First topic message reminder :

Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings

Still feeling uneasy about the whole situation, Tallpup was grateful for the change of subject. "It's Tallpup." He answered, "Future Windclan warrior, at your service."

The she-pup smiled softly at the change of subject, she was glad for it. It would be good to forget about what had happened in the last few hours. "Nice to meet you Tallpup, future warrior of WindClan."

Tallpup couldn't help his burst of pride at Skypup's words. Of course, she probably meant them more teasingly and didn't say them with the same conviction, but Tallpup didn't care. Talking about normal clan life was a ray of sunlight in the dark viel looming above all four clans, and Tallpup was glad for it. "What, aren't you excited to be a warrior, too?" He inquired.

A small rumble of laughter erupted deep in Skypup's chest, "Of course I am!" she tossed him a smile, "But you're talking to Skypup, future deputy of ShadowClan."

"Well," Tallpup ventured, not wanting to be outmatched. "I'm going to be a leader someday." His words were all in good fun -- Tallpup had never been the ambitious type. Still, though, the thought of leading Windclan appealed to him.

Skypup rolled her eyes, "Well, if I want to be deputy, I obviously am going to be leader one day," she smiled at Tallpup's tone, "But that better not be for a good long while."

Grayheart looked around, still relieved that she wasn't in a dream anymore. She noticed two pups talking; from WindClan and ShadowClan, she could tell. Grayheart then glanced at the leaders, wondering if they all had woken up yet; but she only noticed Lilystar and Shadestar awake. Though it didn't seem like anything had happened other than wolves falling asleep previously, Grayheart still wondered what might have caused each wolf to sleep at the same time. Every wolf suddenly fell asleep... I wonder why that happened. Grayheart shrugged. Letting out a yawn, the RiverClan wolf still waited until her leader led them back to camp; it seemed like she hadn't been there in a rather long time, even though she didn't think a lot of time had passed since the Gathering started.

Tallpup grinned at her sarcastic words. "Guess not." His words faded as he looked back around the clearing, eyes landing on the limp figures of sleeping wolves. It still made him anxious that the majority of the clans hadn't yet awoken. "What should we do now?" He asked Skypup, voice lowering as seriousness crept into his tone.

Skypup looked away, not liking the seriousness, "I don't know," she whispered, "But they have to wake up, two leaders and a pawfull of other wolves jumped to their 'deaths'. They have to figure out it wasn't something mouse-brained."

Shadestar watched as some wolves began to awaken, a few of them from ShadowClan. He noticed their expressions when they woke up- shock and relief. Did some of them have nightmares such as his? Were they any different? Shadestar suddenly suspiciously looked around the clearing. This couldn't be a dream, right? He could see nothing out of the ordinary. Well, if it was, he'd been dreaming it for a while and would rather not wake up. He figured it was reality. His golden eyes looked at Skypup, and then Nightfeather, and then the other wolves. He noticed Lilystar had also awakened, and gave her a respectful nod.

Lightnigpaw opened her eyes quickly, startled awake for no particular reason. She sat up and looked around. She immediately caught on to that the trees around her were not burned, all of the wolves nearby seemed alive, and she herself did not just join Starclan. She sighed and padded closer to Shadestar. She looked up at him, her eyes gleaming with a mix of happiness, surprise, and curiosity. She hoped he would either come down or something would be said. She glanced around. Other wolves were coming to, obviously realizing that what they were in was a dream. She then returned her gaze to her leader, waiting for him to say what she was thinking, or at least she hoped he would.

Nodding back, the leader couldn't help but walk up to him and ask him about the dream that she had, and possibly about what it meant. Now the leader was about a feet away, which made her stop there and sit down. "Shadestar-" Lilystar said respectfully with a small dip with the head and continued. "-did you have a dream...?" She inquired the dark male.

Lightningpaw heard Lilystar speak to Shadestar and decided that they probably wouldn't want to speak to an apprentice. She nodded to them, just in case they looked at her, and padded toward where Apachepaw lay, poking his shoulder with her nose once she got to him. She had to tell someone what she thought, wanted someone to talk to, and for some odd reason she wanted to speak to Apachepaw.

Squirrelpup pried himself away from the situation and joined in Tallpup and Skypup's conversation, hoping to distract himself. "Hey! Squirrel said, " I'm going to be future leader of ShadowClan, and then you'll be deputy!"

Tallpup was about to respond to Skypup, but a new, unfamiliar voice jolted him out of his thoughts. Another Shadowclan pup had approached them, joining in on their conversation. "You can be deputy." Tallpup said dismissively. "Skypup and I are going to be leaders together."

Skypup smiled at Tallpup and then over at Squirrelpup, "Exactly," she laughed. It felt weird to laugh at a time like this, but it was a way to cope with it. A way to forget for a little while.

Magmapup walked up to them and said "You guys might become leaders of Shadowclan and Windclan, but I'll be the leader of Riverclan long before that, and Riverclan's the best!"

Tallpup rolled his eyes as a new pup approached, shooting Skypup a furtive glance "Riverclan stink like fish." He complained, mischief glinting in his eyes. "and why would any wolf want to swim like otters when you could have the moorland under your paws?"

Silverpup walked over to the group catching onto what the windlclan pup said. "Paleez your just a stick that rolls down hills" rolling her eyes. Joking with her words she stood next to magmapup.

"We don't find your little rabbits satisfying enough." Magmapup continued "We find fish much more tasty, and we swim much faster than you run!"

Tallpup snorted in indifference. As if he cared what a Riverclan wolf had to say. "You can't go two pawsteps on dry land without stumbling over your own feet!" He retorted, eager to defend his clan.

"You're obviously lying. True, we wish the gatherings were held at sea rather than on land, but Riverclan isn't stupid enough to fall over every two steps. We hunt Voles, you know. We'd do just fine if we had to live without fish, and still be 10 times better than Windclan, a rather pathetic excuse for a clan." Retorted Magmapup in a very mocking tone.

Tallpup instantly found his playful banter transforming into anger. It wasn't like him to be so impulsive, but he wasn't going to stand by and let this stupid pup insult his clan. "You mouse-brained fishface," He snapped. "Would you really like to see what Windclan has to offer?"

Watching them argue at first was particularly comical, but now it seems like that it was getting out of hand. Rolling her eyes and feeling embarrassed, Lilystar excused herself from Shadestar and jumped down the rock and onto the ground, landing swiftly on all fours. Padding over to them, the leader gave them a stern look. "Guys, this is still truce." She chimed in with a stern voice along with the look.

When Lilystar approached them, Tallpup wanted to snap back that she wasn't his leader, but he held his toungue. Shooting the Riverclan pup a murderous glance, Tallpup moved back to Skypup's side. He supposed it was for the best that Lilystar had intercepted, but his claws itched to feel Riverclan flesh beneath them.
