents." He spoke in between sniffs, "And... the... Thunderclan warrior... who came back... with Rainpup and Snowpup." He finished, but kept his moist nose to the ground.

She nodded "good, now survey the area and tell me where you think windclan wolves might hide for an ambush". she trusted no clan but sunclan so she always made a habit to be prepared incase they decided to betray them. her pale eyes glittered as she waited for his response.

Thunderpaw looked over at the moor and huffed in slight exasperation as the idea did not come to mind quickly. Where would they hide? His eyes narrowed, in thought. There were hills, and more hills. "They'd hide in the dunes and in the lee of the hills. As soon as able using their speed they could rush out. They are also quite small, and it appears Windclan has tunnels. They'd be able to use those tunnels as well could they not?"

"yes they probbaly would, but thats why we would set wolves watching the tunnels, and when they stuck their heads out pounce and rip out their eyes and shove them down their throats so they can see our claws ripping out their insides" she suddenly snapped. she flicked her tail and growled to herself. she said "come on ill show you the stormclan border" she stomped off

Thunderpaw's eyes widened at her description, such ferocity consumed her words and they landed heavily. He nodded slowly and followed her looking back at the moors. Well... I agree on fighting but not going crazy. He thought to himself as he raced forward to catch up.

-Stormclan Sunclan border

Heatherstar trotted alongside the border cheerfully, un-phased by the stale SunClan scents that lingered in the air. The two scents of the wolves that had been here not long ago were unfamiliar to the WindClan female, and she felt a ripple of curiousity travel through her body as she mused. Slowing her pace steadily until she came to a halt she waited for Swiftstreak to arrive. Surely he wouldn't be too much longer.

The male went into stalking mood as he blended into the background. The black male stalked round the flank of the female before bolting out of the long grass, giving he's mate a firm lick across the ear hugging the honey coated Female. "I love you heatherstar." The male said in a whisper

Heatherstar flinched skittishly in surprise as the male seemed to suddenly materialise next to her, and, finally recognising who he was, she chuckled quietly. Hearing his words of affection she beamed at the black coated male and nuzzled him in the neck. "I love you too, Swiftstreak." The leader replied softly to her mate, breathing in his scent with a contented sigh.

The male chuckled as he gave her a lick before continuing their walk dow the boarder. He looked over to the otherside into the sunclan territory. "Do you think from what bluepaw was talking about that sunclan maybe having problem." The male said in he's ice cool mono-toned voice.

Heatherstar followed Swiftstreak as he padded on further, voicing his queries about Bluepaw's words. " It is possible." She replied simply, following the male's gaze over the border. "I would not be surprised; SunClan is well known of having, let's say, 'a variety, of different wolves in it's ranks, and I am almost positive that some might have a few things to say now that Direstar has allowed Mosseybreeze into the Clan."

The black wolf yawned a little "Mosseybreeze." The male thought to himself. "That sound familir." The male looked at heatherstar. "What clan was she from?"

"Mosseybreeze was from ThunderClan. She is Firestar's sister." Heatherstar said, looking at Swiftstreak intently and watching. To see what his reaction would be. [b]"She was exiled from ThunderClan after murdering her apprentice, Adderpaw, who was a dog that had recently joined the Clan. I have reason to believe that she was quite the trouble maker; entering other Clans' territories and camps without permission and demanding this and that. Why she did these things still confuses me, and when she joined SunClan, i imagine that there was probably quite an uproar."

Swiftstreak eyes widen a little. "And Dire let this filthy trampy rogue join sunclan." The male tutted "Not so wise of him to do so." The male said a wolf with a murder case still being allowed to walk around as if their is nothing wrong with it disgusted Swiftstreak, "If I was firestar I would have struck her down dead." The male said clawing the ground.

Heatherstar flicked her tail. "I must admit, I do not think that it was a wise move, but he must have had his reasons." Noticing Swiftstreak's angered expression and the way he was clawing at the ground she frowned a little and nudged him gently, trying to comfort him and calm him down. "Surely no one deserves to die for their mistakes? And if you did, how are you any different from the wolf you killed in the first place?" The female spoke her opinions with open confidence, though with a tone that still invited Swiftstreak to give his own opinions on the matter and what she had just said. Personally, she did not agree with killing when it came to Clan mates and forest wolves, but she was more than aware that others had very different opinions on such things.
