Fourtrees is a group of four tall oak trees that the Clan wolves have held their Gatherings at since the early days of the Clans. Fourtrees is described as neutral territory, and is often used when wolves from different Clans want to meet outside a Gathering. There is a large rock in the middle of Fourtrees called the Great Rock.The Clan leaders use it to look down on the Clans and share their news during Gatherings

Magmapup looked around. Things seemed to be getting back to normal activities, what with the sharing of stories and such. But a few wolves still remained asleep, and this worried Magmapup. Were they just too scared to jump into the gorge, or were they in another, more terrifying, dream?

Apachepaw noticed lightning get upset when everyone appeared to jump to Shadowpup's side, it was not that he had anything against her or that he suddenly liked Shadowpup better. He had simply stated his beliefs truthfully whether it sided him with one of or the other meant nothing in this situation. He nodded in agreement to Shadowpup when she said that the medicine wolf was also an important and challenging role, "I remember once when Nightfeather took both Skypup and I into the medicine den and taught us a little about herbs, to be able to remember them all and us them effectively is a skill I doubt I'd be able to master. I'm sure you'd be a great medicine wolf, you have a caring heart and stick up for yourself well."

He smiled at Lightningpaw as she said wolves sometimes needed other to find their strength, he knew this was true but he merely nodded his agreement, there were to many voices going on at once to reply to them all. He cocked his head when the fellow apprentice flicked his paw with her tail, flashing him a challenging smile. He was tempted to take it, but he did not want to tackle her while they were talking- plus she knew he might attack, taking all of the surprise out of it. When Squirrel pup spoke Apache laughed, "Am I really a know it all apprentice? " A look of utter horror crossed the male's face, before a smile curled his lips as he laughed again.

But this all changed to an expression of curiosity when Shadow inquired of the origin of Lightning's name, which turned right back to amusement when she leaped to her feet and bowed playfully. His head bowed in embarrassment when both Squirrel and Shadowpup said they wanted either him or Lightning to mentor them. If a wolf could blush he would be a bright red, he knew that he'd probably still be an apprentice himself when these two became apprentices. But such a compliment deeply touched him. "I doubt I'd be a very good mentor. "he said.

Squirrelpup was convinced to have a good mentor. And he didn't mind staying a pup longer.

Magmapup walked up to Apachepaw. "I'm sure you'll be a fine mentor." he said. "Once you finish your training, you'll surely feel more confident."

Lightningpaw nodded in agreement with Magmapup's words. "Yeah. Just do what you can as an apprentice and surely you'll make a fine warrior and mentor." She said, for some reason gladly wanting to be nice to the Shadowclan apprentice. She looked at him and then looked at the others. "We can't do much training now though because of a few reasons. Some wolves are still asleep and the leaders haven't figured out what to do yet." She said, glancing over to where the leaders were. She sighed and shook her head then looked at Apachepaw, a sparkle of something in her eye. She flicked her tail to the side and twitched her ear then lashed a gentle paw out to catch his tail, which she promptly pinned to the floor. She growled playfully and smiled.

Squirrelpup watched the gesture, playfullness coming to his blood. He gently jumped onto Lightningpaw's tail, bit on it, and shaked it playfully.

The male smiled at Magmapup and Squirrelpaw, " I'll certainly do my best. "He said, giving his tail a flick. As he did so Lightningpaw caught uttering a playful growl, "I do believe you have my tail, miss," He said playfully, " I will ask you to release it or I'll be forced to take action."

(Squirrelpaw lol) Squirrelpup sniffed at Lightningpaw's tail and gave it a gentle tug, wondering what would happen.

----------Guys, Shadestar said on WQ to head back to your clan territories until the August 1 Gathering. So, let's just say that all the wolves woke up, the clan leaders are heading back to the territories, and we're heading back with them. Enjoy being back in your territories, see you non-riverclan guys next time!---------------

Tallpup rolled his eyes, about to playfully respond, but was cut off as he realized the clan leaders were heading back to his territories -- it must be time for the Gathering to finally split up. Pressing his ears to his head in unhappiness, Tallpup looked over to Skypup. He wasn't ready to leave -- he'd been enjoying himself in the she-wolf's company. Somewhat begrudgingly, he got to his paws, shooting Skypup a furtive glance. "I'll meet you at the next gathering when we're both apprentices, alright?" He suggested, holding back to wait for her answer.

(Indeed. Make last remarks before heading back to respective territories)

Shadestar watched from his rock, then standing up. "There is no point in remaining here when there are duties to be done. Let us be off, ShadowClan, back to camp!" It had been a very interesting gathering, nothing he experienced previously (especially not as a leader). Turning towards the others, he said, "Until next time. Let's hope under better circumstances." He leaped off the rock and began to make his way up the hill towards ShadowClan territory, pausing for a moment at the top to make sure his Clan was still following, and then disappearing from the undergrowth only a moment after.

Squirrelpup followed at a respectful distance from his leader. he was tired all the same, and was glad when it was time to go.

Silverpup hauled herself to her wobbly paws. Emerging into the sunlight she yawned and padded over to the train of riverclan wolves. Shaking off thoughts of the dream and lunged to catch up with her vlanmates. She gave four trees one last look then scampered alongside her clan.

Lightningpaw smiled at Apachepaw's reply to her playful growl and the capture of his tail. But soon she found her own tail caught under the paws of Squirrelpup. And in the jaws of the little pup. She felt a tug on her black tail and growled playfully, turning around to bat the pup gently to get it to release her tail. She would've tackled the younger pup if Shadestar hadn't called for Shadowclan to return to the territory. When Squirrelpup turned to follow the others, Lightning gently held onto the pup's tail with her jaws, restricting it's movements before releasing and trotting a little half-circle around Apachepaw and heading back to camp. She only glanced back once at the others before disappearing after her leader into the undergrowth.

(I'm gonna say I was always here) Snowpaw awoke from the strange dream, he had no idea what was going on, he stood up and looked around, everyone else seemed to be waking up to. He heard what Shadestar said, he agreed, he followed his clan back towards camp. (Darn it, I've been inactive and I missed everything, sigh)

Lilystar hopped off the rock and began to make her way back to the clan territory.

(No muse, but had to get her back to camp.)

Skypup looked down at her paws dejectedly before looking back up at Tallpup. She smiled, "Alright. See you next gathering," she pressed her nose to his ear quickly before pulling back with a sad smile. She was going to miss the WindClan pup.

Apachepaw smiled at Lightningpaw a mischievous glint lighting up his eyes, his body had tensed ready to pounce on his fellow clan-mate when Shadestar's words stopped him. Standing the apprentice moved to follow his clan leader, following into step with Nightfeather as he did so. "Do you think it'd be okay if we trained with Lightningpaw and Moonlihgtmelody sometime?" he asked, looking up at his mentor with large eyes.

Not having heard him approach, Nightfeather jumped at the sound of Apachepaw's voice. "Of course it'd be okay. Every apprentice trains with another apprentice at least once," she said. "Just tell me when you want to train with them." The warrior wasn't too excited about the prospect of training with the other two wolves, though she knew that her apprentice needed experience with another apprentice, and training with another ShadowClan wolf his own age was definitely better than one of an opposing Clan.

Brightened by Skypup's promise, Tallpup returned her farewell gesture and pranced over to the edge of the rock where the leaders addressed the clans, waiting for Stonestar to give the signal for Windclan to return to camp.

Skypup rose to her paws and quickly padded after her leader, stopping only a moment to wave her tail to Tallpup and call, "See you soon, Tallpup!" with a smile on her face before she disappeared after Shadestar.

Apache smiled brightly up at Nightfeather and he could not help but express his excitement through an excited trot before settling down beside his mentor. "I am the apprentice, you are my mentor, when you and Moonlightmelody decide it is alright to train your apprentices together I will be more then happy to accept your word. " he paused, "So...can we continue our hunting lesson tomorrow? Or would you prefer i entertain myself in the elder's den while you relax, after such an eventful gathering I think we all need a little bit of time to breath."

Although he was willing to give his mentor space and time to think over the events with the other warriors, but that did not mean he had to be happy about it. Apache really wanted to continue his training, his unquenchable thirst for knowledge had tasted only a small portion of the things he would need to learn to become a warrior. Now it howled and gnashed its teeth, longing with every fiber of its being to continue partaking of such knowledge and take the edge off of its hunger.
